I opened it with some soaked beans after dinner, but it's also a sake that can be easily enjoyed on its own. It's a 4-gallon bottle, so will it last until the New Year?

It is the first hana-yasui I stopped by a liquor store on a business trip the other day, and while I was chatting with a shopkeeper, he asked me if I knew about Hanayo-Yoku. and we happened to have a case of new sake, so we bought it! Encounters are important, aren't they? Just by opening the bottle, the pine aroma spreads. When I poured it into a glass, the aroma was even stronger! This is it! It's been a long time since I've felt this aroma, and I think I'm going to stop by now! Then take a sip! After the sweetness and sourness, the umami comes through at the end. The second sip It's still delicious! How delicious it is! This is the brand that got me into sake. I'm going to drink a lot of it in the new season!

It is said to be made with Yamada Nishiki from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture, which makes me very excited! When I first opened it, I could smell the sweet aroma, and I thought, "That's a popular sake! The taste is sweet with a strong sense of sake, and it has a thick texture. The aroma was almost the same and sweet, but when I drank it, the sweetness was suppressed and the umami was more pronounced. Is it the passage of time or the characteristic of Kinmon Nishiki?
