Start with a cold sake. The aroma is like melon juice. After drinking it, it is smooth and crisp. If you warm it up lukewarm, the flavor becomes milder.
They use Miyamanishiki, which is produced in terraced rice paddies in the mountains.

It had a gorgeous aroma and a sweet taste, but when I finished it, I also felt a tingling sensation and bitterness on my tongue, probably due to the slight foam. The aftertaste lingered for a long time.
I drank it chilled, but as it got wetter, the sweetness became more apparent.
