When I went to Fukui for work, I finally found the nostalgic "Sairai"! This is a great discovery! I was looking for it in Hokuriku: ☝️ The aroma is subdued, but the nice fragrance is really nice. The taste is easy to drink, with a refreshing sweetness, a square acidity, and a slight bitterness! Overall, a slushy with a refreshing taste and good balance~! Very satisfying💯. A big hit with the family of the colleague I introduced it to! I'm very satisfied with the overall taste and the balanced slurpiness!

Kamo Nishiki's Shippusake! This is a classic as a clear, clear, sweet sake! This time, the "Hwang Suisen" was a sake I went out to drink and enjoyed so much that I immediately went out to buy it! Of all the packaged sake I've ever had, this one had a particularly favorable finish with a clear, refreshing taste! I thought, "This is the sake I've been waiting for! When I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass, the aroma was mild and calm. The bitter taste is quite characteristic. The sweetness is originally moderate and refreshing, but the sourness and bitterness follow, and the bitterness lingers a little. Personally, I like it because it is not unpleasantly bitter.

I opened "SUKAI" of Koei Chrysanthemum! I was excited to see the new face of Kouei Chrysanthemum. The aroma is moderate! The taste is refreshing, with a clean body and a moderate sweetness. Some people may say it tastes light, but I like this kind of refreshing taste ♡♡♡♡!

It's been a long time since I've seen and purchased Kaze no Mori. When I was in Toyama, I saw and purchased 🤣🤣𐤔 I haven't been able to find Kaze no Mori at many stores these days, so it's been a while since I've had this aroma and taste. I really like Kaze no Mori! The taste is plummy and a bit more robust than other Kaze no Mori wines, but overall it has a very roasty finish.

The last time I went home, I bought this Gakky at my favorite Masaruya Tama Plaza store! All Gakkies are delicious, but this Forte Piano is a special honjozo, which means it is not a junmai sake, but I dare say it is a honjozo! It is a mellow sake! It is a mellow and delicious yet easy-drinking bottle!

I have had a variety of Mimuro Cedar, but this is my first time to try "Dio Avita"! I bought it at "Hayashi" in Fukui! It has a low alcohol content of 13% even though it is a pure sake! The wine glass is filled with a nice rum-like aroma. It has a firm body and juiciness that does not remind you of its low alcohol content, but the refreshing mouthfeel is due to the balance between the acidity. This is delicious 😋.

I look forward to Michel's Red and Cotton Candy every year ( **). This year's is again sweet and sour and great👍. The sweetness is refreshing and doesn't linger. I drink it slooooowly! The slight bubbles also make it even easier to drink. I can't stop 🤣🤣𐤔

I know these are supposed to be drunk with the girls on Christmas 🎄...but they won't fit in the fridge on the side! If I don't drink this as soon as possible, nothing will fit in the fridge... 🤣𐤔 So, unexpectedly, I bought it and decided to drink it right away... The first day after opening the bottle, the lees rice taste is surprisingly present, but it's sweet and sour, a taste that women like. On the second day, it became more refreshing and less ricey, making it even easier to drink!

I often drink Kido because it is cosmetically pleasing, This is my first time to try Muryozan! Drinking it in a wine glass, the aroma is not that rich. The taste is not very sweet and refreshing, but it has a mildness that does not make you feel the harshness of alcohol. It is very easy to drink and mellow, so I think it is a stable type that does not differ in taste.

It's the season of Sentori "Snowman" again this year! I missed the first shipment and couldn't buy it. This time I was able to buy a bottle of Chant! Snowman has a hole in the stopper so it can't be tipped horizontally, and in the small refrigerator where I live alone, there is limited space to put it vertically, so I had to drink it the same day after purchasing it... 🤣🤣𐤔 Well, it can't be helped! I'll drink it someday lol. This year's Sentori "Yukidaruma" is also delicious! Despite being nigori sake, it has a refreshing rice feel and a nice mouthfeel! I can drink it in a hurry, so it's gone in no time at all! I want to buy it in a bottle 🥺. If they sell it again next time, I might buy it again 🤣𐤔

Yesterday, I went to Umeda, Osaka, for regular drinks with a former colleague of mine! This time, the bar had quite a lot of sake, so we tried this and that! Among them, there was "Hiran", so I had to try it! So we both drank the refreshing fruity sake "Hiran"! It's still delicious!

Hope is still delicious! I love how tart and refreshing it is... I should get Snowman ☃️ next week! I totally forgot about the last shipment... I only bought the Modern for the new Sentori series, so I'll get the Retro and Classic next! Modern is Yamadanishiki, Retro is Omachi, Classic is Kame-no-o! Looking forward to it!

I have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it. The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy? It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive. I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available.

Amami's nigori sake is all lined up at Grandsta in Tokyo Station! I had no choice but to buy it! I love nigori sake, and I can't think of any other way to drink it if it is Amami! The aroma is mellow and sweet, yet the taste is fruity, sweet and tart, not cloying, and there is a slight effervescence that makes it refreshing and easy to drink. It's great👍.
