Drinking. We really got a lot of things that day😊.
I had passed on this one when I saw the price at the liquor store. The sweetness, the aroma, and the fact that everyone was the first to get it!
Our nigori line came from Snowman to Snow Crescent. When we went to the liquor store to look for the next one, we found a bottle of "Huh?"
It's Urasato's Usu Nigori. ❗️
There are quite a few bottles left, but is it ok?
When I opened the lid and poured it, there was a nice aroma. Not just fruit, not just lactic acid, but a fresh aroma. It has an elegant aroma like a perfume, but in a good way. When you put it in your mouth, the lactic acidity and gasses are followed by the juicy rice sweetness that swells up on your tongue. It is indeed a bit melon-like, but more elegant. The second half from the first to the last half, while retaining the sweetness, the bitterness comes in the back.
As I thought when I drank Urasato before, it is a sake with good "taste". Delicious. ‼️
Jay & Nobby, it's getting colder 🥶Urasato's Usu Nigori, it was my first time and this was a delicious drink I hope to encounter again 😊Bear🐻I must be careful: ❗️
Sashi-Drinking with seniors🍶 Brief record.
I was curious to try this one because I was a little stuck on something when I drank a different one before.
It's different from your review, but it's very classic and heavy, and it was a little too much for me at the end of the after-party💦.
I'm a drunk, so I can't rely on that.
Sashi-Drinking with seniors. Brief record.
I thought it would have a bit more flavor and appleiness if I drank it at home. I think it's been open for a long time? Tasake Tokusyu Jun is better to drink at home 😌.
Drinking with seniors 🍶 Brief record.
The second kind of Nabeshima.
Green is stable balance.
Akaban Omachi has a bulging sweetness and a bitterness in the second half.
I liked this one better on this day: ❤️
For the record only😊
Drinking with my senpai.
I ordered sashimi for two, but this was for one 😅It's delicious, so no problem ❗️
The hikakami, not too sweet, but still aromatic in the mouth, went well with the sashimi 😉.
It was the last day of a three-day weekend 😊.
My youngest son had a tennis match yesterday, he did his best and stuff, so let's do sukiyaki already ❗️.
Here's what I chose for my sake 💁.
I went all the way to the store the day before yesterday to buy some 👑.
Of the several varieties, I still prefer my favorite, Yatsu ❤️
This time it's a rare version of ⭐️5 ❗️
This one is delicious ❗️ with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. It has a freshly cooked rice feeling, a gentle gassy feeling, and a pleasant pungency from the astringent bitterness and alcohol in the latter half of the bottle. I think this second half is the best part of the Yaoxo. This is the hook that makes you want to drink it again.
It is robust, yet clear and refined. Happiness: ❤️
I came home from night shift, took a bath, and had a drink with my mom just after midnight 😌.
Here's a bottle of Kouei Chrysanthemum. The light nigori at the bottom of the bottle was appealing to bring it home.
The bottle opened with a long pshoooooosh, not much aroma, grapefruit like flavors in the mouth like a wooden vat, umami like cooked rice, I like this kind of Koei Kiku, ❤️ acidity is also good. The sweetness and riceiness increased after I muddled the cage and left it in the glass at room temperature for a bit. ❗️
I think you have to drink Koei Kiku over a period of days👍
I went to the liquor store to see if they had some in stock, but they didn't 💦I asked the clerk and he said they were just about to put them on the shelves, but they were there: ⛄️
I remember seeing last year's review of the heat, I thought it was drier and less sweet than I had expected.
I'm sure it was a little less sweet and drier than I thought it would be, but this year it was carbonated and stirred automatically 🫧 and it was too good! Here it is~⛄️
On the third day, the bubbles are activated by the warming of the sake. ❗️ When it settles down, it has a melting oli, a strong aroma, a pronounced acidity, the umami of rice, and a luxurious 😌 warming taste. ♨️
I was on a business trip to Yamaguchi with my team at work😊.
We went for a light drink the day before before the main event the next day.
Since I came all the way to Yamaguchi, I had a bottle of Toyo Bijin.
It has a ginjo aroma, softly rounded sweetness, moderate acidity, and good sharpness. No gas. The Daiginjo✨.
The rice flavor is nice after it warms up a bit.
The Sentori Kijoshu was a bit drier than I expected, so I opened it up to make sure it was ready to drink ✨.
When I opened it, I could smell the sweet aroma 🌸.
On the palate, it has a gentle sweetness of rice, saltiness (minerality), and a strong astringency and bitterness from the mid-palate. The N I had the other day is more beautiful and elegant, but this one has a gutsy hook in the second half that makes me want to drink it again 😊.
Good thing it's a bit warmer than right out of the cellar at 0 degrees to give it a bit of fullness: ❤️
IMPRESSION , not off the hook ⁉️
Delicious ‼️
After a few days of drinking, it's sweeter, juicier, keeps juicier, milder bitterness, too good ✨.
Good morning, Seigo!
Saku-sama's IMPRESSION is delicious 😋.
I also like TYPE-H a lot and I was so happy the moment I drank it 🎵.
I like not only the taste but also the aroma of Sakusama 🤗.
I went to buy a bottle of Edogari Kijoshu, I had to drink it 😊.
The Organic Naturals' Kijoshu was easy to recognize because the color of the bottle was obviously different, but you have to look at the sticker very carefully to recognize this one.
The aroma is vanilla. The sweetness is moderate for a kijo-shu, but the sourness and bitterness from the first taste and the vanilla cream-like aroma that lingers in the mouth. The acidity in the middle is like "blue cheese" according to my mom. The sweetness and umami will be just right tomorrow.
I'm impressed that Sentori has Sentori's character after all. I want to drink black organic naturals again 😌.
The sweetness increased a little on the second and third days 😊But I felt it wasn't like a kijoshu. I know it's supposed to be 13% alcohol, but it's so smooth that it becomes watery in the second half and lacks the thickness to catch the acidity of Sentori.
I guess it's just a matter of my mood now that it's getting colder 😌.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😌It was very smooth and not like a kijoshu 💧I personally like kijoshu to be sweeter and more tender from the start 😊 but it might be possible for you to try it 😉.
It's been a while since we've had a special pure ‼️ at our house.
1) I love the balance of the label when it is displayed in the cellar!
2) The slight apple-like aroma when it opens.
(3) In keeping with the times? Slightly low gas.
(4) Exquisite balance: not too sweet, not too spicy, not too bitter, yet not too much.
(5) Cost under 1800 yen!
It's still well balanced.
It feels a little more refreshing than before, but I won't know tomorrow.
I still like it the best among all the tasake. ❤️
Hi Seigo 😃
I'd like to introduce you to Tasake's Tokujun! It's just as you say, it has presence, it's delicious, and it's the most cost-effective one you can have 🤗.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌙Tasake Tokusyu really has a presence, doesn't it? I love the feeling of a relieved family home 😌I sometimes don't go through with it even if it's at a sake shop, but when I drink it, I'm reminded 😅That's another parental feeling 🤭.
I found Hakuten in one of your reviews and decided I wanted to drink it after a long time, so I went to the liquor store to think about this.
There it was, fresh Hakuten 🤍.
The aroma is mild. Mouthfeel is rice, sweet gas, juicy, clear, acid, bitter, and alcohol.
At first sip, the first 1/3 was thin and the second 1/3 was bitter and alcoholic, but as you drink it slowly, the whole thing gradually becomes juicy and cohesive, the more you drink, the better it tastes, it's a wonder 😊.
I could drink this all the time.
On the second day, the sweetness increases just enough, the bitterness and alcohol in the second half drops a bit, yumm ✨ There's a slight grapefruit feeling in the background, or that feeling of rice and agave flower style. Just a hint. I wonder if it's my imagination.
My junior said, "Let's drink Shinsei," and I said, "With pleasure!"
I can't drink it at home these days because I can't meet him, but I'll drink it for my mom who likes Yonotori. ❗️ Leave it to me. ‼️
Of course it was too good 🤤✌️
Shinsei is still shinsei👍
Good evening, Seigo!
I have the impression that there are many great juniors and subordinates in the sakewa area 😁✨✨.
Shinsei is the best invitation to have a drink - Yonotori is my favorite food, so I'm jealous 🤤!
Hi ma-ki-, I was thinking it would be awkward for me to be the only one drinking Shinsei 😊Yonotori is a favorite of mine as well. It's delicious, isn't it? ❗️
I went for yakitori & drinks with my juniors 🍺.
We had a good time drinking without hesitation 😊.
I was surprised to find that I could not buy it because it is usually sold at the liquor store.
I was expecting a sweet and thick sake, but I got the impression that it's very refreshing.
The aroma is not flashy, the sweetness is elegant, crisp and elegant sake that does not interfere with the meal 😌.
If I were asked to name my favorite of the Kouei Chrysanthemums, I'm sure it would be Kouei: ❤️
Mildly sweet, nutty flavor with pleasant acidity, and the flavor improves as the day goes by after opening. Of course, it is also good when laid down. So I drank a little first to open temporarily😊.
It is still delicious 😋.
I'll be chivi chivi chivi over the coming days 😘.
It was so hot that you would think it was summer💦.
So I opened a bottle of this one because the other day's Sandoni Nozomaki was very acidic and the Tasake no Midori was finished.
The aroma is gentle and gentle ginjo aroma with a milk-like milky aroma. In the mouth, it has a clear and elegant sweetness that spreads to the tongue, with little bitterness and a nice crispness. It is an elegant sake. ❤️It is sweet, but not clingy, but not lacking, and really good. ❗️It strikes me now. ⚾️
Even my mom, who has a more trustworthy palate than myself, said "Oh!" I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not. I think it's similar to Shinshu Kamerei.
Hi Seigo!
Saku-sama's impressionN is delicious 😋.
I compared it with Masa's Nakadori and it was absolutely delicious 🤗.
My wife's palate is trustworthy, as is ours 😁✨✨.
Hi ma-ki-, 😃Luxurious drink comparison ✨IMPRESSION is the second one I've had and it's a no-hassle one ❗️ My wife doesn't care if it's rare or famous so there's no discovery 🤭.
