Akabu無濾過生原酒 純米吟醸 AKABU
Akabu Check-in 1
Narasake saru
The label is Samurai, looking powerful. But when I tried this, I found that it was fruity and full-bodied. Although it is Junmai Ginjyo, you can enjoy fruity and acidity from this sake. For beginner of Iwate's sake like me, this is suitable.
Takacho Check-in 1
Narasake saru
This is for the national sake competition this year. It's so nice and less acidic. This brand uses No.7 yeast, so it can remind you of Masumi, 真澄. This is different from other Takacho and Kazenomori series. I can feel the brewery's desire for winning this competition from this sake.
Mimurosugi Check-in 1
Narasake saru
The label is so sick and reminds you of Japanese mythology. This is brewed by Bodaimoto, a traditional brewing method since Muromachi period. As I tried this, I was surprised that it's very smooth. This is hardly brewed, so quite a few bottles are for sale, but it's worth of trying it.
Kachikoma Check-in 1
Narasake saru
This brewery located in Takaoka, Toyama is very small and hardly sells their brands to other prefectures. Therefore, I had a very rare opportunity to drink this. it's fruity and a little bit acidic like yogurt but doesn't make you feel annoying. According to the owner at the bar, this hiragana version is very rare. I love it.
