This is my first time in Ishikawa for a drink at home! I bought this on a business trip to Kanazawa Slightly scummy. Not very fruity. But I can feel the sweetness and flavor of sake. As a junmai daiginjo, it is more focused on umami. No, is the Hana-yoso that I was drinking just before too gorgeous? (lol).

I haven't seen my beloved sake in a year. This year I bought it in a bottle. I bought a four-pack bottle as a gift, but that's a secret. I've had my day again. Today I went to my usual store to buy a bottle of something to take home. Shall I get this one? Or should I get something I've never had before? After much deliberation, I decided on this one. When I opened the bottle, I felt a pressurized "swoosh" sensation. The sound of it being poured into the glass... The sound of pouring into a glass At this point, I was already over the K mark! When I bring it close to my mouth, I get a light pineapple aroma. When I drink it, the sweetness comes first, followed by a light bitterness and a slight tingling sensation. What the hell? It's just awesome! I was over the hill size in no time and won a gold medal! The sake was over before I could even finish half of the snacks I had prepared to drink a glass! I don't think I'll be able to last until the bottle of Jiheiji Usu Nigori arrives, lol. Next time, I'll resist the temptation and buy a different brand!

I bought it and left it in the closet. When I looked at it, it was By21/03! Even though it was a fireplace, I left it there for almost a year (sweat). Anyway, I took a sip at room temperature. Huh? Sweet! I was expecting it to be more dry, but it was sweet, sweet, sweet. However, it's not complicated sweetness like raw sake, it's clean and clear. I've been drinking it with tuna and salmon sashimi, and the crisp sweetness quickly washes away the raw fish flavor. Oh. This is awesome! It doesn't matter how much I have, I can easily finish it! In a sense, it's in the "Dangerous Drinks" Hall of Fame.

Nabeshima. I had bought another one to drink on New Year's, but I gave it to someone I know, so I bought another one! Sweet! This one is sweet! It has a sweet aroma and a slight gassy taste. This is truly an "adult juice"! It's like drinking a flower bath! I tried it with oden, but I think I would have preferred a hotter, drier version. Even so, it's only a four-pack, so I'm sure I'll finish it in no time drinking it by itself! Next time, I'll definitely buy it in a bottle!

Last year, when I went on a business trip with my business associates, I went with them to buy one. When I asked the staff at the store for a recommendation, they said it was their top choice. They said that it was a limited edition sake brewed with the same rice as the sake that was submitted to the sake fair. It has almost no aroma. It has a slight gaseous feeling, just a tingle on the tongue. Oh, the sweetness is just right! It's not dry at all, but it has a decent sweetness, but it disappears quickly. I'm convinced that this is a good choice. It goes well with sashimi, oily snacks, and just about anything! It's a bottle, so you can enjoy it for a while (or a few days?). You can enjoy it for a while.

It's different from the malted rice flavor of nigori. It doesn't linger, so I can drink it easily. I wish I could have bought a bottle of this. I'll buy it again when I get the chance.

I finally bought a brand I've been wanting to drink for a long time. The name "Kudokidoki" and the picture on the label tickle the playfulness of adults. Now I'm finally one of the adults. The aroma is faintly fruity. It starts with a sweet taste, and then spreads out in the fullness typical of Junmai Daiginjo. There is no sense of gas. There is a slight sourness and bitterness at the end, but it doesn't linger, making it very easy to drink. I'm sure this will go well with any snack! I had it with boiled pork and avocado with mentaiko, and it was delicious! I'll buy it again when I stop by the liquor store.

It's the first time this season for Shinshu Kamei! It's a local sake, so I don't know when I can buy it, but I always buy it when it's available! A faint aroma of lactic acid A refreshing gaseous feeling. Sweetness is strong. I enjoyed it with some peculiar horse mackerel sashimi (ginger soy sauce). Now that I've finished the sashimi, I've put the bottle on the side and am drinking it without any snacks. It's good enough to drink on its own. I'm going to enjoy a lot of Shinshu Kameari this year, too!

This season is really good for anything you drink! This time it's the first batch of Hououmita! I bought it together with the other sake. It has a more fruity aroma than the Hatsufuda sake. It has a gassy, sweet, bitter, and juicy taste. The bitterness lingers in the mouth more than I expected? But as I had it with yellowtail sashimi, the sweetness and bitterness washed away the yellowtail oil comfortably. This is also a 4-gallon bottle, so it will be finished soon.

Opened on New Year's Day. As soon as I opened the bottle, I smelled sweet pineapple. It's as sweet as they say it is! This is delicious! It's easy to drink, with a slight gaseous feel, and the 4-gallon bottle was half full in no time! I was away on a business trip for three days after opening the bottle, and drank the rest, but the sweetness had increased even more! It was like juice! This was my first time at Yokoyama, but now that I've found a place to buy it, I'll be sure to repeat it when I get there!
