The other day ma-ki-san recommended drinking it early (there was an entry on the back 😅), so I'm going to drink it in order 🎶🍶. It's a light nigori, so I'll start with the supernatant 🎶. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma like sweet and sour lychee 🎶✨️ In the mouth, sweetness and sourness spread in the mouth and gorgeous hints of fragrance pass through the nose 🫧🫧🫧. Now let's twirl the lees❄ The aroma is a little more rounded than the supernatant, but it's still gorgeous: ✨️✨️ In the mouth it's not much different, but it's very tasty and gorgeous. ✨️✨️ It's also very tasty with lees 🎶😋.

It's been a long time since I've had AKABU🎶and this is the first time I've had Yui no Kou 😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ beautiful ginjo aroma with a hint of pineapple 😉. In the mouth you can taste elegant sweetness and umami, a slight chilliness 🫧, and finally a hint of fragrance that passes through the nose and is very tasty 😋🎶, but I was drinking darker flavored stuff these days so I felt it was a little thin 😅.

There was quite a bit of lees❄ so I was looking forward to see how long it would take to open the bottle again, but there was no reaction at all😅🍶. Let's start with the top clear 🎶😋😋. The aroma has a slight ginjo aroma but not much 😉. In the mouth, there is a strong gassy sensation 🫧🫧🫧 followed by a sweet taste in the mouth 😋😆🎶. Next I will try it on the lees🎶😉😉✨️ The aroma is more sweet and lactic 😋✨️✨️ On the palate, the top plus sweetness and some bitterness at the end is very tasty 🎶😋😋I personally prefer it with lees 😆😋🎶.

It's an orikagami, so we'll start with the supernatant 🎶. The aroma is a sweet and sour lychee-like ginjo aroma 🎶✨️ In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the rice at first, but then it feels a little more alcoholic than dry 😅🍶. After a few minutes on the lees 🎶❄ The aroma doesn't change much on the palate 🎶😋✨️ but it's milder and more suited for a mealtime drink 🎶😋.

Let's start with the Kaori🎶. It has a very gorgeous ginjo aroma like grapefruit. ✨️✨️ When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sourness spreads and the hints of fragrance pass through your nose and the aftertaste is refreshing 🎶. It is sweeter and more refreshing than the Tomi no Kaori I drank before, and I prefer this one in my opinion 😉😋.

Again, the yeast is healthy and it took me 30 minutes to open the bottle even though there was a hole in the lid 😅😅I was more careful than with the Amagashi 😉😋😋I couldn't drink the supernatant because of the automatic stirring😅😅😅. Let's start with the aroma🎶The aroma is not much ✨️ When you put it in your mouth, it is sticky and has a strong chili and sour taste 🫧🫧🫧 surprisingly, there is not much sweetness.

I got this for myself when I went to Ise-san on New Year's Day 🎶😉😉. I love the sound it makes when you make love to it because it's shaped like a wine bottle when you pour it. The aroma has a sweet muscat-like ginjo aroma 😆✨️😆 The taste is sweet in the mouth, but the acidity also spreads in the mouth, making it rich and spicy 😋✨️It's a modern classic 🎶😋😉😉 I'm drinking it slowly today, but it's always at room temperature. Today I came to Akita on a business trip. I found some Snow Kayasha and decided to have some 🎶😉. I ordered it thinking it was cold sake but it was heated 😅. The aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma with a gorgeous fragrance (maybe because it's lukewarm 🤔)✨️ When you put it in your mouth, the fruity flavor spreads all over your mouth and there is also acidity 😋😋😋 after that, the fragrance is gorgeous. It is very delicious 🎶😋😋I would like to drink it cold if I have a chance to see how it tastes 🎶😋😋.

This is another limited edition sake that I'm looking forward to purchasing on the day of Maruishi Brewing's event 🎶😉.
