Taste degree 9/10 I put it in the freezer for a while to make it kinny and then drank it. It has a pleasant sourness like yogurt. The esteriness is noticeable from the top to the middle notes, but it's not at all harsh and it goes through refreshingly. I added sansho (Japanese pepper) as a pairing. It has a wonderful scent. If too much is added, the citrusy freshness will take away the ginjo aroma, but it is very good as a flavor enhancer.
