Today I would like to try this one, which I was able to purchase just in time to visit the Miwa Densho Kura during my previous visit to the Ogami Shrine🎶. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️, it has a fruity, lychee-like ginjo aroma, although it's not very strong 🎶✨️😋. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the beautiful clear water at first, then sweetness and gorgeous ginjo aroma goes through your nose and it finishes crisply without too much aftertaste 🎶😉 It is very polite (or is it?) and very delicious 🎶❔😋It may sound strange but it is like an honor student of sake and I want to drink Yamadanishiki and Rohafu very much too. I want to drink Yamada Nishiki and Rohafu too!

I've let it sit for a bit today, but I'm finally going to try this one🎶🍶. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️🍒❔, it smells like cherry🍒❔, apple🍎❔ with a moderate but slightly sour ginjo aroma 🎶✨️😋. In the mouth, you first feel the mellowness of the water😲😲, then sweetness, acidity and umami😋🎶mmm, this is delicious 🤤🤤, I'm having dark sashimi today, so this is perfect 💕😋.

I was looking forward to this one today 🎶🍶🍶The lid was not screwed on so I pulled it out with some concern and it blew off with a loud "shpon" sound, I was in a hurry but it didn't blow 😅 safe 😅 Now let's start with the top clear 🎶😆 since it's a nigori. The aroma is gorgeous but it also smells like alcohol 😉✨️ It has a slight schwar🫧 feeling in the mouth and a sweetness like cider🥤 but it finishes dry and delicious 🎶🤤🎶. The aroma doesn't change much when the lees❄ are involved 😉. The lactic acid taste is added in the mouth and the dry finish is more rounded 🤤🤤I definitely prefer it with lees 🎶💕.

I'm going to try this one in a jackpot today🎶It looks so vibrant from the outside (lol) that it took me 10 minutes to open the bottle 😆🫧Naturally it's automatically stirred (lol), so I'll try the top clear 🎶next time. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ delicious lactic acidic aroma 🤤. When you put it in your mouth, you will first feel a shuwashu🫧 sensation, then surprisingly there is quite a bit of bitterness 😅I was expecting sweetness, so I was a little surprised 😲. It's also dry, so it's suitable as a food wine 😋.

This is a Yamae-Nishiki brewery limited edition and test brew purchased at Suwa Mikotsuru Sake Brewery on a previous Yamanashi/Shinshu sake brewery tour 🎶😆 I have high expectations for this 🤤. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️It has a fruity ginjo aroma like a gorgeous apple🍎❔ lychee 🎶✨️ In the mouth, there is a slight sourness 🫧, sweet and sour with a bitter or spicy finish ❔, it's still delicious 🤤🎶 and the rich flavor of Yamae Nishiki rice (or is that just my imagination? 😆) is good ❗👍️Gokotsuru never fails to deliver.

Today is the first time in a while that I'm having a lunchtime drink 🎶🍶🍶 and I'm looking forward to the many new sakes that have come out, but today I'm going to try this one 🎶😉 😉. Since it's an ogara-mi, I'll start with the supernatant first 😋. The aroma is subdued, but has a gorgeous ginjo aroma: ✨️😉. On the palate, a hint of fragrance✨️ passes through the nose, followed by a touch of sourness😋😋It's a dry sake with a lingering sourness🎶😋👍️ The aroma is also calmed down when it is on its lees❄. ✨️ When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is calmed down, but the sweetness and umami of the rice is added and the taste is more delicious 🎶🤤🎶I definitely prefer it with lees this time 🎶🎶 in my opinion.

I was able to purchase this year's Maruishi Brewing Company's Maruishi Day ゙ and was able to purchase the brewery's limited edition Ni-Wolf raw 🎶🤤, which I was looking forward to 🤤The theme this year is "secret" 😉. It has a slightly amberish color and maybe a slight thickening ❔🤔. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️Ginjo aroma like a gorgeous lychee 🎶✨️🤤. On the palate, there's a slight chilli🫧 feeling and sourness 🎶😋, then fruity゙, and finally a modest but lingering spiciness 🎶🤤No - it's delicious 😆 this time it can go as a food wine 🎶😉.

Today I'm going to try the orikarami that I couldn't drink last year🎶🍶. First, let's start with the supernatant 🎶😋😋The aroma has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, just like Kangiku🤤 ✨️🤤. On the palate, it has a gassy, shwashy 🫧 feeling, sweet and juicy like a pear 🍐, and a slight bitterness at the end that is as delicious as I expected 🤤💕. When lees❄ are involved, the aroma and taste are still calmed down ✨️ but it is still delicious 🤤😋😋. I couldn't buy it without lees this year, but next year I still need to compare 🎶🤤.

I enjoyed the Osaka Expo on a three-day weekend in October 😅❔ and was able to stop by the Ookami Shrine on the next day, so I bought this at the Imanishi Sake Brewery's approach shop🎶🍶This is sake yeast from the flower of the sacred sasa lily in the sacred grounds of the Ookami Shrine. ✨️✨️ First, let's start with the aroma🎶✨️ it has a mature but beautiful aroma 🎶✨️I've had other sake made with flower yeast and it has a gentle aroma 🎶🎶. On the palate, it starts off gentle but then you get a hint of sourness and then a rich rice flavor 😋🍶It's a little different from the hiragana Mimurosugi 😉. As I mentioned in my comment, it's good to enjoy it slowly while thinking about the long history 👍️🤤. The last photo is a shrine dedicated to Takahashi Katsunichimikoto in the Ojin Shrine.

Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ Mmmm💕Fruity aroma whets the appetite for sake 🤤✨️ When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity and the hint of aroma passing through your nose, it is a delicious sake just like the aroma 🤤😋😋I wonder if it has a little bit of gas🫧❔🤔It is a dangerous sake that can be drunk smoothly🍶I am very much looking forward to it because it is also very smooth ἀ✨️↩.

Today I'm going to try this one that I couldn't forget after drinking it at a familiar restaurant 🎶🍶I was very happy to get the last bottle at the brewery and was looking forward to it 😉🎶. I thought it would be a bit tricky to open since it was an active nigori, but it opened easily 😅. Let's start with the top clear 😆The aroma has a sweet and sour ginjo aroma with a hint of lychee 😉✨️ In the mouth, first a hint of aroma like rumney 🥤 passes through the nose 🫧🫧 and then a gassy feeling 🫧 and you can't help but say "ume~" 🎶🤤. When you mix the lees❄, the aroma still calms down. ✨️ When you put it in your mouth, it still has a roundness to it, and maybe a slight bitterness at the end ❔🤔, but still this activity. Nigori is so delicious💕Please try it next year 😋.

This one is fire-ground, but the aroma and taste is fruity and I think it was quite tasty and my favorite 🤤🤤I only have notes of how delicious it is 😅 sorry this is all I have 🙇. Today I went to Marunaka Brewing before and couldn't buy anything 😭, so I went a little further to this one (it was quite deep in the mountains, so I was in a hurry 😉) and bought the last bottle 🎶😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️mmm 💕It smells fruity, like lychee, but with a little bit of greenness too 😆. In the mouth... ❗😲The taste is surprisingly matured 🍶😉It's a bit different from the usual Takashi's 🎶😉 But the aftertaste cuts through so it doesn't feel heavy, it's like drinking slowly on a long autumn night 🎶🍶🙇😋. By the way, the last picture is the recommended cheesecake with sakekasu (or was it 😅) that I bought at the brewery, which also has a cafe ❗It was delicious 💕🤤.

Last week was Maruishi Brewery's Maruishi Day, so I went to visit and bought a variety of limited edition sake 🎶🍶🍶I thought it would be better to get this one early since it is a KEG draft ❔🙇😋 so I'll have it right away. I'll start with the top 🎶🍶🍶The aroma is sweet and sour like a gorgeous lychee ✨️🤤. In the mouth, it is sweet and juicy, with a hint of sweetness and a hint of sweetness that leaves the nose afterwards 😋🎶 and finishes with some bitterness 💕😋😋.
