I bought it at the Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop when I was on a business trip for a long time! I think this is the first time for me to taste Sawaya-Matsumoto's light nigori! The bottle was written to be opened with caution, but as soon as I opened it, the bottle popped open. The aroma is lactic acid like light nigori. The taste is not as sweet as I expected, with a subtle sourness. The gasiness is typical of new sake. It's been a while since I've had this kind of sake. I hope we will be able to encounter a variety of sakes in another year!

I bought it at my usual liquor store because they had it in a bottle. If you buy it at an authorized store, the price for a bottle is around 3,000 yen! As you can see on Youtube, reselling sake can be illegal, so it's important to find a good liquor store! Now, to the main topic! It's raw sake, so there's a faint gassy feeling. The sweetness you feel for a moment is overlaid by a deep umami flavor that fills your mouth! This is Jikin! It is delicious! I was able to find a good sake at the beginning of the year! Thank you, thank you! I wish you a happy SAKE year this year, too!

I bought it for the year-end and New Year's holidays. There were so many sake I wanted to drink that I couldn't decide which one to choose, but I bought this one because it had a label I had never seen before! It was a new sake, but the sweetness and umami were very calm. I don't really feel the freshness of the sake. There is no description on the label, so I guess it is probably fire-aged? Whatever the case, I'm sure we'll have a pleasant New Year's with this and Osechi dishes!

This is the first label for Toyo Bijin! As a fan of Toyo Bijin, I can't help but drink it! So I bought it! It is a Daiginjo, but with brewing alcohol added. The aroma is mild and the taste is sweet? Is it because of the brewing alcohol? It tastes a little like it's been made. I think I would prefer a Junmai Ginjo or higher. Well, let's just say there is such a sake as this.

When in doubt, go for the sake that comes with the package tag. So, I chose this sake because it was recommended at the liquor store I usually go to. It passes through your mouth like clean water, leaving a sweet taste and a slight bitterness. What's that? I drank it about 6 months ago, but I don't remember it being this refreshing. But this one is very tasty, so double circle ◎ By the way, I think I'll go shopping again within the year, so I think I'll reserve a bottle of Kuheiji's light nigori!

Well, today I wanted to buy a bottle of a new kind of sake, so I went to my usual liquor store. There was a Junmai Daiginjo of Gohyakumangoku and this one, but this time I chose this one! Well, if you buy it at a proper store, it costs 3,500 yen for a bottle! And since I had 500 regional promotion stamps, I was able to buy it for 3,000 yen! What a luxury! So, good evening, wine glasses? Brandy glass? I don't know which one it was, but I got it out and drank it! I like glasses for wine because you can really smell the aroma. The pineapple aroma is as pleasant as ever! The taste has a juice-like sweetness and a robustness that is typical of sake! There is a slight lactic acidity with a hint of orikomi. And the bitterness is also pleasant! Oh, it's so delicious! It will be a fun season when new sake will be released one after another! Let's enjoy the salmon life!

Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop on a business trip to Tokyo I was looking forward to going home because it was freshly pressed. Fruity aroma like pineapple. The first sip was so sweet! The sweetness is so refreshing that it makes you think it's not a juice at all! However, this is just my impression from the tip of my tongue, so I taste it with my whole tongue in the second sip! Oh, the bitter taste and umami characteristic of sake! However, the sweet aroma overtakes the bitterness and passes through the nose! It still has a little bit of a tang to it, but it's so good, I can't stop! The bottle will be over in no time........

I found it casually on sale at the Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop at the beginning of the month and bought it immediately! I was told that the brewery had been borrowing the brewery since the fire, but the taste had not diminished! I gave it to him when I talked too much about my "love for hana-yosu"! It's been a long time since I've had a Hana-Hiyo-Yoku, but this aroma! It's so fruity, you wouldn't believe it's sake! It has more of a "Hanayo Kuyu" feeling than the new one I uploaded last time! I like this one better. I've been drinking it with tuna sashimi, but I think this sake is better to drink by itself! In a good way, it doesn't go well with sashimi. On the contrary, what kind of snacks can go with this kind of sake? In any case, I would like to thank the person who gave it to me, and I plan to send him a bottle of "Genmai" in the near future! Sake is really a good thing, isn't it?

I had picked up the "Kirinzan Potari Potari" label a few times, but this is the first time I bought it! It is labeled as "Koshitanrei", but it has a sweet lactic aroma and a sweetness that is typical of nama sake. It has a sweet lactic acid aroma and a sweetness that is typical of nama sake. I went on a business trip to Niigata City, so I visited a liquor store that introduced me to Murayu for the first time in the past. This time I bought this and one more bottle! Quite gassy! Fruity and not like sake! What is it? It's like a white wine or champagne. It seems to be better for Western-style meals than for sashimi. So, what do you think? Pineapple aroma as usual! But not as strong as before. The taste is sweet, then bitter, and spreads softly. What is it? Is it a little different from the previous ones? But personally, I like the taste because it is very well balanced. However, when "Miyamanishiki polished 40%" is pushed to the fore, it makes me think "? I'm not sure if that's what the makers are aiming for. Is that what the brewer is aiming for? At any rate, it's so delicious and enjoyable that I'm sure a bottle will be finished in no time!

Found at the Tokyo Ekichika Hasegawa Sake Shop! I found it and immediately picked it up and bought it! Oh, I can't drink Yui Yui! It makes me cry 😢. I see it's made in Hokkaido now.
