I have a lot of unposted photos that have accumulated ใ€ใ€ใ€ใ€2 I drank a bottle of Wind Forest about two weeks ago. It is an inexpensive, tasty, and stable brand. I can see why it is popular. I appreciate that it is inexpensive, but I am somewhat concerned that the brewery is not compensating for the recent price hikes. As a sake drinker, I hope that the brewery will always produce sake that reflects a fair price from time to time, rather than forcing us to drink it at a low price.

It is finally autumn in November. And probably in no time at all, it will be winter. Today, we have Li Bai, nigori (nigori sake). Not too sweet, not too spicy, and reasonably priced. It is a good brand to drink in moderation. I drank it with oden as a side dish, but it would go well with grilled fish. It's going to be a great season for heating sake. Take care of yourself and enjoy drinking sake!

It has been a week of good luck! However, it was a long break with Obon also covered. Maybe it's more like a drink before the vacations. Since I'm sick now, I don't think I can make the right decision, so I'll leave my impressions to a moderate level. As the name suggests, it is a light brand with 14 degrees. I have never had a standard Kuramoto, but according to the liquor store, it is somewhat unique. It comes with a sour taste and is slightly sweet. However, it has a punch, so it may not be defeated even if it is paired with somewhat strong-flavored snacks. Personally, I am not sure about it yet...but since I can't rely on my own taste buds, I'll reserve judgment.

I had a summer cold for about a month and could not drink. It was really painful. Everyone, really be careful with colds, they are not half bad. The cough was especially hard. Here is the first bottle of sake that I can finally drink. It's low in alcohol content, so it's a good choice after a long day of illness. Also, the name is good, isn't it? It is dyed with the sound of rain. The label is also good. It tastes dry and has a low alcohol content. Well, I may not be able to judge it correctly because it is not in its full strength, but personally, I found it a little subtle. However, it might be suitable for drinking on a rainy day during the rainy season. I guess some of my expectations were high. Even though it is low in alcohol content, I might not recommend it to someone who is not accustomed to drinking sake. At any rate, it is a bottle to celebrate my return to work. Happiness.

Thank you, Pon-chan! This year's summer cold has a prolonged cough. The symptoms seem to be similar to corona and I can't distinguish between them. I am relieved to finally be able to drink alcohol. Take care, Pon-chan-san!

It's been a long time since I've had a taka. I know it tastes good, but I had completely forgotten what it tasted like. This one was in the summer sake corner, so it was probably a summer sake. The first sip was "tasty, but not enough? But I got used to it as I drank more and more. Personally, I thought it might be too refreshing. I think it would go well with soba (buckwheat noodles). I read the label on the back of the bottle again, and it says that it was made as clear as possible, which I can understand. Now, Takagi is also available in sparkling form, so if you are interested, you should definitely try it.

I feel like I haven't had a drink of Kenkunichi in a long time. I bought Suzukaze because of its name. It is not a cool breeze, but a bell. It tastes less sweet and a little more astringent than usual. However, it is not difficult to drink, and depending on how you look at it, you can continue drinking it without getting tired of it. I guess there are different tastes. Personally, I prefer the regular Kenkun Ichi, but sometimes I think this is a good choice. It seems to go well with grilled fish dishes.

Good bye for a week! The hot days are continuing, how are you all doing? Well, today is the first time in a while that I'm working as a housekeeper. Since I'm living in Tokyo, I thought it would be nice to have a drink once in a while. So, I chose a summery blue bottle. Yamori is easy to drink and I can honestly recommend this brand. I think this is my first time drinking this one, but, as usual, it is easy to drink. I drank 4 gou of it in two batches, but it was still good. It is sweet and slightly spicy. It has a rich umami flavor, so it will not lose in the summer heat. The brewery is in Higashimurayama, so I would like to visit there someday.

Goodnight for the past week! So, today we have Yamamoto. A limited edition sake made with wine yeast. Purchased at the Kagoya Komae Station store that opened yesterday. It is just as wonderful as Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station, where you can buy sake right outside the station. There is a wide variety of sake available, so if you have a chance, please do not hesitate to visit! Now, here is the stable Yamamoto. It has a good balance. Unfortunately, I personally didn't feel the effect of the wine yeast (probably impossible without comparing them at the same time), but it was very easy to drink, and with a slightly low alcohol content of 14 degrees, it might be a good brand to drink at dusk in summer.

I drank "Abe" in one night and opened a new bottle today. I haven't had that much Banjo Kotobuki, but it's a summer sake, skipping the regulars. I like the label so much that I bought a packet. It has a nice atmosphere, just like the name "Sazanami". The taste is also refreshing and gentle, reminiscent of gentle waves. It is gentle on the palate. I would like to drink it totsutsu while watching the bright sea in the noon calm. It is a little sweet, so I am wondering what to pair it with. Well, it might be good with white meat fish sashimi or grilled fish.

Goodnight everyone, and thank you for a great week! It's been so long since I last drank "Abe" that I forgot when I last drank it! And this is my first summer sake. Although the alcohol content is low at 13%, it is not too much. It is neither too sweet nor too spicy. It has a refreshing aftertaste and seems to be a good combination with fried food. This is the kind of sake I like to drink in the summer, in the evening when it is bright, while watching fireworks with a fan in my hand. I think it is well thought out. And I like the label.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the first time I've had a glorious chrysanthemum! I've always wanted to try it, so I'm glad! The liquor store I usually go to started selling it yesterday, and they had three different kinds, but I went with the Dusk Orange. I haven't compared the others, so I can't compare them, but I personally think the sweetness is a little strong. It is easy to drink, combined with the slightly low alcohol content (14), and since it is labeled Orange, it definitely tastes citrusy. It also has a nice aftertaste. I'm glad to be able to drink the honored chrysanthemum I've been wanting to drink for a long time. It was a good Saturday night.

It has been a long time since I have been to the Wind Forest. I think it is too famous and I dared to avoid it recently. I bought it because I found a bottle with a 50 rice polishing ratio, while most of them had a 80 ratio. It feels spicier than when I drank it before. I didn't know it was like this. That was my first impression. (This is not a good or bad thing, just an impression.) I thought it would be easier to drink, but it is more like savoring it slowly. The spiciness is also moderate. I guess that's what you would expect from a beer with 16% alcohol content. It's not that sweet, and it's good to enjoy it in just the right amount. But still, a four-pack bottle costs less than 1,500 yen. After all, Kaze no Mori is good. Thank you, producers!

Good Saturday night. Summer sake is coming out. It's been a long time since I've had a Takagi. It is indeed of high quality. It is sweet, but there is no unpleasant aftertaste! I felt the alcohol taste only in the first sip, but after that I could drink it smoothly. I think it was because I drank it without having eaten anything. It is personally too sweet to drink slowly, so I plan to move on to a drier sake after about 2 goules. It may be a little strong to start, but I think it is an enjoyable sake. I would recommend it to those who are not familiar with it.

I was told that Kagoya has started to carry "Abe" and I immediately bought it. Could this be my first Abe? It has a slightly low alcohol content of 12 degrees. Easy to drink. Fruity, but not too sweet. A little sourness. Even those who don't like sake can enjoy it. There were about three other kinds of sake, but this time I bought this one, which seems to be the standard one. It's a well-known sake, and you can't go wrong with it. As expected.

I think I posted before that I would buy it as soon as I found it, and yes, well, that's not a lie, but here's my impression again. (I think it's a little too sweet to drink in a leisurely manner, and you'll be satisfied after drinking about 2 gou. Well, I wonder how many people drink more than 2 gou. It tastes good, of course, but in that sense, it is a drink for which you have to choose the right timing. It is quite unusual to be drinking early in the morning on a Monday morning...the rain may be hard on you, but have a nice Monday.

I have stopped updating at all and only photos are accumulating in my folder. Today is my first post in a while. I wanted to have a drink late at night, but I didn't need any snacks, so I chose this dry beer. This is probably my first time drinking this brand. As the name suggests, it is a summer sake. I guess. The first sip had the strongest aroma, just as it says "fragrant" (I got used to it as I drank more). (You get used to it as you drink more.) The rice is polished to 45%, so it is very refreshing. I don't like sakes that are too much like water, but this level of presence is just right for my current mood. It may not be enough for some people. Personally, I like to drink this sake well chilled at dusk in summer. I thought it would be good to start with white fish and gradually add darker snacks. I would recommend it when you want a refreshing sake, though I think it depends on the occasion.

Hey everyone, hope you are enjoying your Friday night! As usual, we are drinking at home, but stable south that we stocked up on today! It's delicious. No doubt about it. It's a blessing to have a sake that when I'm in doubt, I say, "I'll have this one. I feel like my favorite restaurant is always open for me. Have a nice weekend!
