Hello, Kita-Akita's hiyaoroshi.
It was crisp and dry, a bit spicier than usual for a Kita-Akita.
But it didn't let the food stop me from drinking it, and I continued to enjoy it until I opened the bottle😌.

Alcohol content: 17%.
Rice polishing rate: 50%.
