It's the first time this season for Shinshu Kamei! It's a local sake, so I don't know when I can buy it, but I always buy it when it's available! A faint aroma of lactic acid A refreshing gaseous feeling. Sweetness is strong. I enjoyed it with some peculiar horse mackerel sashimi (ginger soy sauce). Now that I've finished the sashimi, I've put the bottle on the side and am drinking it without any snacks. It's good enough to drink on its own. I'm going to enjoy a lot of Shinshu Kameari this year, too!

This season is really good for anything you drink! This time it's the first batch of Hououmita! I bought it together with the other sake. It has a more fruity aroma than the Hatsufuda sake. It has a gassy, sweet, bitter, and juicy taste. The bitterness lingers in the mouth more than I expected? But as I had it with yellowtail sashimi, the sweetness and bitterness washed away the yellowtail oil comfortably. This is also a 4-gallon bottle, so it will be finished soon.

Opened on New Year's Day. As soon as I opened the bottle, I smelled sweet pineapple. It's as sweet as they say it is! This is delicious! It's easy to drink, with a slight gaseous feel, and the 4-gallon bottle was half full in no time! I was away on a business trip for three days after opening the bottle, and drank the rest, but the sweetness had increased even more! It was like juice! This was my first time at Yokoyama, but now that I've found a place to buy it, I'll be sure to repeat it when I get there!

Encounters are important, aren't they? Just by opening the bottle, the pine aroma spreads. When I poured it into a glass, the aroma was even stronger! This is it! It's been a long time since I've felt this aroma, and I think I'm going to stop by now! Then take a sip! After the sweetness and sourness, the umami comes through at the end. Junmai Daiginjo of Miyamanishiki Maybe it's because it's a fire-retarded sake, or maybe it's a speciality of the brewery, but the aroma is gentle. When you drink it, the sourness comes first.
