I was able to purchase this year's Maruishi Brewing Company's Maruishi Day ゙ and was able to purchase the brewery's limited edition Ni-Wolf raw 🎶🤤, which I was looking forward to 🤤The theme this year is "secret" 😉. It has a slightly amberish color and maybe a slight thickening ❔🤔. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️Ginjo aroma like a gorgeous lychee 🎶✨️🤤. On the palate, there's a slight chilli🫧 feeling and sourness 🎶😋, then fruity゙, and finally a modest but lingering spiciness 🎶🤤No - it's delicious 😆 this time it can go as a food wine 🎶😉.

Today I'm going to try the orikarami that I couldn't drink last year🎶🍶. First, let's start with the supernatant 🎶😋😋The aroma has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, just like Kangiku🤤 ✨️🤤. On the palate, it has a gassy, shwashy 🫧 feeling, sweet and juicy like a pear 🍐, and a slight bitterness at the end that is as delicious as I expected 🤤💕. When lees❄ are involved, the aroma and taste are still calmed down ✨️ but it is still delicious 🤤😋😋. I couldn't buy it without lees this year, but next year I still need to compare 🎶🤤.

I enjoyed the Osaka Expo on a three-day weekend in October 😅❔ and was able to stop by the Ookami Shrine on the next day, so I bought this at the Imanishi Sake Brewery's approach shop🎶🍶This is sake yeast from the flower of the sacred sasa lily in the sacred grounds of the Ookami Shrine. ✨️✨️ First, let's start with the aroma🎶✨️ it has a mature but beautiful aroma 🎶✨️I've had other sake made with flower yeast and it has a gentle aroma 🎶🎶. On the palate, it starts off gentle but then you get a hint of sourness and then a rich rice flavor 😋🍶It's a little different from the hiragana Mimurosugi 😉. As I mentioned in my comment, it's good to enjoy it slowly while thinking about the long history 👍️🤤. The last photo is a shrine dedicated to Takahashi Katsunichimikoto in the Ojin Shrine.

Good morning, Pika! It's a good tour to visit Imanishi Sake Brewery on the day after the Expo 🎵. I also visited Imanishi Sake Brewery and had a great time 🤗. The Sando store was closed, so next time I want to visit there and try a sample 😋. The sammorosugi is delicious, isn't it?

Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ Mmmm💕Fruity aroma whets the appetite for sake 🤤✨️ When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity and the hint of aroma passing through your nose, it is a delicious sake just like the aroma 🤤😋😋I wonder if it has a little bit of gas🫧❔🤔It is a dangerous sake that can be drunk smoothly🍶I am very much looking forward to it because it is also very smooth ἀ✨️↩.

Today I'm going to try this one that I couldn't forget after drinking it at a familiar restaurant 🎶🍶I was very happy to get the last bottle at the brewery and was looking forward to it 😉🎶. I thought it would be a bit tricky to open since it was an active nigori, but it opened easily 😅. Let's start with the top clear 😆The aroma has a sweet and sour ginjo aroma with a hint of lychee 😉✨️ In the mouth, first a hint of aroma like rumney 🥤 passes through the nose 🫧🫧 and then a gassy feeling 🫧 and you can't help but say "ume~" 🎶🤤. When you mix the lees❄, the aroma still calms down. ✨️ When you put it in your mouth, it still has a roundness to it, and maybe a slight bitterness at the end ❔🤔, but still this activity. Nigori is so delicious💕Please try it next year 😋.

Here is the second bottle (this might have been the first one 😅)🎶😉😉. This one is fire-ground, but the aroma and taste is fruity and I think it was quite tasty and my favorite 🤤🤤I only have notes of how delicious it is 😅 sorry this is all I have 🙇. I remember saying 💕I think I like it better than Collage 😉.

Today I went to Marunaka Brewing before and couldn't buy anything 😭, so I went a little further to this one (it was quite deep in the mountains, so I was in a hurry 😉) and bought the last bottle 🎶😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️mmm 💕It smells fruity, like lychee, but with a little bit of greenness too 😆. In the mouth... ❗😲The taste is surprisingly matured 🍶😉It's a bit different from the usual Takashi's 🎶😉 But the aftertaste cuts through so it doesn't feel heavy, it's like drinking slowly on a long autumn night 🎶🍶🙇😋. By the way, the last picture is the recommended cheesecake with sakekasu (or was it 😅) that I bought at the brewery, which also has a cafe ❗It was delicious 💕🤤.

In the mouth, you can feel a great sweetness 😋 followed by a dry and crisp finish 🎶In my opinion, it is an easy to drink and delicious sake 🍶😉.

Today I'm going to try AKABU's Amber, which I think of when I think of fall sake🎶🍶I'm not sure about this year 💕. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ sweet juicy ginjo aroma like pineapple 🍍😆. Last week was Maruishi Brewery's Maruishi Day, so I went to visit and bought a variety of limited edition sake 🎶🍶🍶I thought it would be better to get this one early since it is a KEG draft ❔🙇😋 so I'll have it right away. I'll start with the top 🎶🍶🍶The aroma is sweet and sour like a gorgeous lychee ✨️🤤. In the mouth, it is sweet and juicy, with a hint of sweetness and a hint of sweetness that leaves the nose afterwards 😋🎶 and finishes with some bitterness 💕😋😋. Now let's try the lees❄🎶🍶The aroma has calmed down a bit, but not much has changed: ✨️ It has a slight chilli taste in the mouth 🫧It loses some of its sweetness and becomes more spicy and suitable as a food wine 😋It is also delicious 🤤🤤This time it was 250ml so it ran out quickly 😅😅.

Today I'm going to try this one from my first prefecture 🎶🍶. I'm looking forward to it since it's a kijoshu 🤤. First, let's start with the aroma🎶✨️mmmm💕🤤It has a very gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma, as is typical of kijoshu 😆✨️ The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it is surprisingly dry 😋😋It also has some umami and body as it has been aged for a year 😋🎶As the comment says, it certainly looks good warmed up 🍶🍶I'll try it tomorrow 😉✨️ The next day I tried it lukewarm 🎶. The aroma has calmed down a bit, but what is it ❔ it has a strange (not bad 😆) aroma ❔✨️ When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is so rich and dry that you can't help but feel it soak into your body through your throat 🎶✨️ I recommend this one too 🎶😉.

When you put it in your mouth, the acidity spreads quickly, but the taste is light (not quite dry) 😲😉 It's not something I've ever had before, but it's easy to drink and delicious with low alcohol content 🎶😋It's exactly like a sparkler 🎶😉.

Today I'm going to try this one that I've always wanted to try 🎶🍶I had it at a local sake street the other day but I don't remember much about it so I'm looking forward to it😅👍️ There's a little bit of lees❄ at the bottom of the bottle 😉✨️😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ it's not gorgeous but you can smell the ginjo aroma 🎶✨️ there's also a bit of alcohol ❔🤔. In the mouth, it is quite gentle sweet and sour (can you tell 🤣❔❔) and very easy to drink 🎶😆 I shook it just to be sure (I can't say to the extent of mixing the lees (lol)) and it was like ...... that❔ it was a little sour and lost its sweetness (or is it my imagination🤔) ❔❔. It's easy to drink because of the low alcohol content 🎶😉😉.

Last Sunday (9/14) I attended the Shimizu Sake Street with a full ticket (12:00-1700) 🎶🍶. The great thing about this event is that you can drink as much sake as you want without a ticket system 🎶🤤, but there is a drawback that the most popular sake runs out quickly 😅. Well, among them, the one that impressed me the most was STELLA CADENTE by Raifuku 💕🤤🤤💕. The aroma is gorgeous, gassy in the mouth 🫧🫧, sweet and juicy, and very much my favorite 🎶😋😋. I hope to join in the fun and deliciousness next year 😋🙏.
