Delicious! As expected of "Takachiyo"! And it's a limited distribution item! The moment I saw this, I had to buy it! I had to buy it the moment I saw it! The aroma is delicate and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness and bitterness that is typical of "Takachiyo" quickly suppresses the sweetness that spreads on the palate, and there is no unpleasant sweetness at all. ∑It is a very good wine.

I had it with delicious nodoguro from Kanazawa for work: ❣️ It's a Hakuryu that came in to commemorate the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension! It seems to be brewed by a female toji, and the taste is feminine and refreshingly sweet and delicious ♥️ I might try to find a sake brewery when I visit Fukui 🤣𐤔

This time, it is Hope from Sentori! It has more acidity than the other Sentori, so the sweetness is very refreshing and easy to drink. It is still delicious!

I bought this sake at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" when I visited Toyama! This is my first time to try Manrei ❤. The aroma is fruity and delicious 🤤 It also smells like marron ❤. The taste is rather sweet in the mouth at first, but it's not habitually sweet, and then the acidity quickly follows, so the sweetness quickly goes away. It is easy to drink despite its sweetness! This is delicious ♥️

When I worked in Toyama, I found a bottle of "Shichida" at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" that I hadn't had in a while! I had to drink it! So I tried the "Shichida Yumachi" ❤. The punchy aroma and taste of Omachi! The aroma is like sweet plums. The taste is not as sweet as the aroma, but the plum and richness is like brown sugar ❤. I wonder how this flavor will round out on the second day.

I bought it at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" when I visited Toyama! I have been wanting to try this sake for a long time, and this is the first time I have had it. The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of rice, which is typical of orikarami. It has a nice sourness and sweetness that is not as sweet as I expected. This is easy to drink. This restaurant has a large selection of Japanese sake. This time, I chose something easy to drink to make my partner understand the goodness of sake. The last one was "SENKYO Modern". Sengoku is a modern sake! Kame-no-o is also my favorite sake rice ♡. It is delicious with a refreshing acidic taste 😋.

When I went back to Yokohama last week, I bought this at my favorite store "Masaruya Tama Plaza". I have to buy this one because it's the first one I've seen! The taste is a bit peculiar among Kouei chrysanthemums. The taste is a bit on the quirky side for Kouei Kiku, with a unique flavor that spreads to the palate and has a stronger character than the others. Wow. This habit may make the difference between likes and dislikes.

When I went back to Yokohama last week, I bought this at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station. It doesn't have that much oriki in it, but it still has a nice sweet-sour and refreshing taste. I knew it!

Koei Chrysanthemum Halcyon! This is delicious, but I came to Kanazawa and there was no place I could get it, I was trying to find the right time to drink it, I had to wait for the right moment to drink it 🤣🤣𐤔 It's a white wine type with a strong, refreshing acidity ❤. Delicious 😋. Reminds me of the liquor store in Gotemba where I used to buy it. I miss it 🤣.

A visit to the usual Mr. Mizukami. Discovered Kouko's unseen! ✨✨ Apparently it's a sweeter type with less acidity. I imagined it would be like Glorious Fuji, but it's not. When you actually drink it, it's sweet, but it's a refreshing sweetness, so it just goes right in! It's more like a clear sweetness like Kamo Nishiki. It's definitely less sour, but delicious. ♥️

Gacky ❤ This is my first time drinking FUZZY GREEN! This is so delicious 😋. As the label says, it's like muscat 🍇, and it's definitely green, with a refreshing acidity and a refreshing astringency, or rather, a deep but clean taste with a refreshing finish! 🤣🤣𐤔Someone's words have been lost 🤣🤣𐤔 Yummmmmm 😋. I drank a lot of sake yesterday at a company party. When I got home, I wanted to drink some more, so I opened the bottle! I took some pictures and fell asleep before I knew it. When I woke up in the morning, the untouched glass was still on the table...(꒪꒪) What a waste of Junmai Daiginjo. I put a little bit of it in my mouth, but the taste has already changed and it doesn't taste good... I'm shocked (;P.P.P.)! I'll drink it with a proper taste today! But the freshly opened taste won't come back... 🤣𐤔 contrast

I bought this Ufunigori at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta on my way back from Tokyo ❤. This time of year I have light nigori fever. It's so delicious! I knew I should have this kind of Usunigori ❤
