The aroma is like a ripe melon, but the sourness and bitterness spread in the mouth, and the aftertaste is long and lingering with a touch of sweetness. Take your time and enjoy.

The 20th bottle of 2023, purchased at a local supermarket, Kinko's Sakura Fukiyuki Junmai Bottle Enclosed 🍶. It smells like green melon, but instead of sweetness, a tingling sensation wraps around the tongue, followed by sourness and bitterness 🍈I bought it by the packet, but it was a winner 🎯.

The 19th bottle of 2023 was an expedition to Tokyo Station, DATE SEVEN season2 episode2 Yamawa style Junmai Daiginjo🍶. This is one of the joint brewing project by 7 breweries in Miyagi, Katsuyama, Bukoso, Hakurakusei, Yamawa, Haginotsuru, and Koganezawa. A bottle from a joint brewing project by seven Miyagi breweries, Katsuyama, Urakasumi, Suminoe, Hakurakusei, Yamawa, Haginotsuru, and Koganezawa 🍶 The aroma is slightly alcoholic and fruity, but the sweetness of the rice spreads in the mouth and the finish is clean and crisp 🌾. Haginotsuru style is brewed with the same rice and the same rice polishing ratio, and both are delicious!

As the label on the back says, the bottle opens with a splash, with a strong sweet aroma 🍑 followed by a momentary sourness, then a bit of bitterness and main sweetness, with a long finish 🍶.
