After a long and strenuous walk 🚶, I had a glass of Kuroryu Summer Shibori🍶 from Kuroryu Shuzo Co. After the sourness and faint bitterness spread out, it went right through, and I felt a little bit of alcohol lingering in the back of my throat 🎐, which was nice since it was so hot today👍.

On the weekend after GW (one day before), Shinkame Shuzo Co.'s Shinkame Junmai Namaishu light🍶. It has a thick mouthfeel and a delicious rice flavor. It has a thick mouthfeel, a slight bitterness in the back of the throat and a ripe melon when swallowed from the first sip.

On the way back from meeting Conan, we had a bottle of Takayuu Special Junmai Sake by Otani Sake Brewery at a roadside station. After the rice acidity spreads, it changes to a firm bitterness and disappears quickly with a slight aftertaste 🌾.

The first GW bottle, Kitaya Junmai Ginjo Gin-no-Sato Nama-Shu🍶 from Kitaya Co. has a fruity acidity followed by rice sweetness and a slight bitterness that disappears quickly without much of a lingering taste. As the label says, it is good as a food sake.

After a business trip, this week's bottle was a Hyakujuro Junmai Daiginjo Kuromen🍶 from Hayashi Honten Co. Fruity aroma, sourness in the mouth, mild sweetness like rice, firm aftertaste 🍏The label says Aroma of Acacia, but I've never smelled it. 😅

On my way home from a rare weekend trip to Tokyo with a colleague, I went to Inamaya Ginza to enjoy Saku Honochi Junmai🍶 by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten Co. When chilled, it is mainly acidic and has a refreshing sharpness, and when the temperature rises a little, it has sweetness and a lingering aftertaste 😆 Enjoy it slowly and sipping slowly 🎑.

I walked well this week, so I will drink well. Banshu Ichiken Yamahai Junmai Banshu Aiyama Nama🍶 from Sanyo Hai Shuzo Co. The slightly acidic aroma and tangy sourness spread to the palate, and a lingering bitter taste lingered for a long time. The taste was a nice betrayal of what I had imagined from the atmosphere of the label ❗Delicious!

This week's bottle (or is it the second bottle?) is Miyoshikiku Winter White Grape Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu from Miyoshikiku Shuzo Co. Fruity aroma, acidity spreads and lingers on the palate, then it finishes with a smooth finish 🍇Like wine🍷 just like the label says 😳.

I was unusually gung-ho today (or so I thought), so I decided to try Yoshida Kura u Hyakumangoku No Shiro Nama Sake🍶 from Yoshida Shuzo Co. The bottle was opened with a "pop" ❗ and opened vigorously. The slightly sparkling, tangy, sour and bitter taste spread and a slight lingering aftertaste lingered for a long time. The label on the back says "mineral," but I guess that's what it means.

This week, Ozawa Shuzo's Sawanoi Soten Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo 🌸Label is perfect for this season! Fresh fruit aroma, sourness when cold, fruity taste mixed with sweetness when the temperature rises a little, and a little bitterness lingers on the palate for a refreshing finish. It seems to be too much to drink.

The first bottle in about 10 days was a Shitaizumi Junmai Ginjo Fujieda Honorifuji Nama-nara Sake 🍶 from Shitaizumi Shuzo Co. Ripe fruit aroma, a little tingling sensation on the tongue, sweetness and bitterness of rice, and a long aftertaste on the tongue and throat when you think it's finished. I think I like this kind of taste too👍

As a student in Sendai and a sake lover, I couldn't pass by. Special Junmai Harazake 3.11 Mirai e Tsunagu Baton (Baton for the Future) by Ichinokura Co. It has been quite a while since I have tasted Ichinokura. The sweetness of rice and the slight bitterness of alcohol spread out right after the acidity, leaving a strong aftertaste that lingers deep into the bottle. Delicious❗ This is the first time I have heard of such an initiative. If I can help even a little.... I will buy the rest every year 💪.

Another solid walking bottle this week, Nishi Shuzo's Tenpyo Junmai Ginjo, first time in Kagoshima. The aroma is slightly fruity, with rice sweetness and a hint of bitterness & acidity. The aftertaste is not persistent, but has a slight lingering aftertaste👍. As my sake-loving teammate 🏈 commented, it would go well with dishes with dashi broth 🍲.

It's been a while since I've had nigori sake, Kawatsuru Sanuki Kuraudai🍶 by Kawatsuru Shuzo Co. A strong sourness spreads in the mouth, starting with calpis and ending with amazake mash ❓It would be good on the rocks in summer 🏝️🏝️🏝️️.

After walking 30,000 steps, a bottle of Goyu Boast Corporation's Goyu Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unmature Unmature Sake🍶. As the label says, open the bottle with a swoosh 💨 and be careful not to let the cork fly out. The sweetness and a hint of bitterness ❓ & shuwa shuwa spread in the mouth and lasted until the back of the throat, and then it suddenly snapped. It is very easy to gobble it up if it's cold.

It's been a while since I had a bottle of Kameizumi Junmai Ginjyo Genshu Takayuki 63🍶 by Kameizumi Shuzo Co. When you open the bottle, the aroma is slightly sweet. It tingles on the tongue, and after a moment of sourness, 8 bitterness and 2 sweetness spread out, and the bitterness lingers on. It is a good match for a strong flavored meal.

On the second day of the three-day weekend, I had a bottle of Suminoe Junmai Ginjo SoLiD Usu Nigori Raw Sake from Suminoe Shuzo Co. The acidity spreads in the mouth and finishes with a slightly strong alcohol aftertaste👍.

Today's bottle is from Abe Shuzo Co. It has a tingling sensation in the throat rather than on the tongue, and a ripe fruit-like acidity and sweetness, followed by a slight bitterness. It's also very good if you want to make it more competitive.
