The second bottle of the three walking stockings was Matsuse Shuzo, Matsu no Tsukasa Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Raku しばしばしば fruity aroma, sweet as I imagined, with a lingering melon-like aftertaste. This is probably the first time I've had a sake from Shiga, but it's delicious👍.

Walking around the sake shop 🚶
The first of the three bottles I stocked was Shichiken Junmai Ginjo Tengo no Aji (Velvet Taste) from Yamanashi Meijo Co.
The aroma is fruity, so I thought it would be sweet, but the acidity is mainly in the mouth, and it breaks off quickly, leaving a slight aftertaste at the back of the throat. Delicious!

2022The first drink was a gift from a senior colleague of mine, Junmai Daiginjo Black Moon from Aihara Shuzo Co.
The strong acidity and spiciness spread in the mouth. The strong acidity and spiciness spread to my mouth, and I could feel the alcohol well. I've been drinking a lot of fruity sake lately, but this kind of dry sake is really good too.

2021Before closing, I had a bottle of Hekiunzo Junmai Ginjo Tokachi Odari from Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery Co.
It has a slight melon aroma, sourness and a faint bitterness that spreads to the palate, and a lingering bitterness. It's the second time I've had it, but it's still delicious.

I worked hard on a lot of things today, so I started off Monday with a bottle of Tomikiku Shuzo's Haneya Junmai Ginjo 煌火だし.
When I casually opened it, the lid almost flew off. The aroma and taste are of ripe fruit, with a hint of bitterness that lingers down the throat. It's very tasty❗.

On my first trip back to Japan, I drank Hyakkotai Super Spicy Junmai Super Spicy Natsu Jun from Yoshikubo Shuzo, which I received as a parting gift.
As the tag on the bottle says, there is no ginjo aroma, but when you sip it, you can gradually feel the sourness, bitterness, and alcohol, and the aftertaste lingers. It's a food sake that goes well with many kinds of food.
