When I worked in Toyama, I found a bottle of "Shichida" at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" that I hadn't had in a while! I had to drink it!
So I tried the "Shichida Yumachi" ❤.
The punchy aroma and taste of Omachi!
The aroma is like sweet plums. The taste is not as sweet as the aroma, but the plum and richness is like brown sugar ❤.
I wonder how this flavor will round out on the second day.

I bought it at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" when I visited Toyama! I have been wanting to try this sake for a long time, and this is the first time I have had it.
The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of rice, which is typical of orikarami. It has a nice sourness and sweetness that is not as sweet as I expected.

I imagined it would be like Glorious Fuji, but it's not.
