Very tasty. More than expected. The sweetness and sourness are well balanced and you can drink it all the time. From the ingredients label, it seems to be Junmai-shu, but there's no indication of the rice polishing ratio, so it's hard to tell if it's normal Junmai, Jungin, or Jundaigin. But it doesn't matter, because it's delicious.

It's delicious, with an intense umami and sweetness that comes with a bang. I think it's a fire-hardened sake, but it tastes almost exactly the same as the raw sake I had before (ugh). Personally, I prefer the second day to the first, as it's calmer. Either way, it was delicious!

I haven't had Nabeshima in a few years, I don't remember it being this good! It had a solid rice flavor, but with a modern, light foam, bitterness and acidity. The sharpness was great too!

100% Yamada Nishiki from Shimane Prefecture. The pressing is done in a wooden tank. It has a very clean and delicate flavor with a long lasting aftertaste. It was delicious!
