Narasake saru
This is from Kumamoto. I'm surprised to its high quality. This brewy produces seasonal sake using Yamadaishiki. As I tried this, I could sense a acidic taste. This is due to the yeast or water, I don't know but this should be suitable for meat or fruits like white wine.
