Taste degree 9/10 Active nama-shu. The shwashiness is irresistible, and the yogurt-like acidity accentuates the freshness and crispness of the raw sake. Great for summer sake. But it's not just that, it's also estery, with a hint of fullness in the second half.

Taste level 8/10 The Shiki series expresses the seasons with the same rice and the same rice polishing ratio. It is an unfiltered, unfiltered, single shot fire-refining sake. It has a refreshing taste that is perfect for summer. It is dry but more gorgeous than expected with a touch of sweetness. The acidity is good.

Preferred 10/10 Outstanding clarity and the umami of rice that is typical of junmai sake spreads on the palate. It is round and full, but also has a refreshing summery flavor. This is my favorite summer sake so far. The label is also refreshing. Shichida is the best.

Preferred 7/10 This is a new experience. Junmai sake, quite dry but with a strong ginjo aroma and a strong sense of gas. I was surprised that such a sake existed. Delicious. On the other hand, it has a spicy taste on the palate that I expected from the aroma to be a little sweet, so my tongue was surprised.

Preferred degree 7/10 Summer sake Drunken Whale. The bottle is refreshing and summery. The ginjo aroma is mild, and the in-mouth aroma comes from the top to the middle of the bottle. 16% alcohol, so the last alcohol taste is relatively lingering. It has no peculiarities and has a great sharpness. It is very drinkable, which is what a summer sake should be.

Taste degree 9/10 Price 1300 Gently fragrant ginjo aroma. The freshness is typical of nama-shu, with a slight gasiness. It is a junmai sake, but it is like a ginjo-shu. Excellent transparency. The smoothness when you drink it is amazing. Great cosmetics.

Taste degree 9/10 I put it in the freezer for a while to make it kinny and then drank it. It has a pleasant sourness like yogurt. The esteriness is noticeable from the top to the middle notes, but it's not at all harsh and it goes through refreshingly. I added sansho (Japanese pepper) as a pairing. It has a wonderful scent. If too much is added, the citrusy freshness will take away the ginjo aroma, but it is very good as a flavor enhancer.

Taste degree 7/10 A pure sake without any miscellaneous parts (blame at the time of Kamitanko). As the name suggests, it has a sense of transparency. In addition, it has the freshness and crispness of nama-shu, and the body of a pure sake. Slightly sweet but pure.
