It was cold and rainy ☔️ today on my way home from work,
While I was preparing dinner, I took it out of the fridge to about room temperature.
I haven't had steak in a while 🥩🙌👏.
It's Mother's Day 💐. (with a Japanese flavor).

Sweet but refreshing aroma 😤.
The texture is smooth and soft on the tongue, and it spreads like a film of sweetness and flavor all over the mouth 😋.
Somewhat bittersweet.
I was wondering if there would be a little lingering acidity and sweetness, and then it just snapped 😌.
For the steak,
Grated daikon with a dash of sudachi soy sauce.
Very matching with Muryozan🍶🎵.
