Drunk notes. Not to be guessed. Went to a yakitori restaurant with my senpai. I've been drinking too much sweet sake lately, so we decided to go for dry and dry sake. Sweet aroma. When you drink it, it has a ginjo flavor as the aroma suggests, but it quickly becomes sharp, dry, and has a good bitterness. It is dry and has a moderate bitterness.

I bought it again this year. Thanks to the zero degree cellar, the bottle was opened normally, but while I was drinking it, the cork came up and I panicked💦. Watch out, watch out, watch out. Last year I thought it had a rummy feel, but this year my impression was dry banana cider 🍌. Just the right amount of dryness, low alcohol, but delicious. ‼️

I saw it at a liquor store and bought it to use as a food sake, somewhat imagining a Nagano flavor, but it was more of a summer sake than I expected. It was more than I expected. It was not without appleiness, but it had more acidity than I expected, and when I drank it, I felt it was similar to the KID white malted rice that I drank the other day. But it has clear sweet acidity and a firm umami in the second half. Also, there is no gassy feeling. I see, Zenkichi is also various. This one is delicious as well!

I'll take the liberty of doing Father's Day on my own, even though I'm late to the party: ❗️ I opened the bottle! I compared it with Ni No Nou Brewing in my own way. The aroma is sweet and a little woody. When you drink it, it is less sweet than Ninomoto and has a wild woody aroma. It is slightly bitter. As it warms up, the sweetness and umami come out and it becomes soft and cohesive. It has more fullness than Hozu from the beginning. I have a feeling that the umami will be even more pronounced in a few days. Every one of the Sansho is delicious 🤤.

Today was a farewell party for an organization. As it happens, as a sake drinker, it was the most trusted restaurant near our home. After the meeting, the manager remembered my face and gave me super service. I wanted to try the Kamito. On the palate (Miyamanishiki or Alps yeast, I'm sure it's different), it went from a Nagano feeling to a nice dry light summery taste. It was delicious 😊. I really appreciate the manager and staff ❗️

A little bit like yogurt, a little bit banana? Fruit aroma. This seems to have a strong acidity. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a strawberry-like acidity. There is a good amount of sweetness, and if you ask me, it has the character of a white wine. The fruitiness that remains on the tongue is also nice. I think it will be better tomorrow. Mom's impression. "Does it resemble anything from Shinsei?" Maybe it's Amaneko? I'm sure it is when I look at the past post and remember it. Anyway, the more I drink it, the better it is. Perfect for hot summer: ☀️ It's expensive for KID, 1980 yen including tax, but it's totally cheap! I knew it was even better the next day. My mom liked it so much she bought another bottle 😊.

It is getting hotter. For some reason, I shudder to think that the pupae of the beetles I raise every year are turning black and bobbing up. There's almost no merit in keeping them, but it's a sentiment, or rather, when I notice in the fall that there are larvae in the insect cage that should have been empty. It was my first time to see the longevity of the mountain longevity. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised. The aroma is gorgeous but strange. Is it freshly cooked rice? Rice bran? It has such an aroma and a thick umami flavor. However, the gas is still very tight and refreshing. In the latter half, there is a moderate bitterness while retaining the aroma of rice. I thought it was strange, and took two or three sips. I couldn't help but keep on drinking. The sweetness is quite strong. Is it too strong? The label reads 13% alcohol by volume. It is quite drinkable in spite of that. On the second day, the gasiness remains, but the overall balance has been achieved and it all comes together. It's good 😋.

Yummmm! The garden barbecue party was at its peak, so I went to this restaurant with my mom 💁. This is the second time I've tasted Nabeshima Orange Label, and it's still delicious. ❗️ It has a gaseous taste. It has a sweetness and a sense of rice. The minerality is what my mom calls "delicious salt candy" ❤️ I'm so happy 😃.

Sanctuary 😊 It's good even if you drink it thinking it will be good 😋. The sweetness, aroma and fullness of Yamada Nishiki is the center. Chilli and gasiness, and a slight bitterness to the minerality while also having a creamy rice feel. It is complex but not unpleasant, with a beautiful cohesiveness. It is of course delicious when well chilled, but as it gradually approaches room temperature, the fullness of the wine seems to increase. Mom also raved about it: ⭐️

I don't remember how many days ago I opened this, but it is our food sake line. A relay of superbly balanced sake from Nabeshima Tokujun Nama. Apple taste, refreshing. The rice flavor is also present. The bitterness at the end is also good. When you taste it, you can taste a little bit of gas. The balance of all the elements is always great. ‼️ It is good even if you drink it by itself. It is also good with dinner. It is also good to drink in between drinking other alcoholic beverages. It's like a "match made in heaven", isn't it?

This one was also at the liquor store with my mom the other day. I bought this sake under the rule of buying something for less than 1,500 yen, which I sometimes do these days. The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it is fruity. What kind of fruit is this? I asked my mom what kind of fruit it was, and she said, "I think it's melon. I asked my mom what kind of fruit it was. I tasted it again, and it was indeed melon-like! It is refreshing and light with a hint of sourness. The second half has a nice bitterness and a bit of greefiness. It goes on and on and on. But this is a great price: ‼️

I went to the liquor store with my mom and we picked it out together. We opened the bottle with a nice "sipon" feeling! When we poured it, the carbonation was very strong. The aroma is light and fruity. When you sip it, there is not much sourness, but a beautiful sweetness with a good amount of umami and richness, which is probably because the carbonation plays the role of sourness. The balance is good! For 1100 yen for 360mL of this quality, KID is amazing!

At a farewell party for a senior. According to the record of the photo, he drank another bottle. We also drink a little bit of Ohroku at home. This one is from ⭐️5. It is definitely a good one, with the freshly cooked rice, the umami and the strong sake taste! It is good by itself, but I would have liked to have had it with a meal in the first half of the day if possible. But I drank a lot that day 😊.
