This is a product brewed by Akabe Brewery using rice contracted by Kazuma Brewery, which was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake! The taste is typical of Akabu! The aroma has an Akabu-like fragrance, and the fresh fruity taste in the mouth is also in the same family! However, perhaps due to the difference in the rice used, the fruity flavor of Akabu is a little stronger with a hint of rice.

There were two bottles of "Mimuro Cedar" in the fridge, so we opened one first. As expected of "Mimuro Cedar"! The aroma is subdued, but nice 🍷. The taste is a little sweet and the acidity is a nice touch! The mouthfeel is also refreshing and the light taste makes it easy to drink more and more 🤣. I think the concept is a little different from usual for Mimuro Sugi. Is this the Bodhidharma style?

I bought this "Tenmei" Kame-no-o from my favorite "Sake Sen-an Mizukami" and kept it stocked in my refrigerator for a long time! Kame-no-o is a handsome sake that I personally like. This time, Tenmei had a sturdy cap, and the words "beware of opening the bottle" jumped out at me, so I removed the outer cap protection and opened the bottle while holding it down with my hand! Spooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! ✨✨ Even if it's chilled, it still feels like that 🤣𐤔It's nice (((o(*▽▽*)o)))). I'm excited! The aroma is aromatic and tickles my nose ❤. As for the taste...p+.:. Oh(*PO *)oh...:+P. ::.+P Pineapple 🍍juice, yay 🍹. Delicious 😋It's a gorgeous juicy type like a hana-yori (*^^*), the juicy flavor expands in your mouth❤. After opening the bottle, I left it open for a day for a business trip and drank it again. It is even sweeter than when the bottle was opened! Sweet! It's totally a juice 🍹 impatient 🤣🤣𐤔

Smells great ❤ Clean and sweet scent ❤ Well balanced taste of Yamada Nishiki! The acidity is subdued, and the sweetness is felt, but not dull, clear and sweet! Kamo Nishiki I wonder if it's similar to Shagafuda Sake or something? It's not heavy, but it has a thicker flavor.

I went directly to Yoshida Shuzo in Fukui to buy some! I was told that one of the brewers is a young woman! I enjoyed the Hakuryu I drank at the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension commemoration, and thought I could go buy some in Fukui on my way to work, so I did! 🤣🤣𐤔 The sweetness is quite moderate and the overall taste is refreshing and clean❤There's also a taste of rice, but it's really refreshing✨. This is delicious ( phew!) mmmm!!! The delicate taste is outstanding! I'll go back to buy more 🎶.

Returned home to Yokohama in the latter half of GW. Went to Odaiba for BBQ, but beer alone was a little too much. I went home and had a little sake 🍶. Nikomaru" by Jiran! This is a delicious one (σ-̀ᴗ́)σ Since I moved to Hokuriku, Tobiramaru is not sold there, so I bought it at Masaruya Tama Plaza, my favorite store when I go back home! The taste is still refreshing, with a hint of rice in it! Delicious! Be careful, it will be empty before you know it. ⚠️

It's been a while since I've had an Akabu, so I decided to try a classic Junmai Ginjo❤. After all, Akabu is consistently delicious 😋. Good aroma, good taste! Good balance of sourness and sweetness ❤ Not too sweet, not too light, but with a strong umami flavor and a smooth, easy-to-drink mouthfeel ❤. It's quintessential 👏😊💕

Today I returned to Yokohama, so I opened a bottle of "Amami Light Nigori" that I had stocked in the refrigerator! This is the first time for me to drink Amami's light nigori! Well, how does it taste? (*^^*) Umami! This one is a true hit! Slight sweetness, not too strong but just the right amount of acidity, and a slight bubbling sensation! Everything is fused together and it's great👍! It's so easy to drink - dangerous dangerous ⚠️ vaccine 🤣🤣𐤔 It's late at night, so let's not drink too much. I'll continue tomorrow.

I decided to bring my sake at room temperature and consulted my favorite restaurant, Sake Senan Mizukami✨. He said it was perfectly fine for a day or so if it was fire-aged, so I told him what my taste was and confirmed his recommendation✨. I've had Yoshida Kurau before, so I felt comfortable with it. The manager told me that this time the sake was fire-aged, but in a way it was close to raw. Normally, when sake is fire-aged, it is fire-aged before bottling, but this sake was bottled raw and then fire-aged, so the fermentation process has progressed to a certain degree in the bottle, and it has a certain petitiveness to it! I wanted to try it! So I bought it! The taste has just the right amount of acidity to refresh the sweetness, but the acidity is not overpowering. Easy to drink and delicious. ♥️ However, when I looked at the back of the bottle, I saw that it was a modern Yamahai! What? Is it a Yamahai? Many Yamahai wines have a strong character, so I tend to avoid them, but this Yoshida Kurau overturned my image of them!

Kouei Kiku's Tsukishita Muyo! I like Kouei Chrysanthemum and I've had a lot of them. This is my first time! The label is cool too! It looks a bit like Akabu's "Gokujo no Zare" 🤣🤣𐤔 The taste has just the right amount of acidity and is not too sweet, with a distinct sharpness! Delicious! Apparently, they got a lot of inspiration from "Kaze no Mori Omachi 70%". I love it! I love Kaze no Mori too.
