Today I went to Marunaka Brewing before and couldn't buy anything 😭, so I went a little further to this one (it was quite deep in the mountains, so I was in a hurry 😉) and bought the last bottle 🎶😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️mmm 💕It smells fruity, like lychee, but with a little bit of greenness too 😆. In the mouth... ❗😲The taste is surprisingly matured 🍶😉It's a bit different from the usual Takashi's 🎶😉 But the aftertaste cuts through so it doesn't feel heavy, it's like drinking slowly on a long autumn night 🎶🍶🙇😋. By the way, the last picture is the recommended cheesecake with sakekasu (or was it 😅) that I bought at the brewery, which also has a cafe ❗It was delicious 💕🤤.

Today I'm going to try this one that I love🎶🍶This is a daiginjo but it was quite cosy so I bought it immediately 😉. Let's start with the aroma🎶✨️Ginjo aroma is gorgeous like strawberry🍓✨️🤤. In the mouth, you can feel a great sweetness 😋 followed by a dry and crisp finish 🎶In my opinion, it is an easy to drink and delicious sake 🍶😉.

Today I'm going to try AKABU's Amber, which I think of when I think of fall sake🎶🍶I'm not sure about this year 💕. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ sweet juicy ginjo aroma like pineapple 🍍😆. On the palate, the sweetness and umami spread out and it has a sense of maturity as an autumn sake, it's still delicious 🤤😋 I'm glad I got to drink it this year too 😉👍️

Last week was Maruishi Brewery's Maruishi Day, so I went to visit and bought a variety of limited edition sake 🎶🍶🍶I thought it would be better to get this one early since it is a KEG draft ❔🙇😋 so I'll have it right away. I'll start with the top 🎶🍶🍶The aroma is sweet and sour like a gorgeous lychee ✨️🤤. In the mouth, it is sweet and juicy, with a hint of sweetness and a hint of sweetness that leaves the nose afterwards 😋🎶 and finishes with some bitterness 💕😋😋. Now let's try the lees❄🎶🍶The aroma has calmed down a bit, but not much has changed: ✨️ It has a slight chilli taste in the mouth 🫧It loses some of its sweetness and becomes more spicy and suitable as a food wine 😋It is also delicious 🤤🤤This time it was 250ml so it ran out quickly 😅😅.

Today I'm going to have a cherichiyou🍒 that I've always wanted to drink🎶🍶. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️, it has a slightly sweet and clean ginjo aroma 🎶✨️😉. On the palate, mmm 💕🤤sweet, with a slight chilli 🫧, umami, low al and easy to drink 🥤, a bit different from cherry🍒 (lol) 😅, but meh it's delicious💕🤤 I knew you were Takachiyosan 😉✨️

Today I'm going to try this one from my first prefecture 🎶🍶. I'm looking forward to it since it's a kijoshu 🤤. First, let's start with the aroma🎶✨️mmmm💕🤤It has a very gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma, as is typical of kijoshu 😆✨️ The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it is surprisingly dry 😋😋It also has some umami and body as it has been aged for a year 😋🎶As the comment says, it certainly looks good warmed up 🍶🍶I'll try it tomorrow 😉✨️ The next day I tried it lukewarm 🎶. The aroma has calmed down a bit, but what is it ❔ it has a strange (not bad 😆) aroma ❔✨️ When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is so rich and dry that you can't help but feel it soak into your body through your throat 🎶✨️ I recommend this one too 🎶😉.

Let's start with the aroma🎶✨️Senkou has a gorgeous sweet and sour aroma with a hint of acidity 🎶✨️😉. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity spreads quickly, but the taste is light (not quite dry) 😲😉 It's not something I've ever had before, but it's easy to drink and delicious with low alcohol content 🎶😋It's exactly like a sparkler 🎶😉.

Today I'm going to try this one that I've always wanted to try 🎶🍶I had it at a local sake street the other day but I don't remember much about it so I'm looking forward to it😅👍️ There's a little bit of lees❄ at the bottom of the bottle 😉✨️😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ it's not gorgeous but you can smell the ginjo aroma 🎶✨️ there's also a bit of alcohol ❔🤔. In the mouth, it is quite gentle sweet and sour (can you tell 🤣❔❔) and very easy to drink 🎶😆 I shook it just to be sure (I can't say to the extent of mixing the lees (lol)) and it was like ...... that❔ it was a little sour and lost its sweetness (or is it my imagination🤔) ❔❔. It's easy to drink because of the low alcohol content 🎶😉😉.

Last Sunday (9/14) I attended the Shimizu Sake Street with a full ticket (12:00-1700) 🎶🍶. The great thing about this event is that you can drink as much sake as you want without a ticket system 🎶🤤, but there is a drawback that the most popular sake runs out quickly 😅. Well, among them, the one that impressed me the most was STELLA CADENTE by Raifuku 💕🤤🤤💕. The aroma is gorgeous, gassy in the mouth 🫧🫧, sweet and juicy, and very much my favorite 🎶😋😋. I hope to join in the fun and deliciousness next year 😋🙏.

Today I'm going to try this one 🎶🍶 which has been recommended many times by Sake no Wa and which I've been looking forward to opening. It's an orikarami, so we'll start with the top clear 🎶❄. The aroma is a sweet lychee-like ginjo aroma that stimulates the desire for sake. ✨️😋 In the mouth, there is a gaseous sensation and a sweetness like a rumney 🥤 that spreads in the mouth, but ends with a slight bitterness 💕🤤. Next I mix the lees❄🎶😉. The aroma is still calming ✨️😉. In the mouth, the sweetness of the lees ❔ the flavor of the Yumami❔🤔 seems to have increased 😆🎶🎶It is still quite delicious 💕🤤 again, I think I prefer it with the lees mixed ❔🤔.

Continuing from last weekend's sake brewery tour with my drinking buddies 🎶🍶🍶I enjoyed the activated nigori❄ from Mikotsuru at a restaurant I used to frequent with these buddies 🎶🤤 so I decided to visit this brewery and try some 🎶🍶. We started with Yamae Nishiki. The aroma is not quite as floral as it should be, but it has a fruity ginjo aroma 😆✨️ The taste is quite rich, sweet and juicy, and the mouth is full of umami. Next, Hitogokochi! The aroma is also a fruity ginjo aroma 😆✨️ The taste in the mouth is elegant and fruity 🎶🎶. Finally, Yamadanishiki The aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma this time ~✨️ In the mouth, it is like a combination of Yamanishiki and Hitogokochi 🎶. 🎶Mikotsuru really is delicious 💕🤤And now I have another favorite 💕Of the three, Yamae Nishiki is my personal favorite 🎶😉😉. In case you're wondering, I bought the active nigori (lucky I was the last one left 🎶) and the unfiltered raw unadulterated Yamae-nishiki, which is limited to the brewery 🎶🍶.

Continuing from last weekend's sake brewery tour with my drinking buddies 🎶🍶 here are some of the drinks we all brought 🎶🤤. I took a picture of this one too, but due to the conversation and drunkenness I thought I wrote it down, but I almost didn't 😅. The aroma was slightly fruity and we were all talking about how it would make us want to drink 😆✨️ It was surprisingly dry on the palate, with a delicious sweetness and umami from the rice 🎶🎶. Now I want to drink Harvest Moon at home 🎶. By the way, the last picture is Masumi from Nagano Suwa 🎶 we were able to taste this one too 🍶I guess there were many refreshing sakes ❔🤔.

Pika-chan, hello! Masumi is a brewery I remember visiting when I toured five breweries a few years ago✨. It was the first & only Nabe-sama with alu sake among all the Nabe-sama's SummerMoon I had, but it is a delicious sake 😋. It's a good sake 😋.

Last weekend I went on a sake brewery tour to Yamanashi and Nagano with my drinking buddies🎶🍶Here are the drinks we all brought 🎶🤤. I took some pictures, but I was so drunk and talking that I almost didn't write anything down 😅. The aroma was fruity and we all talked about how much it made us want to drink 😆✨️ It was very tasty in the mouth and had a nice 😋🎶. Now I want to enjoy it at home 🎶. By the way, the last picture is of Shichiken's Yamanashi Meigen brewery and the restaurant Taimyu (the salmon with malted rice set meal is superb 🤤) 🎶.

I'm going to have this one today too (lol) 💤 after a little sleep 🎶😉 I bought this one because of the -6.3 sake and 8.5 acidity even though it's an Akizuka 😋✨️ First of all, the color is a little yellowish and there is some lees❄🎶. The aroma is sweet and sour (the sourness prevails 😗)🔴 like honey plum paste🔴 with a hint of ginjo aroma✨️🤤. In the mouth it has a slight piquancy🫧🫧 and is quite sweet and sour 💕 but you can also taste the umami 😋 and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink and delicious 😋🎶 but I guess you can tell who likes it or not😅 This looks like something I've had somewhere ......❔ Oh ❗I drink apple vinegar honey white water every morning to lose weight 😆

When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity spreading through your mouth first, and then it quickly pulls away and finishes dry ❔🤔This tasting is a little different from the previous ones, but it is also refreshing and delicious with just the right amount of acidity 🤤😋😋.

It's been waiting in the sake cellar (fridge) at home for quite a while today 😅, I'm going to have this one 🎶🍶. This one is a sake made with red rice and I was attracted to it the moment I saw it because of its color 🎶🤤🤤 so I'm looking forward to it. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️It smells like sweet and sour lychee, which is very tempting to drink 🎶✨️🤤. In the mouth, you first feel the sweetness 😋😋and then there is a slight spiciness, but it is quite refreshing 😲and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink 😋🎶I think I prefer a bit more fruity taste ❔🤔 since it looks so impressive. I think the taste was a little bit indistinct, but when I tried it on the rocks, it was much cooler and sharper, which I prefer ❔🤔.

Pika-chan, Heiwa Sake Brewery had everything from standard to slightly more expensive 15 kinds, 4 kinds of Muryozan over 10,000, 3 kinds of Dofuroku, liqueur, craft beer, etc. 🎵 Kido is the best cospa 🤗.
