A souvenir that a business associate bought for me because he likes Japanese sake. I don't usually buy sake in this size, so it was new to me. There are many brands with "Kaga" in the name, but I think this is the first time I have had this brand.
The first sip is easy to drink. Even though it is dry, I personally find it an easy brand to drink. I think the taste is easy to combine with anything in cooking. Maybe it is a standard in Kanazawa. If you find it, I recommend it.
