I got this same one from a friend who went to visit Oise-san the other day (lol) 😆I bought this at Oise-san at the beginning of the year (lol) and was wondering when I should drink it ❔🤔, so I got a good chance 🍶😋. So let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ there's a slight fruity ginjo aroma 🎶✨️ In the mouth, it is...hmmm ❔🤔I thought it would be more fruity and gusto, but just like the aroma, the slightly fruity aroma turns into a delicious rice flavor, and the spiciness (sharpness❔) comes at the end, making it a mature but deep sake 🎶🍶😋. It is a sake to be enjoyed in a relaxed manner while thinking about the ancient romance that is written on this sake!

Today I'm going to try a bottle of Jiginjo that I bought 6 months ago but didn't open because I didn't want to waste it 🎶🍶. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️It's not spectacular, but it has a clear, sweet and sour ginjo aroma like pineapple 🎶✨️😆. When you put it in your mouth, you think it's round for a moment, but then the acidity and fruity overtones spread gorgeously throughout your mouth, leaving a little sourness on your tongue, but it cuts through nicely 🎶✨️😆😋😋The hi-iri is a bit tame, but this is very gorgeous 🎶✨️Aiyama has a sweet juicy flavor that is very delicious 🎶😋😆🎶.

Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ it's a little mature, but it's a citrusy ginjo aroma, so it's very floral 😉 ✨️😉. On the palate, it is a very tasty sake with a refreshing, round and sour taste 🎶😆 It is very easy to drink due to its low alcohol content 🎶I can see why it is highly praised by everyone ❗😉😉.

Today I moved out of the place I lived for 13 years and to celebrate I'm going to have a sparkling Otters🎶🫧😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️, it has a beautiful sweet and sour lychee-like ginjo aroma that is a little subdued 🎶✨️😉. In the mouth, there is a nice, tight, gassy feeling, and because it is nigori sake❄, it is a round, slightly sweet and sour adult lactic acid beverage that is very tasty🎶😋🥂.

The aroma is sweet and tantalizing like apples 😆✨️✨️ In the mouth, it has a shwashiness🫧🫧, then a sweetness, and finally an apple-like aroma that swells up in the mouth, and finally a not unpleasant bitterness 🎶😋😆😆. Now let's try the lees 🎶❄ The aroma is calming as usual: ✨️ When I put it in my mouth, the schwashiness🫧🫧 becomes stronger and the bitterness increases ❔🤔I personally prefer it without the lees involved (lol) ❔😆 to each his own 😉 but I guess Hououou Mita never fails me 😆😆✨️✨️

I was about to enjoy it when I took off the cover of the jar lid and picked up my phone to write a few comments when I heard a "pop" and looked at the jar and saw that the lid was open and stirring had started 😫 I quickly poured it into a glass and it was safe but it could have been a disaster 😅😅. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ it's a sweet pineapple🍍 like ginjo aroma 🎶✨️ When you put it in your mouth, sweet overtone aroma will pass through your nose, and then rich flavor will spread all over your mouth and a little bit of spiciness will remain on your tongue. It's been a long time since I've had AKABU🎶and this is the first time I've had Yui no Kou 😉. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ beautiful ginjo aroma with a hint of pineapple 😉. There was quite a bit of lees❄ so I was looking forward to see how long it would take to open the bottle again, but there was no reaction at all😅🍶. Let's start with the top clear 🎶😋😋. The aroma has a slight ginjo aroma but not much 😉. In the mouth, there is a strong gassy sensation 🫧🫧🫧 followed by a sweet taste in the mouth 😋😆🎶. Next I will try it on the lees🎶😉😉✨️ The aroma is more sweet and lactic 😋✨️✨️ On the palate, the top plus sweetness and some bitterness at the end is very tasty 🎶😋😋I personally prefer it with lees 😆😋🎶.
