It's a Hakuryu that came in to commemorate the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension!
It seems to be brewed by a female toji, and the taste is feminine and refreshingly sweet and delicious ♥️
I might try to find a sake brewery when I visit Fukui 🤣𐤔
