Low alcohol 8 per cent, I think the sake level has a large negative value. I served it to female employees at work and it was quite popular. I used it in a very targeted way.
Following on from the recent Jikin, I found a store that carries a regular supply of Tasake. It is only four stops away by train, so I can drop by on my way home from work. Good news. I immediately bought a label with a spring feeling. It might be the first time to buy sake made from rice called Hana-moi. I gratefully accept it in honor of the "Medal with Yellow Ribbon".
From the first sip, it tastes super delicious. The rice flavor comes first, followed by the alcohol taste. It is tightened up. I am so thankful for my happy environment that I can buy such a delicious sake after leaving work on time.
The first time I drank Wakanami. The wife of the liquor store highly recommended it. She said it had a sweet taste and was delicious.
The aroma and taste were just right, and I had a feeling that it would be good if I let it sit for a few days.
I had heard good things about this sake. The lady at work said it was delicious and that I should try it.
I found it at an izakaya and ordered it immediately.
I thought it was tasty, but I couldn't find its characteristics. It was within the range of good sake.
I guess I am not well-trained enough.
A friend recommended it to me. I found it at a liquor store on my way out and bought it. I opened the bottle thinking that I had never had a good encounter with brewer's kuheiji, either in terms of chemistry or timing. I was surprised at how delicious it was. It was the same feeling as when you encounter a cake with exquisite sweetness and richness of flavor. I put it back in the fridge because it was too good to waste. I will drink it again tomorrow.
This is my first drink tonight as well. The flavor is really exquisite and it goes down my throat in one go. I would like to drink it again. It's a little expensive, but I think I'll try a cup of Kuheiji.
It's been a long time since I've had a good crop. I have been drinking so much good sake that my senses may have become a little numb. Let's drink again tomorrow, cherishing every sip. I'm too tired to drink at home on a Friday night.
I found it in the store and bought it immediately. This is the first time I've ever had the pleasure. I was curious about the unique name. I wonder how they make it different from NIIDASENSHU. I'll look into it later.
It was a delicious sake. I would say it is a bubbly sake that is not that sharp.
This is one of the first one I got. I finally developed a route to buy it. I think I can drink several bottles a year.
Now, I wonder how it will be like when I drink it at home for the first time. The aroma is very ginjo-like. The taste was a bit bland at first sip, but after swallowing, the taste of rice expanded greatly. I thought it was a gorgeous sake. I will drink it over several days.
Good evening, Buhousha 😃.
Congratulations on getting your first home drink at ㊗️ 🎉You are strong when you can get your route 👍Please take your time and enjoy 👋
Thank you Jay & Nobby for the blessing, I took it over 6 days and was not shocked. I think I raised my expectations too high. I will try again with a little more sake experience.
There are many different kinds of Glorious Fuji out there, and it's fun to see something new every time I look at it. I wonder how many I've had this time. I have no doubt that they are delicious, but I haven't really caught on to the differences in taste between each one. Maybe I need to learn more about this brand.
I started drinking it, imagining it to be modern with a sour taste. The aroma, flavor, throat sensation, and alcohol content were all completely smooth. I checked the label to see if it was a low-alcohol sake. 16 degrees, not low. Then the question arises as to whether this sake is good or not. I will check again tomorrow.
I kind of drank it all. It is not a sake that seeks umami, sweetness, or any other taste sensation on the tongue. It is a sake that goes down smoothly and is enjoyed with a pleasant intoxication that comes afterwards.
I'll only make the first drink after I get home a flower sun shower, continued. I feel happy every night. I honestly cannot tell the difference from the Hachitan-Nishiki I drank before. I concentrated on trying to perceive the difference in the taste of the rice, and only got a clear sense of fruitiness. This is a really delicious sake. I am grateful to the brewer who makes it with a small number of people.
Whenever I see this name in a liquor store, I tend to buy it. It's good, isn't it?
This time, I opened the bottle with a ho-ho-ho drunkenness. The first sip made me say, "Oh, it's so good! I don't want to use words to describe the taste today. I was happy. Thanks to the delicious water of the Setogawa River.
I'm in a low-alcoholic mood today, so I decide to have some leftover Senkou. The label was lined with attractive words such as "Super Ancient Method" and "Wooden Oke Brewing".
I was looking forward to drinking it, but the taste was different from what I expected. It had a strong acidity, even for a bottle of Senkou. I had thought that in the past, sourness was considered a bad thing and was eliminated.
To be honest, it was not my favorite. As a big fan of SENKYO, I will seal this sake.
Dense umami and sweet acidity combine to create an impactful sake quality. It also has a good sharpness.
At first sip, I could not perceive anything. Gradually I began to think it was delicious, and in the meantime I finished it. The change in flavor in the second half was nice, so I guess I'll be looking forward to my next encounter with it. If it were in a pub, it would be a bottle that I could not stop drinking.
Three-day weekend starting tomorrow. I've only worked four days this week, but I'm so tired. Oh, tonight's dinner is stew. Let's drink sake without worrying. I used to be a sake drinker even with curry. On a day like this, I left some Machida Sake Brewery's Omachi pink. I like this sake so much that I want to keep it on hand. In fact, it takes me 40 minutes by bicycle to get to the liquor store, so I don't get there often. From the first sip, it tastes as good as expected. I got tired of sake from another brewery if I kept drinking it, but I never get tired of this one. What's the difference? I wondered what the difference was, so I looked it up and found out that they brew their sake with soft water. I knew it. That might be one of the reasons.
