I'm going to have this one today too (lol) 💤 after a little sleep 🎶😉 I bought this one because of the -6.3 sake and 8.5 acidity even though it's an Akizuka 😋✨️ First of all, the color is a little yellowish and there is some lees❄🎶. The aroma is sweet and sour (the sourness prevails 😗)🔴 like honey plum paste🔴 with a hint of ginjo aroma✨️🤤. In the mouth it has a slight piquancy🫧🫧 and is quite sweet and sour 💕 but you can also taste the umami 😋 and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink and delicious 😋🎶 but I guess you can tell who likes it or not😅 This looks like something I've had somewhere ......❔ Oh ❗I drink apple vinegar honey white water every morning to lose weight 😆

It's been waiting in the sake cellar (fridge) at home for quite a while today 😅, I'm going to have this one 🎶🍶. This one is a sake made with red rice and I was attracted to it the moment I saw it because of its color 🎶🤤🤤 so I'm looking forward to it. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️It smells like sweet and sour lychee, which is very tempting to drink 🎶✨️🤤. In the mouth, you first feel the sweetness 😋😋and then there is a slight spiciness, but it is quite refreshing 😲and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink 😋🎶I think I prefer a bit more fruity taste ❔🤔 since it looks so impressive. I think the taste was a little bit indistinct, but when I tried it on the rocks, it was much cooler and sharper, which I prefer ❔🤔.

Today I went to Isehara on a business trip and was curious to buy this at Yoshikawa Brewery in Amezure 🎶🤤❔🤔 I asked the brewery if they had any limited edition 🎶🤤 and they said "No limited edition, but this one was just released today and if you drink it you will be the first person in Japan to drink it (lol)". I was happy to buy it, but I wonder how many people in Japan drank it in the end. I'm sorry for the long preamble, but I'm going to have it now 🙇 I was a little nervous to have it because HinaHanaMama had already made a comment about being a challenger 😉. Let's start with the aroma of the supernatant 🎶✨️ and you can also smell the slight sweet and sourness and a little alcohol 😉. In the mouth, after the schwash 🫧, it's bitter-sweet but firm and certainly has its quirks 😆 but I think I like it 🎶🤤. Today, I had given up on drinking it this year (at home 😅) 😭, when I suddenly appeared at a liquor store I don't usually go to 🎶🍶 and bought this one in a hurry 🎶🍶. It took about 7 minutes because I had to be careful to open the bottle, but I successfully accomplished my mission (lol) 🫡. Of course, since it's automatically stirred, you can't get the supernatant 😅. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ lactic acidic with a little alcohol 😉🍶. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gasiness 🫧🫧, but it is surprisingly dry 🍶🍶 but easy to drink due to low alcohol content❗❗🤤😉 I will drink the supernatant after tomorrow when things settle down🎶🤤. I had the supernatant the next day and it was dry and not sweet 😋🎶😋🫧.

On the palate, there is a slight gassy feeling 🫧, which is refreshing, but at the same time the softness of the water makes it easy to drink and very tasty 🎶😋🎶🤤 with low alcohol content. The aroma is still calm. ✨️ When I put it in my mouth, mmm💕the sweetness is doubled and the taste is also increased 😋🎶It is definitely better with the lees 🎶😋😋🤤Another favorite has been added 🎶🎶🤤.

Let's start with the aroma🎶✨️Ginjo aroma like a gorgeous pineapple🍍 that will whet your appetite for sake✨️😆. In the mouth, as the secret tasting sheet says, it has a surprisingly light and delicate finish with a dignified coolness and a dry aftertaste 😋✨️ and it can be enjoyed as a classic style heated sake when the sake temperature is raised. I will try it heated tomorrow as I didn't intend to do so today 🎶🍶😉. I had it later in the day 🎶🍶 heated to the highest temperature. The aroma has calmed down considerably 😉 ✨️😉. In the mouth, the umami spreads out and becomes quite dry 🍶🍶It's strange 😆 It becomes really classic, which is what it is 🎶😉😉.
