This is my second time to drink at home. Last time I didn't have a very good impression of the place, but since it appears to be very highly rated by the liquor store and Sake-no-wa, I tried again.
This time, it came. It's a refreshing, penetrating drink with a great mouthfeel. I could relate to this being everyone's favorite.
Purchased on a business trip.
I started to drink it with a light heart, just to try a sip. I was surprised and had a good feeling similar to the feeling I had when I drank Kaze no Mori for the first time. I felt a clear sweet taste in the back of my mouth. I have found a delicious sake. I'll be sure to drink it again.
I got this bottle on a business trip to Iwate. I thought Nanbu Bijin could be bought anywhere, but since it was my first time to buy sake made by Sake Mirai, I did not hesitate to buy it. Nanbu Bijin is known for its clean and refreshing taste, and it was no different with its clear and transparent flavor. I think I have found a great bottle of sake!
Again, my favorite king roku. There was a lineup of Kei and Cho Oroku, but I found four stars, so I decided to go with Takemichi. This one is the most flavorful and has a strong sake feel to it.
I have had Echigo Gohyakumangoku daiginjo before, but this one seemed exceptional. I was impressed at the same high level as the sake musashi I have had so far at Kahayo. I wonder why good sake feels like it is hiding 16 degrees of alcohol. The sense of balance between taste and throat hit is my favorite. I suspected it was my physical condition, but I had the same impression the next day, so it wasn't my physical condition. If I come across it again, I'll definitely get it.
On this day, I bought two bottles at the liquor store, both of which were Daimine. When I find it, I buy it. I also went to a sake brewery west of Akiyoshidai.
The tongue feels a strong sweetness, while at the same time the umami flavor flows down the throat. I thought it was a classy sweetness, different from the inductive sake that simply makes you feel the strong sweet deliciousness. It was similar to the sensation of eating a ripe peach without worrying about its sourness. It was so easy to finish it in no time at all.
Kuroryu again. Dropping mouth said EOL this time. Oh my god, it's so good. Maybe the process of making it is too laborious and too hard. I'll be thankful for all the time I've spent on it. We are enjoying it with all our hearts as if it were the last one!
I am a Fukui lover, so sometimes I feel like reading Kuroryu. I like Ryu the best, but it costs over 4,000 yen for a four-pack, so I can't afford it for everyday drinking. This time I am looking forward to it because the sake rice is produced in Fukui.
I like the rummy taste of Kuzuryu and the noble taste of Ryu, so this sake was fresh and different from them. The Kuroryu feeling in my mind is weak, and if I drank it blind, I might not recognize it. I guess there is such a Kuroryu.
A sake brewery in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Whenever I go to Hokuriku, I look for this at liquor stores. I have grown very fond of it. Although it is a junmai daiginjo, you can clearly taste the rice flavor. I thought it had both a clean and crisp taste and a robust rice flavor. A junior colleague of mine who attended Kanazawa University knew that Gorin was delicious. Is it a sake loved by university students as well?
This is the second Niimasa we are comparing. I will add my impressions later. It was so good that I wanted to drink it every day. No wonder it has so many fans.
I got two bottles of Shinmasa at a liquor store on my trip. It was my first time drinking at home, or rather, I had never had it outside.
I compared them to see what they were like. It was a great Sunday treat.
The aroma is slightly peculiar.
The taste is very good, and I am convinced that this is Shinsei. It was as if the whole tongue was receptive, rather than just a part of it reacting strongly. The acidity is just right.
I thought it had a good balance, a good salty taste, and a good balance, a perfect middle ground with depth, which is a contradictory balance.
I'm going to drink it carefully over several days.
Someone had told me that it was the best nigori sake in Japan. Finally, I had a chance to obtain it.
After drinking it, I realized that people have different tastes in sake. I could drink it and get a good taste, but I didn't think it was the best in Japan. I wonder if the tasty sake that I keep coming back to again and again is something that is unique to me. I should not impose it on others either.
I found Kraft Sake at Hanshin Underground in Umeda and bought it to take with me when I go to stay at a cottage with my friend and her family.
I was satisfied with the sweet and tasty reaction I got, just as I expected.
It is not a drink that goes well with meals, so it is good for enjoying drinks in peace and quiet. There were several other kinds of drinks besides melon, so I might give it a try.
I came across it again this year and decided to bring it home. I read the label on the back and it says it is a sake brewed with sake yeast, I remember it was the same last year. I drank it with a dusty, sweet taste as expected!
Purchased on a trip to Fukui during the New Year's holiday. I used to buy from this liquor store when it was located in a different location. The store became so popular that it outgrew its space and moved to its current location, a prime spot in Fukui Prefecture. This is finally my first visit. I was in the mood to buy a bottle of Koryu when I looked in the fridge and found this. The name of the store was written on the label. I thought, "This is good," and bought it.
It was the first sake I drank at home. When I drank it, I found it to be light and refreshing. I couldn't fully grasp the flavor characteristics in one day.
By the way, as I was watching TV at a hot spring hotel, I realized that at New Year's Eve, people listen to the temple bell to ring the New Year's bell to reflect on the year and give thanks to Buddha, and at the beginning of the year, they go to a shrine to pray to God for their health for the year ahead. From a religious point of view, it may be a knotty thing to do. I wonder, what kind of custom is it, I'll look it up next time.
I drank it in about 10 days. As the days went by, the drinking became a bit messy as the flavor became less angular and smoother down my throat. I enjoyed it well and well, a delicious sake!
I went on a trip to Fukui during the New Year's holiday and bought this at a liquor store on my trip. It seems to be another line of Tengumai sake brewery.
I wondered what the five was, and according to the description on the brewery's website, the following description
The name "GORIN" is based on our wish that our customers, restaurants, sake retailers, brewers, and toji will always have a dignified relationship with each other so that they can enjoy our sake.
When you take a sip, the taste of rice comes straight into your mouth, and it feels as if it is coarsely passing over your tongue, while at the same time smoothly passing down your throat. I found another delicious sake. If I went out for a drink with my colleagues and found it on the menu, I wanted to surprise them by ordering it early on.
Happy New Year, Wuhousha 🌅.
Fukui trip! Nice 🤗We missed it last year 🥲 so we definitely want to go this year!
I'd love to pick this sake and talk poop 😄.
Thank you for your support this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
Happy New Year, Jay & Nobby! Let's have another good sake year.
I spent three relaxing nights in Ashihara Onsen in Fukui. Gorin is a good sake. Personally, I would like to see a rice farmer in the five.
