The ninth drink of the Mie Grand Sake Brewery Market I almost don't remember what it was like. Sorry, Mr. Sangoo! I'll try again someday! I was very impressed by the many sake lovers in the hall, all of whom were tipsy and seemed to be having a great time 😄. It was a great event! I will go again next year!

The 8th Great Sake Brewery Market in Mie This is the sake brewery of Imuraya, a well-known brand of adzuki-bars and buns! Well, by the time I've had my 8th glass, my memory is a little fuzzy... Sorry😅. I can't remember what it was like because I was so tipsy and excited... 😅 But it was delicious! I remember that 😄.

The 7th drink at the Great Sake Brewery Market in Mie is "Hanzo & (and)"! This is so delicious! Even though I was getting a bit high after 7 glasses, this was really tasty! I can say it was the best one of the day! This is Aizan, but I'd like to try Omachi sometime! I'm sure it will be delicious too!

The 6th cup at the Great Sake Brewery Market in Mie Also by Denen-no-Megami (Goddess of Sake Banquet) This one was a bit stale... 💧. Almost more of a white wine than sake. Looks like it would go well with Italian food!

The 4th Cup of Mie's Great Sake Brewery Market Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Series "Summer Damon". Looks fresh and delicious from the outside! Third glass at the Great Sake Brewery Market in Mie. Fruity and gassy, quite my favorite! Elegant, well-balanced, and just as delicious as expected 😄. I would like to repeat this sake again and again! The brewery was originally famous for their plum wine, I wonder if that is reflected in their sake production?

The second drink at the Great Sake Brewery Market in Mie I had to drink "Saku Ho-no-Tomo" before "Impression H", which I had already bought. The aroma was fresh and juicy 😝 I could have drunk it through my nose. It tasted so good that I could drink it through my nose. From here, we moved on to the raging Mie Sake zone!

I visited the local Mie Grand Sake Brewery Market and had the first drink! Tamitsu", a sake I hadn't drank for this day. Ahhh, this is already a melon from the aroma! I won't say ahhh, it's delicious! There was also Omachi, so we compared both! I think I prefer the Omachi. But both are unquestionably delicious 😝!

One day at a liquor store, I came across a bottle of "Morinokuma-san" and bought it! It's fruity, which matches the fresh label, and has a good balance of umami, sourness, and bitterness 😆✨. I guess "Morinokuma-san" refers to the rice they use! Also, the barcode is shaped like a sake bottle! Very clever 😊.

I stopped by a convenience store on a whim and saw it chilling in the fridge, and I found myself standing in line at the cash register with it in my hand 😅. It's just like high quality water, smooth and refreshing. You can drink it Swiss-ly 😊.

A bottle of a gift Echino Kanmei", a Showa-era sake. Since I got into sake, I often get sake from people. I'm so grateful! It's dry, but it's refreshing and has a nice sharpness, so it's pretty easy to drink. I've been drinking a lot of modern sake lately, so it's nice to have a classic one like this once in a while.

The last day of Golden Week was capped off by the Machida Sake Brewery! It was so pop and easy to drink that I thought I could drink a whole bottle of it in one go! It was so delicious and fruity! I recommend drinking it again ✨I like it a lot 😄!

I bought it thinking it would be a light sparkling nigori, but it turned out to be a gutsy sparkling 💧. I mean, it said "SPARKLING" on the label... 😆💦. I overlooked that... I was so confused by the "be careful when opening the package" that I blew up 💦. I prefer it after a few days when the spark has calmed down a bit.

Second bottle purchased for Golden Week Kamoshisto Kuheiji. This is another impressive taste 😆. Piri-piri, fruity, sweet and delicious! The second day after opening the bottle, the piri-piri flavor has calmed down and the taste is mellow. It shows a different face. I like the label too! The gap between the contents and the label is very interesting 😊It looks like it's a little bit crazy but actually it's very gentle 😅The explanation behind the label is very kind and I can feel the enthusiasm of the brewer 😊. A bottle you should always have by your side ✨ By the way, the title of this "SAUVAGE Apparently it means "wild" in French... 💧.

First nigori sake I wanted to try nigori sake for the first time, so I bought some at a local supermarket. It looks like it's made from rice polished to perfection. It looks good for the skin! The taste is... well, it's hard to compare since it's my first nigori sake and first Shirakawa-go brand, but it's different from what I was expecting. In my own image, it tasted more gaseous and gassy, like Smack... I had this fantasy about it. It's not at all what I imagined😅. Sweet and dry (what is that?) or sweet sake without sweetness? I don't know what to call it. Anyway, it was different from my fantasy, so I honestly didn't understand the first nigori... 💧. I'm going to try it again today with a fresh mind! I've heard that it's good heated up, and that it's also good with carbonated water. I'm sure my feelings may change as I drink two or three cups.

Houou Mita, which I have been wanting to try! This is delicious! Elegant aroma, sweetness and umami The sharpness that slips smoothly through the tongue. It seems to change its face with each sip, and I never get tired of it! It's like a bottle of sake that explains why I'm addicted to sake! It's really good! The black bottle is beautiful and the label is gold phoenix on a black background! The appearance definitely contributes to the taste! Very elegant and cool! By the way, I heard a rumor that Hououmida is collaborating with Senkou. I wonder what kind of sake they will show us. I have a feeling it will be legendary...
