The taste is bitter with a dry dry dry taste 🥸. The aftertaste is also sharp and crisp ⚔️⚔️ I thought summer sake would have a lower alcohol content, but it has 17%😓. I have to work tomorrow, so I'll be moderate 🤫.

Chilled tofu and pork shabu shabu. Pork shabu with cucumber and tomato and refreshing 😋. Chilled Natsu Gin🥃 to a perfect temperature. Light, refreshing and fruity 🐽. The sweetness and tartness like La France is pleasantly smooth and goes down the back of your throat😝😝😝. A savior to lower the discomfort level 🙄. I hope to order again 🙏. Japan 🇯🇵 is still amazing. Today, after my strength training 💪, I went straight to the liquor store: 🚘️ Not the healthiest 😁. It's fun talking to the owner of the liquor store🎶. We had a good laugh today 😆. Here's my recommendation out of the selection 🍶. First time for Toyo Bijin 🇯🇵 The aroma is already a fruit bomb 💣️ On the palate, a parade of mango, pineapple, banana and tropical fruits 🎺💕. The mouthfeel is soft, clear, sweet and delicious 😋. The acidity is gentle and the aftertaste is soft. It's gone before you know it🙄. Great for 1800 yen😲. The battle that divides Otter and Yamaguchi has my vote for Toyo Bijin 🐤. Fried shrimp with herbs Octopus and sweet summer carpaccio Strawberry salad 🥗.

The owner of the liquor store told me that he has a gold medal winning sake 🍶 that came in today, so here's Kamikawa Taisetsu again ✨! And that it goes great with meat 🥩😉. Is Tokachi ramen 🍜 and Genghis Khan 🥩? I'm not sure 🙄. I like lamb, but Genghis Khan is heavy 😰. I stopped by the supermarket and they have lamb chops 🫱😁. But only after preparing it overnight 🫱! And we'll eat it the next day 😋. Kamikawa-san has a faint aroma. I think it's a gentle aroma of rice. (difficult 💦). The mouthfeel is soft, but the umami of the rice comes in thick. Good sharpness with acidity afterwards. ✌️ The minerality and acidity that doesn't lose to the peculiar flavor of the lamb certainly goes well with it 😏💕. I guess it goes well with the local stuff (if you can get it...) The after dinner ice cream 🍨 is also great 😆. It was delicious 🤤.

Today, the maximum temperature is 20 degrees Celsius. Neither cold nor hot. I thought it was still too early 🙄, but I couldn't resist the urge to drink 😁. Summer Jungin 🍶. Fresh citrus aroma or blue fruits 😤. Fresh on the palate but soft in the mouth. The acidity is not harsh and the flavor is clear 😋. Like the green🌲 gentle breeze🍃 of the Yatsugatake mountains. The air is not yet blue🔵. The fresh breeze is in the back of my throat 😌😌. Tataki Katsuo Tataki 🐟️ but with plenty of condiments so it's the best match 🎵. Sudachi 🙆. Eggplant and celery pickled in nuka-zuke (pickles) also match with the freshness 😚. Bamboo shoot rice is unquestionably delicious 😋✌️ I'm looking forward to the upcoming summer sake 💕

Fresh fruitiness and sweetness, then refreshing acidity and slight bitterness🤤. Light to drink at 13% alcohol🪽. Juicy, yet light and crisp sake 😋. You might like any sake made with "Sake Mirai" 🩷. The breweries that make great sake with it are also amazing 😆👍️ Today's accompaniment, grilled dried hokke Squid and amanatsu salad (a little bit of soy sauce and raayu) ✨ Asparagus and snap peas with vinegared miso Today's dish is also delicious 😋!
