Hello, Mr. Hanahayo, it's been a long time! And nice to meet you with this label. I heard you're going to release new ones in a row this year. I'm so glad we have a contract store nearby! So, what do you think? Pineapple aroma as usual! But not as strong as before. The taste is sweet, then bitter, and spreads softly. What is it? Is it a little different from the previous ones? But personally, I like the taste because it is very well balanced. However, when "Miyamanishiki polished 40%" is pushed to the fore, it makes me think "? I'm not sure if that's what the makers are aiming for. Is that what the brewer is aiming for? At any rate, it's so delicious and enjoyable that I'm sure a bottle will be finished in no time!

Found at the Tokyo Ekichika Hasegawa Sake Shop! I found it and immediately picked it up and bought it! Oh, I can't drink Yui Yui! It makes me cry 😢. I see it's made in Hokkaido now. But it still has the same sweet aroma and taste! It's a bottle, but I'm sure I'll finish it soon! I want to continue to support this sake brewery! I am looking forward to it!

Purchased at a liquor store I've been going to for a while. I was looking around for something to drink when I saw a bottle of Jigokan in a 4-gougo bottle! But today, I wanted to buy a bottle of sake, and when I saw the sake tag, my brain decided that I should buy it! I opened the bottle at night! Ah, just the right amount of sweetness and umami that is typical of a daiginjo-style sake! If you read the back, it's "Gohyakumangoku", which I didn't notice because it's not written on the front! It's only one bottle, but I wonder if I can drink it over the weekend.

In a way, a jacket purchase. The label is simple and beautiful. There were several kinds at the liquor store, but I chose this one. The aroma is light lactic acidity. Sweetness comes first. I bought the jacket! So it's "Tate-nyan" because it's "Tatenogawa" (lol). But I heard that this series will end with Vol. 10. I'm glad to have met the last one. The sweetness of Junmai Daiginjo, which is typical of Tatenogawa. But it's not too sweet, so you can drink it without hesitation. I am looking forward to the renewal!

So this time I chose this one! It has a rich flavor with a lot of sweetness. Not so much fruity. The aroma is a little alcoholic. It is a very well-balanced sake, so it goes well with all kinds of food. And I drink it without snacks.

It's been a while since we opened a bottle of sake! I tend to drink beer in the summer! I bought this one at a liquor store I visited on a business trip the other day. There was sediment at the bottom, so I shook it and the cork flew out when I opened it. I'm glad it didn't spew out. Almost no aroma Pleasant sourness of lactic acid. It is easy to drink even in the summer because it is slightly sparkling! However, I got drunk after drinking only about 1 gou of sake, probably because I have not been drinking sake recently.

Perfect jackets with no prior knowledge. Again, I bought it at a liquor store I found on a business trip. The review said "slight gassiness" etc., but it was almost normal! But it is a very sweet sake! The aroma is faintly lactic acid? It's a bit too robust to be called a "summer sake", so I think it's the type of sake you'd want to drink by itself rather than with something else. But it's a success! This is a major place in the sake world. Snowman was posted in the past, but not this one! I bought this at Kaki-numa-san! I really wanted to buy a bottle, but they don't have a cold storage (tears). First of all, it has the robustness of sake! But the sweetness follows without a pause! The aftertaste is a little sweet, but it doesn't linger. But it doesn't linger, so it goes well with any meal. There's no part of it that's like a tonga, but it's not like "Oh, it's so good! I can drink it while thinking "Oh, it's so good! I got a new sake cup for the summer, so the fun continues! (**▽｀｀*)
