さかな🐟I accidentally erased what I wrote earlier. I was drunk and didn't have the energy to write twice. It is delicious. For some reason, it tastes like seawater. It is not too high in alcohol content at 13%, so I think it is ideal as a drink to be kept on hand. さかな🐟I went to Kyoto on business. I arrived a day early to do some personal sightseeing as well, and my first stop was my usual izakaya. When I travel, I usually order local sake. (I think everyone here is like that.) I won't mention the name of the restaurant, but it is always fine using seasonal ingredients. I won't mention the name of the restaurant, but I am always very happy to find that they serve fine food made with seasonal ingredients. They also sometimes have sake that is only available at the restaurant, which also makes me happy. This time, I had the following sake: Tsuki no Katsura, Inokaze, and Kamizo. The Tsuki no Katsura was quite sweet and had a strong presence. I feel that it is not defeated by fried food. (Actually, I was too focused on the rice to write a detailed impression. Sweat) Next is the dry wind. This one is refreshing. It feels like it goes smoothly. But I am not sure if my impression was the same as that of Jinzo. Recently, I bought drunken whale and Midorikawa at the supermarket, and shochu (Kurokirishima is wonderful in many ways), and I have been away from liquor stores for a while, but today I visited a liquor store for the first time in a while. I rarely go there on Sundays because I have a job that allows me to move around on weekdays, and I was tired of the crowd, so I bought this one on the spur of the moment. But it is Sugiyuu, so I thought there would be no mistake. I didn't know what 29 meant, but it means it is an aged sake. Well, let's see what it tastes like. So I opened the bottle. Sweet, delicious, and fruity. I guess you could call it "sweet, delicious, and fruity. First of all, it is easy to drink and delicious. I'm sorry, I can't tell how it tastes like aged wine unless I compare it with the unaged one at the same time, but it is easier to drink than I thought it would be. I thought it would have a stronger character and would be different for different tastes. I feel that it is a sake that you can immerse yourself in the aftertaste. I found a delicious take-out yakitori restaurant in my neighborhood, and I think I am going to enjoy drinking at home more and more. And from now on, it's all about nabe and oden! It is the best season. Well, today, I am one step ahead of you. Even though I know it is delicious, I still have high expectations for it. Since it is yakitori, I was worried about shochu, but since sake has been making fewer appearances lately, I opened the bottle. It is a very well-balanced sake and easy to drink. Some people may find it a little too sweet, but for me personally, it is just right. I also like the slightly bitter taste it leaves on the palate. I feel that even beginners can enjoy it. Speaking of which, how many of you noticed that the text on the label is three-dimensional? I don't think printing them solidly would make much difference to sales. I like this kind of attention to detail.

The point is, as you can see from the label, it is a sake that has been laid down for a year. It is not intentionally aged, but rather, it was aged to increase the depth of flavor. (Is that too much to ask?) However, the store owner said that they had it in stock because they tasted it and it was delicious, so I think that the result was a good thing. I will eat it with hot pot. I am not sure if I can call it aged, but it has a unique flavor. It is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and has a good balance, but it does have a few quirks. It is easy to drink, yet has a strong presence. I am not sure how to describe this flavor. I feel that the aftertaste is particularly unique. I think I have tasted this sensation with some other sake rather than sake, but hmmm, it is difficult. It's also hard to judge how much of it is the result of a year's standing. Personally, I think it is a delicious sake suitable for autumn. I don't think it comes out very often, so if you see it, please give it a try.

The addition of some tasty sashimi and grilled fish made it even better. Both are well balanced. They are easy to drink, do not disturb, and have a strong presence. No wonder they are so popular. I am not going to comment too much on the sake this time because we are not going to drink it at home, but it is a very tasty sake. I am satisfied.

I decided to drink tonight, so I bought this bottle at my usual liquor store. I made it a mealtime sake to be paired with the Akinatai fish. This is a new brand to me, and I couldn't find it when I searched for it, so I registered it as a new brand. Maybe it depends on how you look for it.... Yes, yes, it is delicious. It has a good balance. It has a strong flavor, and is a good food sake that doesn't lose out to the snacks. I had never heard of this brand before, but I might order it if I find it on the menu at a restaurant. Not too spicy, not too sweet. In a bad way, it may be safe to say, but it goes well with the rice without interfering with it. It has a few quirks, but I don't think it's enough to bother me. I wouldn't dare to choose it in a place where there are many well-known places, but I don't regret choosing it. It was a good enough tsukimi sake. It is a pleasant season to go from summer sake to autumn and winter.

When I first opened and drank it, I thought its presence was too strong. Perhaps because I have been drinking round sake, it ended up being punchy and strong. It is not spicy, but rather, hmmm, subtle. A few days later, when I drank it today, I found that it was easy to drink, perhaps because of the accompaniments. However, it was still strong. The alcohol content is 17.5, which is a little high, but I don't think that is the reason. A skilled fisherman said, "This is how sake should be!" (sorry, I'm biased). (Sorry, I'm prejudiced.) There is no looseness to it. It's not as if they are trying to be accommodating, but rather, they have the strength to say, "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else! If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else! I should say that this is Hakkaisan. Personally, I don't think I will try this one next time. I would recommend it to those who want to get drunk with a strong, punchy sake! I think this is a good choice for those who want to get drunk with a strong, punchy sake. I had never had it before, so I was curious about it. First, a sip. Ah, yes, it's delicious. I don't know...it's a misleading expression, but it's just delicious. If you pick it out at a restaurant and it comes out, you just say, "Ah, it's delicious," and finish it, and then you can't remember it later. It may sound bad to say, but sometimes you want a sake that doesn't make such a statement but is still delicious. It has a good balance. Sweet and spicy, exquisite. I would love to do that, but I live in an apartment complex with no yard, so it's not possible. Today, I went out to a familiar liquor store. I had a glass of Tenryo Shuzo's Garakuyo. There are three kinds of sake in the store, and I chose the sharpest one. First of all, the label is beautiful. I tried it. It is well-balanced. It is a food sake. However, well... it is delicious, but I personally feel that it is a bit light. I think there are people who say this is good, but I think it's not enough for me. Especially when considered as a food sake, I think it often loses out to the strength of the accompanying snacks. If you drink it by itself, well, I guess it is possible. I heard that the other two types are sweeter, so if you don't want to drink it with snacks, that might be okay too. I heard that the brewer is in his 20s and is doing his best, so there is no room for growth. I have high expectations for the future.

さかな🐟Sorry for the early morning. I've been drinking since midnight and have had a morning to myself. First time, Hakurakusei! I bought it at Hasegawa in Tokyo Station. They have as much stock as possible, so if you want to drink it in the Kanto area, please do so. It might be better to call first. (They have a great lineup of others, so it shouldn't be a wasted trip in case they are sold out.) They used to have pre-fired sake on hand, but I didn't buy it at that time because I was distracted by other brands. Sake is also a once in a lifetime experience, and I wish I had bought it. I started with my impression of the taste and balance, but it is delicious. It has the feel of straight-up deliciousness. It is not unique, but I feel that if you pursue a standard, you will end up here. If I were to compare it to ramen, it would be the soy sauce that I am obsessed with! It's orthodox, but tasty. It has the strength of being able to match it with anything. If you don't know what you like in terms of spicy and sweet, and you want to buy a good sake, I think this is the place to choose. Highly recommended!

However, it is going to be a summer when we can enjoy drinking outside, a break from the tension of Corona until last year. Since last month, there has been a rush of summer sake shipments to the point that we can't get enough to fill the refrigerators at the store. It is a difficult choice every time. My priority is to choose a brand that I have never tried before. So, today we have Sawanohana. I have visited the Saku-no-Hana brewery before, and I am sure there is a lot of exchange between breweries in that area. I would like to go on a brewery tour. Now, let's enjoy it. The first glass was a little tangy, but since today is the third day, I don't think it was that much. It has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, making it an easy brand to drink. It can be drunk by itself or with snacks, so if you are having trouble, this would be the one to choose. It may be a bit strong, so I would not recommend it to sake beginners, but I think it could be quite addictive. It has an outstanding presence. You can really feel that you are drinking sake. My sake consumption is down this year due to various reasons, but I would like to continue drinking seasonal sake on a regular basis. Let's have fun and be careful not to suffer from heat stroke.

I don't know if it's a conscious decision, but it looks like a sake version of ramune. It really makes me feel like summer! It makes me feel like summer is just around the corner. The label is clean and has a pleasantly cool feel to it. Open the bottle! The first sip. It is sweet. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and very easy to drink. There is almost no spiciness. Including the tingling sensation, this is still a sake ramune! It tastes like a sake ramune. It is delicious. The alcohol content is an average 15%, so it may not be light, but I personally feel that it is an acceptable brand to drink in the daytime. I like to write reviews while drinking, which is why it has been so long since I have written a review. Today, I visited my usual liquor store for the first time in a while. I know Eiko Fuji is good, but I didn't buy it for the jacket, I bought it for the label. The name is good. And the design, the blue foil stamping! It feels good! In no time at all, summer sake was on the shelves, and I thought, "Oh, it's that time of year already. It's so early, isn't it? Now, I'm going to drink it. It's a super-limited edition, so I'm excited. First bite. Yes, this is it! It's sweet and delicious! Ah, I see, the sweetness comes first, followed by the spiciness. It catches you off guard, and then it finishes with a crisp. It's quite fruity. The flavor of rice also sinks in. It looks like it could be drunk on its own. As the label on the back says, this is a spring-like sake. It is a little bit out of season. But I think it goes well with the fresh greenery. The first sip gives the impression of sweetness! Spicy! Delicious! It was. Perhaps it was because I had drunk a slightly dry brand before this. It is easy to drink. In fact, it may be too easy to drink. I get bored if it is only sweet, but the sweetness is just right. This is cheating. And it has a mild, spring-like taste. It makes you feel relaxed. Even those who are not accustomed to drinking sake may enjoy this. It has the feeling of being accepted with a large bosom, regardless of the accompaniments. However, if I were to pair it with something personal, I would probably go with sashimi.
