I drank "Abe" in one night and opened a new bottle today. I haven't had that much Banjo Kotobuki, but it's a summer sake, skipping the regulars.
I like the label so much that I bought a packet. It has a nice atmosphere, just like the name "Sazanami". The taste is also refreshing and gentle, reminiscent of gentle waves. It is gentle on the palate. I would like to drink it totsutsu while watching the bright sea in the noon calm.
It is a little sweet, so I am wondering what to pair it with. Well, it might be good with white meat fish sashimi or grilled fish.
