The last time I went home, I bought this Gakky at my favorite Masaruya Tama Plaza store!
All Gakkies are delicious, but this Forte Piano is a special honjozo, which means it is not a junmai sake, but I dare say it is a honjozo! It is a mellow sake! It is a mellow and delicious yet easy-drinking bottle!

I have had a variety of Mimuro Cedar, but this is my first time to try "Dio Avita"! I bought it at "Hayashi" in Fukui!
It has a low alcohol content of 13% even though it is a pure sake!
The wine glass is filled with a nice rum-like aroma. It has a firm body and juiciness that does not remind you of its low alcohol content, but the refreshing mouthfeel is due to the balance between the acidity. This is delicious 😋.

It's the season of Sentori "Snowman" again this year!
I missed the first shipment and couldn't buy it.

Snowman has a hole in the stopper so it can't be tipped horizontally, and in the small refrigerator where I live alone, there is limited space to put it vertically, so I had to drink it the same day after purchasing it... 🤣🤣𐤔

I have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it.
The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy?
It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive.
I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available.

Amami's nigori sake is all lined up at Grandsta in Tokyo Station! I had no choice but to buy it!
I love nigori sake, and I can't think of any other way to drink it if it is Amami!
The aroma is mellow and sweet, yet the taste is fruity, sweet and tart, not cloying, and there is a slight effervescence that makes it refreshing and easy to drink.

I enjoyed sake in Umeda, Osaka(^-^)
We drank sake at the counter. I was able to get close to the lady next to me and we had a good time drinking 😆.
Among them, this "Kamo Nishiki Yellow Suisen" was especially delicious 😋 Most of "Kamo Nishiki" shofuda sake is characterized by its beautiful clear sweetness, but this Yellow Suisen had a good acidity and was even easier to drink 😋.

Purchased "Omine" for the first time in a while at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Grandsta, Tokyo Station! Of course, it is Yamada Nishiki! Yamadanishiki is the only way to describe "Omine"!
The aroma is sweet and aromatic, and it tickles the nose. The taste is well balanced, as only Yamada-Nishiki can be.
It was so easy to drink that I finished it in 2 days.
