My impression was that it tasted like YK35, a very good sake when I started drinking sake (about 10 years ago).
It is different from today's modern, the◦ Junmai Daiginjo.
The sweetness is not unpleasant, but has a thick wasanbon-like flavor, no bitterness, and a nice sharpness 😊.
