I bought it last year 😅 in anticipation of a CS appearance (lol) 😅 but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to drink it (lol) 😁, so I'm going to open this one today 🎶🐨 in support of the Dragons. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ it's a sweet pineapple🍍 like ginjo aroma 🎶✨️ When you put it in your mouth, sweet overtone aroma will pass through your nose, and then rich flavor will spread all over your mouth and a little bit of spiciness will remain on your tongue. This is also a rich, dry and delicious sake 🎶🍶🍶. Go Dragons ❗❗❗🐨🐨.

Today I'm going to try Hana-Kaze, which I've been curious about🎶. Let's start with the aroma🎶✨️It smells like sweet and sour plums or sour plums✨️😆. In the mouth, ......❔The sweetness comes instantly, but the pop spreads in the mouth and the bitterness lingers on the tongue, it's an interesting and delicious taste in a good way that I have never had in sake before 😉😋. Now let's twirl the lees❄ The aroma is a little more rounded than the supernatant, but it's still gorgeous: ✨️✨️ In the mouth it's not much different, but it's very tasty and gorgeous. ✨️✨️ It's also very tasty with lees 🎶😋.

It's been a long time since I've had AKABU🎶and this is the first time I've had Yui no Kou 😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ beautiful ginjo aroma with a hint of pineapple 😉. In the mouth you can taste elegant sweetness and umami, a slight chilliness 🫧, and finally a hint of fragrance that passes through the nose and is very tasty 😋🎶, but I was drinking darker flavored stuff these days so I felt it was a little thin 😅.

There was quite a bit of lees❄ so I was looking forward to see how long it would take to open the bottle again, but there was no reaction at all😅🍶. Let's start with the top clear 🎶😋😋. The aroma has a slight ginjo aroma but not much 😉. In the mouth, there is a strong gassy sensation 🫧🫧🫧 followed by a sweet taste in the mouth 😋😆🎶. Next I will try it on the lees🎶😉😉✨️ The aroma is more sweet and lactic 😋✨️✨️ On the palate, the top plus sweetness and some bitterness at the end is very tasty 🎶😋😋I personally prefer it with lees 😆😋🎶.

It has a very gorgeous ginjo aroma like grapefruit. ✨️✨️ When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sourness spreads and the hints of fragrance pass through your nose and the aftertaste is refreshing 🎶. It is sweeter and more refreshing than the Tomi no Kaori I drank before, and I prefer this one in my opinion 😉😋.

Again, the yeast is healthy and it took me 30 minutes to open the bottle even though there was a hole in the lid 😅😅I was more careful than with the Amagashi 😉😋😋I couldn't drink the supernatant because of the automatic stirring😅😅😅. Let's start with the aroma🎶The aroma is not much ✨️ When you put it in your mouth, it is sticky and has a strong chili and sour taste 🫧🫧🫧 surprisingly, there is not much sweetness.
