Koei Chrysanthemum Halcyon! This is delicious, but I came to Kanazawa and there was no place I could get it, I was trying to find the right time to drink it, I had to wait for the right moment to drink it 🤣🤣𐤔 It's a white wine type with a strong, refreshing acidity ❤. Delicious 😋. Reminds me of the liquor store in Gotemba where I used to buy it. I miss it 🤣.

A visit to the usual Mr. Mizukami. Discovered Kouko's unseen! ✨✨ Apparently it's a sweeter type with less acidity. I imagined it would be like Glorious Fuji, but it's not. When you actually drink it, it's sweet, but it's a refreshing sweetness, so it just goes right in! It's more like a clear sweetness like Kamo Nishiki. It's definitely less sour, but delicious. ♥️

Gacky ❤ This is my first time drinking FUZZY GREEN! This is so delicious 😋. As the label says, it's like muscat 🍇, and it's definitely green, with a refreshing acidity and a refreshing astringency, or rather, a deep but clean taste with a refreshing finish! 🤣🤣𐤔Someone's words have been lost 🤣🤣𐤔 Yummmmmm 😋. I should have bought another bottle. Next time I go to Kyoto, I'll buy another 🤣𐤔

I drank a lot of sake yesterday at a company party. When I got home, I wanted to drink some more, so I opened the bottle! I took some pictures and fell asleep before I knew it. When I woke up in the morning, the untouched glass was still on the table...(꒪꒪) What a waste of Junmai Daiginjo. I put a little bit of it in my mouth, but the taste has already changed and it doesn't taste good... I'm shocked (;P.P.P.)! I'll drink it with a proper taste today! But the freshly opened taste won't come back... 🤣𐤔 contrast

I bought this Ufunigori at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta on my way back from Tokyo ❤. This time of year I have light nigori fever. It's so delicious! I knew I should have this kind of Usunigori ❤

When I went to Osaka for work, I went to the "Kindai Fisheries Laboratory" at the Umeda Grand Front with my old classmate for a drink, and there it was ✨I thought I had seen it a few times at Sake no Wa, so I tried it 🤣🤣𐤔As I expected, it had a strong flavor.

You have to drink the Polar Bear of Kankou Ume again this year: 🐻‍❄️ It's a light cloudy, petite, sweet and sour, and delicious! It's a good sake after all ❤

When I am in Kanazawa, I have many chances to drink "Tetorigawa" Yamahai Junmai. My business partner gave it to me, so I tried it. Tedorigawa itself is a delicious sake, but Yamahai is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop on my way back to Kanazawa ❤︎ This is my first time to drink Shinomine, but I was attracted by the ogara flavor. It's sharper and sweeter than other ogara-mi! This is good. It's also delicious because it has the unique ogara-mi feeling. ♥️It's still nice to have the shwash feeling. ♥️

This is also from Gransta Hasegawa Sake Shop! I had had this a few times before, but the image of how delicious it was remained in my mind, so I bought it without a second thought! I knew it had a good balance. It has a great balance of flavors that I never get tired of drinking! I can drink it as much as I want ❤

I was looking for sake at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Grandsta, Tokyo Station, when I returned home for the New Year's holidays, and to my surprise, I found Jyuukyu! And it's orikagarami! I had no choice but to buy it! I'm going to buy a bottle of Oriagarami during the year-end and New Year's holidays. I love the freshness that is typical of Jyuukyu! It's so good!

Hachisen! Speaking of Aomori, my personal favorite is Hachisen! It's good! In winter, I drink Sentori Snowball, which makes my mouth crave for Orugami. Fresh and fruity! The balance of sweetness and sourness is perfect!

I like Kouko and have had a lot of them, but this is my first time with the back! As the back label says, peach🍑 and banana🍌 feeling! Indeed! I don't think there has been much banana🍌 type in Kouko so far. And yet it feels fresh! I can certainly feel it!

Michelle's summer liquor w I've been storing it in the fridge for a long time, but I need to drink it soon, I don't have enough space for it vertically. w It's a very fizzy liquor, so if you leave it lying on its side, it will leak slowly (Polish). I love this shwishy feeling👍 It's sweet and sour and delicious ♡. This is the kind of thing you want to drink with someone. w

It's been a while since I enjoyed sake at a good sake restaurant. I didn't have much time, so I didn't choose the all-you-can-drink plan, but if you are serious about drinking, I recommend the all-you-can-drink plan. The drinks you can drink change depending on the plan, but it's totally different from the all-you-can-drink plan around here 😂I highly recommend you to go there if you come to Kanazawa because you can drink various kinds of sake from all over the country! I don't need to explain about Jikin, do I?

This is my first time drinking Chitose-Tsuru. I found Chitose Tsuru at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Grandsta, Tokyo Station when I went back to Yokohama 👀✨. The cute lapel and the fact that it's nigori sake is what made me buy it! I had been drinking Senkou's "Yukidaruma" recently, so I had high expectations for nigori sake, so I bought it (*^^*). It doesn't have the fizziness of "Yukidaruma", but the aroma is sweet and nice (៸៸᳐>𖥦<៸៸᳐ ). The sweetness with a sense of rice peculiar to nigori sake is also good, with a refreshing feeling that does not tail off❤. Delicious ♥️(*´~*)ŧ'"ŧ'"ŧ'" I have a lot of thoughts about Hokkaido, and I drink it with a lot of memories. w

I bought "Hiran Kagura" when I came back to Yokohama before. There are very few stores that carry "Hiran", so I'm indebted to "Masaruya Tama Plaza". This "Kagura" is made from a traditional sake yeast, so it tastes different from the usual "Hiran", but it's still delicious ♥️ and the alcohol content is low at 14%. I wonder if I can find a place where I can get it in Hokuriku... Sake Senan Mizukami-san, please handle it.
