Memorandum No. 2 I bought a bottle of sake to drink on a long autumn night. I know that Ippo Yumi is delicious, so I can buy it without any hesitation. Sweet aroma and taste as expected! It went down so easily and was finished in no time! I enjoyed it with delicious sashimi!

Purchased at a liquor store I've been going to for a while. I was looking around for something to drink when I saw a bottle of Jigokan in a 4-gougo bottle! But today, I wanted to buy a bottle of sake, and when I saw the sake tag, my brain decided that I should buy it! I opened the bottle at night! Ah, just the right amount of sweetness and umami that is typical of a daiginjo-style sake! If you read the back, it's "Gohyakumangoku", which I didn't notice because it's not written on the front! It's only one bottle, but I wonder if I can drink it over the weekend.

Mutsu Hachisen after a long time Is this the first hiya-odori? The slightly tangy texture on the tongue and the muscat aroma escaping through the nose! In a way, a jacket purchase. The label is simple and beautiful. There were several kinds at the liquor store, but I chose this one. The aroma is light lactic acidity. Sweetness comes first. The bitterness and umami follow later. There is a little acidity, but it is a typical Omachi finish. I will enjoy long autumn nights while drinking this!

I bought the jacket! So it's "Tate-nyan" because it's "Tatenogawa" (lol). But I heard that this series will end with Vol. 10. I'm glad to have met the last one. The sweetness of Junmai Daiginjo, which is typical of Tatenogawa. But it's not too sweet, so you can drink it without hesitation. I am looking forward to the renewal!

It's been a while since I've had sake I tend to gravitate toward beer in the summer. It's fun to choose a sake, isn't it? There are so many different kinds of the same brand! So this time I chose this one! It has a rich flavor with a lot of sweetness. Not so much fruity. The aroma is a little alcoholic. It is a very well-balanced sake, so it goes well with all kinds of food. And I drink it without snacks.

It's been a while since we opened a bottle of sake! I tend to drink beer in the summer! I bought this one at a liquor store I visited on a business trip the other day. There was sediment at the bottom, so I shook it and the cork flew out when I opened it. I'm glad it didn't spew out. Almost no aroma Pleasant sourness of lactic acid. It is easy to drink even in the summer because it is slightly sparkling! However, I got drunk after drinking only about 1 gou of sake, probably because I have not been drinking sake recently.

Perfect jackets with no prior knowledge. Again, I bought it at a liquor store I found on a business trip. The review said "slight gassiness" etc., but it was almost normal! But it is a very sweet sake! The aroma is faintly lactic acid? It's a bit too robust to be called a "summer sake", so I think it's the type of sake you'd want to drink by itself rather than with something else. But it's a success! Rating: ★★★★(4 stars) I love buying jackets! Buying jackets is fun....

This is a major place in the sake world. Snowman was posted in the past, but not this one! I bought this at Kaki-numa-san! I really wanted to buy a bottle, but they don't have a cold storage (tears). First of all, it has the robustness of sake! But the sweetness follows without a pause! The aftertaste is a little sweet, but it doesn't linger. But it doesn't linger, so it goes well with any meal. There's no part of it that's like a tonga, but it's not like "Oh, it's so good! I can drink it while thinking "Oh, it's so good! I got a new sake cup for the summer, so the fun continues! (**▽｀｀*)

It's my reward for all the things I've been "breaking" at work lately! Of course, it's a bottle of wine. Whoa, whoa, omachi, you say? I wonder what kind of umami flavor will be added to the Hana-yosuyu Omachi besides the gorgeousness? I'm really looking forward to it! Wow! It is a bit more subdued than the gorgeousness of Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki, but the aroma of "Hanahyoshiyu" is strong! The umami and sweetness are exquisite! What is this? Isn't it just great! Personally, I prefer it to Yamadanishiki! I'm grateful to be in an environment where I can get this kind of sake, and I'm going to work hard again tomorrow.

But when I drank it, wow! It tastes so strong! It's like they used to say "calpis" on liquor store blogs, and it really is calpis for adults. But if you just taste it on the tip of your tongue, it ends up as sweetness, but if you swirl it around in your mouth, you will be left with the bitter taste that is so typical of the Japanese! This is the second souvenir from my business trip to Kanazawa! The rice polishing ratio is 35%, which is a very luxurious sake! It has a sweet aroma and tastes like lactic acid. It tastes lactic acidic. It's not gorgeous but rather calm. It's a four-pack bottle, so it's easy to drink and finish it.

Obuse Winery after a long absence As a local Nagano resident, I can't miss this seasonal brand! I had bought it a while ago, but finally bought it during GW! Sake-like lactic acid aroma and sweetness What's that? I thought it had more acidity when I drank it before. It's quite "sake" like. But the sweetness comes before the sourness, so I wonder if it's a trendy feeling. It's more lactic than fruity. I'm happy to drink a seasonal brand, no matter what it is.
