Taste degree 7/10 A pure sake without any miscellaneous parts (blame at the time of Kamitanko). As the name suggests, it has a sense of transparency. In addition, it has the freshness and crispness of nama-shu, and the body of a pure sake. Slightly sweet but pure.

Taste level 7/10 The top-tasting ginjo aroma is rather subdued, but the pineapple-like, slightly sweet and heavy melon-like aroma at the top is very gorgeous and gives the impression of spring. From there, it has a slightly light rice flavor and a slightly lingering aftertaste.

Taste level 9/10 Price 1800 The gasiness (slightly strong) in the mouth is pleasant. The wine is full of freshness, and the acidity from the middle to the end is just what it should be! The acidity is just what you would expect from a junmai sake. It is a junmai sake, but it is also estery and graceful.

The gasiness is a bit strong, but it's a gentle chirichiri sensation. From the middle, there is a mild aroma and a clear flavor. The umami flavor remains until the end, but there is no sake smell. This is one of the best.

Preferred degree 7/10 Price: about 1500 yen The nose has a pleasant but restrained ginjo aroma. It is crisp on the palate with a slight gasiness at the end. The mouthfeel is also restrained but elegant. It has a freshness that can only be achieved with nama-shu. Almost no alcohol smell. A very high quality sake.
