It's been a while since I've had an Akabu, so I decided to try a classic Junmai Ginjo❤. After all, Akabu is consistently delicious 😋. Good aroma, good taste! Good balance of sourness and sweetness ❤ Not too sweet, not too light, but with a strong umami flavor and a smooth, easy-to-drink mouthfeel ❤. It's quintessential 👏😊💕

Today I returned to Yokohama, so I opened a bottle of "Amami Light Nigori" that I had stocked in the refrigerator! This is the first time for me to drink Amami's light nigori! Well, how does it taste? (*^^*) Umami! This one is a true hit! Slight sweetness, not too strong but just the right amount of acidity, and a slight bubbling sensation! Everything is fused together and it's great👍! It's so easy to drink - dangerous dangerous ⚠️ vaccine 🤣🤣𐤔 It's late at night, so let's not drink too much. I'll continue tomorrow.

I decided to bring my sake at room temperature and consulted my favorite restaurant, Sake Senan Mizukami✨. He said it was perfectly fine for a day or so if it was fire-aged, so I told him what my taste was and confirmed his recommendation✨. I've had Yoshida Kurau before, so I felt comfortable with it. The manager told me that this time the sake was fire-aged, but in a way it was close to raw. Normally, when sake is fire-aged, it is fire-aged before bottling, but this sake was bottled raw and then fire-aged, so the fermentation process has progressed to a certain degree in the bottle, and it has a certain petitiveness to it! I wanted to try it! So I bought it! The taste has just the right amount of acidity to refresh the sweetness, but the acidity is not overpowering. Easy to drink and delicious. ♥️ However, when I looked at the back of the bottle, I saw that it was a modern Yamahai! What? Is it a Yamahai? Many Yamahai wines have a strong character, so I tend to avoid them, but this Yoshida Kurau overturned my image of them!

Kouei Kiku's Tsukishita Muyo! I like Kouei Chrysanthemum and I've had a lot of them. This is my first time! The label is cool too! It looks a bit like Akabu's "Gokujo no Zare" 🤣🤣𐤔 The taste has just the right amount of acidity and is not too sweet, with a distinct sharpness! Delicious! Apparently, they got a lot of inspiration from "Kaze no Mori Omachi 70%". I love it! I love Kaze no Mori too.

Delicious! As expected of "Takachiyo"! And it's a limited distribution item! The moment I saw this, I had to buy it! I had to buy it the moment I saw it! The aroma is delicate and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness and bitterness that is typical of "Takachiyo" quickly suppresses the sweetness that spreads on the palate, and there is no unpleasant sweetness at all. ∑It is a very good wine.

I had it with delicious nodoguro from Kanazawa for work: ❣️ It's a Hakuryu that came in to commemorate the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension! It seems to be brewed by a female toji, and the taste is feminine and refreshingly sweet and delicious ♥️ I might try to find a sake brewery when I visit Fukui 🤣𐤔

I bought this sake at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" when I visited Toyama! This is my first time to try Manrei ❤. The aroma is fruity and delicious 🤤 It also smells like marron ❤. The taste is rather sweet in the mouth at first, but it's not habitually sweet, and then the acidity quickly follows, so the sweetness quickly goes away. It is easy to drink despite its sweetness! This is delicious ♥️

When I worked in Toyama, I found a bottle of "Shichida" at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" that I hadn't had in a while! I had to drink it! So I tried the "Shichida Yumachi" ❤. The punchy aroma and taste of Omachi! The aroma is like sweet plums. The taste is not as sweet as the aroma, but the plum and richness is like brown sugar ❤. I wonder how this flavor will round out on the second day.

I bought it at "Liquor Shop Yoshida" when I visited Toyama! I have been wanting to try this sake for a long time, and this is the first time I have had it. The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of rice, which is typical of orikarami. It has a nice sourness and sweetness that is not as sweet as I expected. This is easy to drink. This restaurant has a large selection of Japanese sake. This time, I chose something easy to drink to make my partner understand the goodness of sake. The last one was "SENKYO Modern". Sengoku is a modern sake! Kame-no-o is also my favorite sake rice ♡. It is delicious with a refreshing acidic taste 😋.

When I went back to Yokohama last week, I bought this at my favorite store "Masaruya Tama Plaza". I have to buy this one because it's the first one I've seen! The taste is a bit peculiar among Kouei chrysanthemums. The taste is a bit on the quirky side for Kouei Kiku, with a unique flavor that spreads to the palate and has a stronger character than the others. Wow. This habit may make the difference between likes and dislikes.
