I enjoyed sake in Umeda, Osaka(^-^)
We drank sake at the counter. I was able to get close to the lady next to me and we had a good time drinking 😆.
Among them, this "Kamo Nishiki Yellow Suisen" was especially delicious 😋 Most of "Kamo Nishiki" shofuda sake is characterized by its beautiful clear sweetness, but this Yellow Suisen had a good acidity and was even easier to drink 😋.

Purchased "Omine" for the first time in a while at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Grandsta, Tokyo Station! Of course, it is Yamada Nishiki! Yamadanishiki is the only way to describe "Omine"!
The aroma is sweet and aromatic, and it tickles the nose. The taste is well balanced, as only Yamada-Nishiki can be.
It was so easy to drink that I finished it in 2 days.

But this one is a little bit different from my personal taste...
This one has less of the usual refreshing feeling and more of a strong habit.
It's not that it's not tasty, but it's a little disappointing because I think "Saku" is supposed to make it more habit-free and easy-to-drink.

When I visited Kyoto, I went to my usual "Takimoto" and bought ✨️
I was quite worried because it is Aiyama.
I was worried about how it would turn out because Aiyama is a sake rice whose flavor varies greatly depending on the brewer.
It would be a disappointment if it was just a sweet sake, but this was different!
As expected of Gakki!

I bought this Gakki Nakatori at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, my favorite place in Gu on my way back to say on Bon! The mouthfeel is so great you wouldn't believe it's a Honjozo✨!
Of course, it's a honjozo, so the cosmetics are great!
Mellow mouthfeel, fruity flavor.
