This is my first time in Ishikawa for a drink at home!
I bought this on a business trip to Kanazawa
Slightly scummy.
Not very fruity.
But I can feel the sweetness and flavor of sake.
As a junmai daiginjo, it is more focused on umami.
No, is the Hana-yoso that I was drinking just before too gorgeous? (lol).
