It's a nigori sake, so we'll start with the top clear 🎶. The aroma is completely rummy🥤🥤. In the mouth, there's a slight piquancy and gasiness🫧🫧 and a sweet taste with a bitter taste afterwards😋. I'll try mixing the lees🎶. I don't think the aroma is much different ❔ it seems a bit more subdued 😉. In the mouth, hmm... not much change ❔😆 I thought the lactic acidity would come 😁... but it's still delicious 😋😉.

I got this for myself when I went to Ise-san on New Year's Day 🎶😉😉. I love the sound it makes when you make love to it because it's shaped like a wine bottle when you pour it. The aroma has a sweet muscat-like ginjo aroma 😆✨️😆 The taste is sweet in the mouth, but the acidity also spreads in the mouth, making it rich and spicy 😋✨️It's a modern classic 🎶😋😉😉 I'm drinking it slowly today, but it's always at room temperature. I thought I would not be able to meet you on this business trip, but I finally got to meet Shinmasa at a standing bar at Akita Station on my way home from a business trip 😉😆 We used to compare drinks, but it is still very tasty on its own🎶. Today I came to Akita on a business trip. I found some Snow Kayasha and decided to have some 🎶😉. I ordered it thinking it was cold sake but it was heated 😅. The aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma with a gorgeous fragrance (maybe because it's lukewarm 🤔)✨️ When you put it in your mouth, the fruity flavor spreads all over your mouth and there is also acidity 😋😋😋 after that, the fragrance is gorgeous. It is very delicious 🎶😋😋I would like to drink it cold if I have a chance to see how it tastes 🎶😋😋.

This is another limited edition sake that I'm looking forward to purchasing on the day of Maruishi Brewing's event 🎶😉. Let's start with the aroma🎶It has a sweet pineapple-like ginjo aroma🍍🍍✨️ In the mouth it is sweet juicy with some gasiness on the tongue🫧🫧🫧 then a hint of incense leaves the nose and there is a lingering sourness 🎶😋😋 very delicious.

First of all, I opened the bottle😅This time it took about 10 minutes (maybe I was too careful ❔) to open the bottle as the yeast was healthy. So I couldn't drink the supernatant because it was completely mixed 😅. The aroma is lactic like calpis 🎶😋. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the piquancy and gasiness, and it still tastes like a lactic acid drink, but it is not as sweet as I thought it would be. I also feel a little bitterness at the end 🎶😋 but it is easy to drink and very tasty 🎶😋😉 I will drink the top clear tomorrow: ✨️

Here is the last one for the end of the year party 🍶. This is the one we asked the restaurant to pair 🙏🙏. The aroma is not so strong, but it is a dry aroma 🎶. However, I was surprised to find that it was a very delicious sake that was easy to drink with a great sweetness from the rice on the palate (lol) 😆 Sake is a very deep drink after all🎶😋.
