I'm not a fan of the super dry ones, so I don't often choose them myself 😅. The liquor store told me "it's dry but it's good 🎵", I'm going to try it again 💪὚, Challenge 💪🔥💪🔥. It has a juicy fruit aroma 🐽, Oh, yeah? It's dry, right? Soft on the palate, with a delicious rice flavor 😋😋. Ah~ here it comes! It's dry. It's spicy and sharp ⚔️⚔️⚔️ Juicy dry 😁. I don't know why it's so easy to drink even though it's high in alcohol content 🤔. Today's Tsumami is grilled ayu fish toasted mushrooms and pork belly chilled tofu with ham, tomato and salted kelp No complaints. Thank you for the food 😋✌️

Still, I haven't stopped drinking and eating: ✌️ Today, I tried "Hidakami Aizan" 🍶, which was recommended by the liquor store. I love fish, but this is my first time to try "Hidakami" ✨! ✨. And it's "Aizan" 🩷. The aroma is slightly sweet. Soft on the palate, with a gentle banana-like sweetness and a refreshing, gentle acidity with a slight bitterness, The aftertaste is refreshing. It's delicious! But I need to get some Hidakami not Aizan 😁. Thanks for the food 😋🎵

Hoshikai✨️✨️✨️ It's still delicious 😋🎵 What made me fall in love with sake, It was another sake 🍶 though. I guess it's been a year with this sake 😌. It's early. 🇯🇵 Sweet and sour aroma 🐽. Slightly tart. Tropical fruit (mixed fruit?). Juicy like, Sweet like honey or wasanbon 🤤. Sweet but with a refreshing aftertaste😋🎵. Chilled marinated shrimp, tomatoes and mozzarella Pork belly slice porchetta (with a few changes from what I made earlier) Eat, drink and enjoy summer🎐😆✌️✨️

It's so hot every day I feel like I'm going to dry out 💦. I had already decided to drink "Kuwagata" 🍶 and "Kabutomushi" was delicious 🤤💕. Kabutomushi was also delicious 💕. I wonder if there were fewer bottles of Kabutomushi this year than usual. I heard it's because there are a lot of summer sake like Kuwagata and Fireworks 🙄. But I'm looking forward to that too 😉✨️ Now - opening the bottle! As the note says, it's shuwa shuwa in the bottle 🫧. So much energy 😆. Still, it took less than 2 minutes. It smells like rice, or maybe apple in the lactic acidity 🐽. In the mouth, an adult lemon soda. Hmmm? Lemon sour 🍋. It's refreshing 🍋. The kind you can only drink in the summer 😁✌️ Today, I'm having a hamburger 😙.

When I get Koueikiku-san, my brain and tongue are bugged, I feel like it's already beyond the realm of sake 😀. It's like orange juice or wine. It's not as schwashy as I thought it would be, There is a juicy sweetness, but it's more than that, It has a sweet and sour taste followed by an herbal bitterness. I think that when the temperature goes up a bit, the sourness softens and the sweetness becomes stronger, I think the sweetness becomes stronger 🎵. Salmon and cream cheese + bucket Grilled pork mustard + purple onions Fresh zucchini and ham + parmigiano Avocado + mozzarella + mini tomatoes 🍅 Caprese Thank you for the food 😋✌️

Seared albacore tuna tataki Meat and tofu 😋😋. First time at Yamasan! Yamasan 🍶. Opened with a splash. No schwashy feeling. Not much of an aroma. Alcohol smell. In the mouth, grapefruit or rumney 🙄. Mouthfeel is clean and slightly mellow. After the juiciness and umami, the acidity comes in a flash and it is refreshing. The alcohol is strong, so it's a good choice for a tzumaki. The alcohol is very strong, so it's better to have a snack with it. 👍️ Good for cosmopolitan ✌️ 😆 Perfect summer drink 🍶.

Beautiful mouthfeel. Not much of an aroma. After the sweet and tasty juiciness that spreads in the mouth, it has a nice sharpness with sourness and a little bitterness. ✨️ boiled octopus roe with vinegared miso, edamame and okra grilled young corn with miso cheese fried small shrimp scallop sashimi sea grapes I think Japanese food is good 🎵 I'm going to escape from reality for a while ✈.
