The sixth bottle of 2023, 59takachiyo Junmai Ginjo Aizan 100%🍶 by Takachiyo Shuzo Co. The aroma and mouthfeel are predominantly sweet, with a slight shimmer on the tongue, and the aftertaste is not persistent, but lingers well. Delicious, as yesterday. No misses in the recommendations of my colleagues👍.

The fifth bottle of 2023 is a recommendation from my peers, 59takachiyo Junmai Ginjo Kame no O 100%🍶 by Takachiyo Shuzo Co. Pear? The aroma is pear-like, the taste is not sweet as I imagined, but rather soft acidity and bitterness, and the aftertaste is strong and long with a bitter aftertaste. We have another bottle of sake with a different rice, which we will have to wait for tomorrow.

The fourth bottle of 2023, Gouriki Special Junmai🍶 by Ou Boast Co. The bottle opens with a light splash, and the acidity spreads, followed by a lingering slight bitterness. The aftertaste is somewhat blue banana-like 🍌. It is different from the Junmai Ginjo I had before 🍌.

The third bottle of 2023, and since there have been many sakes from Tohoku recently, this time it is Toyojun-Mujin Takachiyo Tachihayo-Tampei Polishing, Unfiltered Nama-shu, Hyoketsu Storage, sunRise🍶 from Niigata's Takachiyo Shuzo Co. The aroma is fruity with a hint of sweetness, the taste is sweet and slightly tingling, and the lingering aftertaste is very firm in the back of the throat.

The second bottle of 2023 was Akabu Junmai Ginjo newborn🍶 by Akabu Shuzo Co. The bottle was opened with a splash, and from the green apple-like aroma, a strong sweetness and a slight bitterness spread together with a tangy finish 🍏. It's going to be another delicious year 🍶.

Happy New Year 🎍🎍2023 is Shinmasa Shuzo's Nirvana Kame 88% low-polished Junmai Sake🍶. As the back label says, it has a pear-like aroma, sourness, sweetness, and bitterness in the mouth, mixed with the aroma of the wooden vat, but the aftertaste disappears as if nothing happened 🍐.

In 2022, I probably drank the most sake in my life, and I ended the year with a Junjo 🍶 by the unnamed company Oki Daikichi Honten. The aroma is sweet like red melon, but when you put it in your mouth, the tingling and sourness spreads around your tongue, leaving a slight bitter aftertaste that is clean and crisp 🍈 The taste betrays the image of the aroma in a good way, it will be a good ending👍. I will drink it again next year 🍶. I hope you all have a happy new year ❗

Yesterday I enjoyed Turkish wine, so today I had sake in my room. Hououmida Junmai Ginjoshu Unfiltered Hon Nama🍶 from Kobayashi Shuzo Co. It has an apple-like aroma and a slightly thickened mouthfeel. Aroma, slightly thickened mouthfeel, fruity sweetness and sourness mix and spread, followed by a lingering slight bitterness that finishes cleanly and crisply. Delicious!

Another bottle this week, Tenmei Junmai Junmai Namaishu Nakadori Zero-go🍶 by Akebono Shuzo Co. Slightly fruity aroma, a momentary sourness at first, then a firm sweetness spreading quickly, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It is a bit bitter in the aftertaste. I drink too much of it by accident.

This week's bottle, Harushika, a super-hashimoto junmai, super-harsh, unblended sake from Imanishi Seibei Shoten Co. The endorsement says that midsummer has long passed, but it is still a nice, crisp sake with a slight acidity, firm rice flavor, and a slight bitterness lingering on the palate 🎑.

First bottle this week in about a month, Kariho Junmai Ginjo Autumn kawasemi🍶 by Akita Seishu Co. I bought the label partly because I saw a fresh kawasemi for the first time last week. From the sour aroma, the taste spreads as I imagined, gradually turning sweet and lingering as the alcohol leaves the nose. Chibi-chibi on a long autumn night🎑.

Before the typhoon, this week's bottle, Shiki Sweet Hanayoshi Yamahai-brewed Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo by Kawatake Brewing Co. This is my first time drinking this brand. The fruity aroma has a weighty sweetness and acidity, but the aftertaste is not cloying, with a strong alcohol feel and a clean finish. It's good for a small sip.

Shooting star 🌕 in Mid-Autumn 🌕 shooting star 🌠, Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Shootingstar Summer Shooting Star 2022 🍶 by Fuji Shuzo Co. Fruity aroma & slight tingling, then ripe fruit-like sweetness fills the mouth 🍈 The aftertaste is clean and cut, but the lingering bitterness returns. My sake-loving classmate drinks this a lot ❗Delicious!

The first sake I drank at home in a month was #Akirika #JunmaiGinjo #Utagaki 🍶 from #Akirika Shuzo Y.K., which I got at Shin-Osaka station during my Bon Festival trip. The taste is sweet and umami of rice after the acidity spreads in the mouth, and it finishes with a lingering aftertaste.

This week's room drink was Niseko Junmai Ginjo-shu🍶 made from 100% Comet🌾 by Niseko Shuzo Co. Slightly sweet aroma, ripe melon-like sweetness with a slight sourness, and a long aftertaste that spreads from the mouth to the throat. Glad to find a good local sake👍

It's been about a month since I've had a little more outside drinking. On my way home from a business trip, I got a bottle of Hana-no-Ka Shuzo's San-do 2021 Yamada-Nishiki 🍶. The aroma is sour, and the citrusy shuwa shuwa spreads as you would expect, and it finishes crisp and clean while retaining its umami. It tastes even better when drunk on a hot day ❗🍶.

On my way back from a business trip, I got a bottle of #Huataka #Oita Mitsui #Junmai Ginjo from #Hamashima Shuzo Goshi Co. Sweet aroma, sourness, sweetness, slight bitterness, and a firm aftertaste 🌾I think this is my first sake from Oita, but it's delicious.
