Goodnight everyone, and thank you for a great week! It's been so long since I last drank "Abe" that I forgot when I last drank it! And this is my first summer sake. Although the alcohol content is low at 13%, it is not too much. It is neither too sweet nor too spicy. It has a refreshing aftertaste and seems to be a good combination with fried food. This is the kind of sake I like to drink in the summer, in the evening when it is bright, while watching fireworks with a fan in my hand. I think it is well thought out. And I like the label.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the first time I've had a glorious chrysanthemum! I've always wanted to try it, so I'm glad! The liquor store I usually go to started selling it yesterday, and they had three different kinds, but I went with the Dusk Orange. I haven't compared the others, so I can't compare them, but I personally think the sweetness is a little strong. It is easy to drink, combined with the slightly low alcohol content (14), and since it is labeled Orange, it definitely tastes citrusy. It also has a nice aftertaste. I'm glad to be able to drink the honored chrysanthemum I've been wanting to drink for a long time. It was a good Saturday night.

It has been a long time since I have been to the Wind Forest. I think it is too famous and I dared to avoid it recently. I bought it because I found a bottle with a 50 rice polishing ratio, while most of them had a 80 ratio. It feels spicier than when I drank it before. I didn't know it was like this. That was my first impression. (This is not a good or bad thing, just an impression.) I thought it would be easier to drink, but it is more like savoring it slowly. The spiciness is also moderate. I guess that's what you would expect from a beer with 16% alcohol content. It's not that sweet, and it's good to enjoy it in just the right amount. But still, a four-pack bottle costs less than 1,500 yen. After all, Kaze no Mori is good. Thank you, producers!

Good Saturday night. Summer sake is coming out. It's been a long time since I've had a Takagi. It is indeed of high quality. It is sweet, but there is no unpleasant aftertaste! I felt the alcohol taste only in the first sip, but after that I could drink it smoothly. I think it was because I drank it without having eaten anything. It is personally too sweet to drink slowly, so I plan to move on to a drier sake after about 2 goules. It may be a little strong to start, but I think it is an enjoyable sake. I would recommend it to those who are not familiar with it.

I was told that Kagoya has started to carry "Abe" and I immediately bought it. Could this be my first Abe? It has a slightly low alcohol content of 12 degrees. Easy to drink. Fruity, but not too sweet. A little sourness. Even those who don't like sake can enjoy it. There were about three other kinds of sake, but this time I bought this one, which seems to be the standard one. It's a well-known sake, and you can't go wrong with it. As expected.

I think I posted before that I would buy it as soon as I found it, and yes, well, that's not a lie, but here's my impression again. (I think it's a little too sweet to drink in a leisurely manner, and you'll be satisfied after drinking about 2 gou. Well, I wonder how many people drink more than 2 gou. It tastes good, of course, but in that sense, it is a drink for which you have to choose the right timing. It is quite unusual to be drinking early in the morning on a Monday morning...the rain may be hard on you, but have a nice Monday.

I have stopped updating at all and only photos are accumulating in my folder. Today is my first post in a while. I wanted to have a drink late at night, but I didn't need any snacks, so I chose this dry beer. This is probably my first time drinking this brand. As the name suggests, it is a summer sake. I guess. The first sip had the strongest aroma, just as it says "fragrant" (I got used to it as I drank more). (You get used to it as you drink more.) The rice is polished to 45%, so it is very refreshing. I don't like sakes that are too much like water, but this level of presence is just right for my current mood. It may not be enough for some people. Personally, I like to drink this sake well chilled at dusk in summer. I thought it would be good to start with white fish and gradually add darker snacks. I would recommend it when you want a refreshing sake, though I think it depends on the occasion.

Hey everyone, hope you are enjoying your Friday night! As usual, we are drinking at home, but stable south that we stocked up on today! It's delicious. No doubt about it. It's a blessing to have a sake that when I'm in doubt, I say, "I'll have this one. I feel like my favorite restaurant is always open for me. Have a nice weekend!

It's been a while. I've been drinking, but I stopped keeping track of it, so I've been neglecting my posts. This is my first time drinking Yamazaki brew, and it is very easy to drink. It has just the right amount of sweetness with a nice shwashiness. I would finish it in no time. This is my usual problem when I encounter a good sake. It's almost time for cherry blossom viewing. It's fun to drink together.

Narumi is a local brewery, Higashinada Brewery. I have sometimes been curious about it and have bought it. This time, I was attracted by the limited edition of 600 bottles. I guess it is good if you drink it like a white wine. Unfortunately, it leaves quite an aftertaste, so I personally didn't like it, but I hope they keep up the good work.

It seems a bit austere for a spring sake... That is my personal impression. Is the alcohol taste too strong? I'm having a hard time deciding what to serve with it. Well, I don't think I will repeat it. Please understand that this is just my personal impression ๐Ÿ™. I think it is a personal preference since it is highly rated when I read other people's impressions. Or eat (or drink) together.

The year is almost over. It's time to finish drinking. Although I have not been able to post much, I have received many brands this year. In general, I think there were many brands that were a hit with me personally. Today, I would like to introduce my first brand, "Blazing Man. I had never heard much about it, so I was a bit adventurous in buying it, but it was a winner. It is easy to drink! You can drink it by itself. It was good with anything. I am still looking forward to trying new brands. This may be my last post for this year, so I wish everyone a good end and beginning of drinking.

We drank this one last year! I don't know many sake that has this much flavor from the barrel. (If you know of one, please let us know ๐Ÿ™ ) It is delicious both on its own and with snacks, though your taste may differ depending on when you drink it. It's good both by itself and with snacks. I think I have to choose this one when I want to drink this flavor. I will probably buy it again next year.

That's cool, you. So, this is a platinum bottle. I think it's rare to find a bottle where you can't see the inside. Personally, I had avoided Tatenogawa because I was somewhat uncomfortable with the seals (but maybe not now), but a liquor store I often visit recommended it to me and I bought it. I bought it because a liquor store I often go to recommended it to me. But personally, I think it's more robust than Kaze no Mori. The sweetness is also a little stronger. (It depends on the type of Kaze no Mori.) The acidity is moderate. It may be suitable for those who want more punch than Kaze no Mori. It is easy to drink, so it is recommended for beginners. As a result, I don't have any resistance to SEALS anymore. A drink you can choose if you feel like it. However, hmmm, this is completely subjective, but it doesn't seem to go well with me. It feels too thick in the mouth. (The "kottari" feeling in ramen.) I understand that some people like this feeling, so it's just my personal opinion. ๐Ÿ™ The back label says it has a light flavor...I guess it's a chemistry thing.

It's getting colder. It's the time of year when I feel like drinking hot or lukewarm sake with oden. I was feeling a little sick last night because of the strange way I drank at the reunion (I thought I had acute alcohol poisoning, but the symptoms were slightly different). However, I couldn't resist the temptation and had a little bit of it. It's a delicious brand that can be enjoyed without any snacks. The rice label is also cute. Let's all stay healthy so that we can enjoy drinking sake. I know it's hard for me to say this after yesterday's date, but...

Tonight is the Mid-Autumn Moon. Are you enjoying it? So, it is the waxing moon of Sawanohana, the flower of Sawa. It is a stable taste. There are a lot of clouds in Tokyo, so you can't see the moon depending on the time of day, but I hope you all enjoy it! I'm posting the moon taken from my balcony. Have a nice night ๐ŸŒ•๐Ÿถ.

I received this wine because of my work. It is a brand name of Mr. Richard, who used to make Dom Perignon. It was somewhat smooth and easy to drink. Perhaps influenced by the previous information, I thought it would go well with Western food. It has a refined taste. Even those who are not accustomed to drinking sake can enjoy it. Well, however, it is too expensive, so I would not buy it for myself. Expensive gift.
