First of all, I opened the bottle😅This time it took about 10 minutes (maybe I was too careful ❔) to open the bottle as the yeast was healthy. So I couldn't drink the supernatant because it was completely mixed 😅. The aroma is lactic like calpis 🎶😋. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the piquancy and gasiness, and it still tastes like a lactic acid drink, but it is not as sweet as I thought it would be. I also feel a little bitterness at the end 🎶😋 but it is easy to drink and very tasty 🎶😋😉 I will drink the top clear tomorrow: ✨️

Here is the last one for the end of the year party 🍶. This is the one we asked the restaurant to pair 🙏🙏. The aroma is not so strong, but it is a dry aroma 🎶. However, I was surprised to find that it was a very delicious sake that was easy to drink with a great sweetness from the rice on the palate (lol) 😆 Sake is a very deep drink after all🎶😋.

Finally, I will try it with warmed sake 🎶😋😋I think I prefer it hot ❔🤔The aroma is like amazake. It tastes a little sour in the mouth but the rice flavor increases and it's very easy to drink, mild and very tasty 🎶😋😋The amount is 480mm and you can finish it in one day (be careful not to drink too much ⚠️) 😋✨️
