Here is the first bottle of sake that was repaired from the brewery that was damaged by the earthquake and resumed sake production. It was one of the three most elegant and delicious sake I have had this year. I will support a sake brewery that offers such delicious sake!

A bottle that has been laid to rest. I bought some sake on my trip to Tohoku, so let's open it to empty the fridge. It is thicker than usual and has a thicker, tastier texture. I find myself no longer trying to describe this sake with pineapple, the richness of the flavor is what makes it special tonight. I'll have a delicious chibichibi.

A friend of mine took me to a restaurant in Morioka, and from a menu of many local sake brands, I ordered a bottle of Eiya. The atmosphere of the label showed the pride of the sake brewery. I drank only one gou, but it was very tasty. From the first sip, I could tell that it was a winner. The refreshing mouthfeel was followed by a less dense, but still assertive umami flavor. If I find it at a liquor store, I will definitely buy it.

Last year they were there at the same time, so is the time of year a little different this year? Or are other kids taking them home? I am a little worried. Now about the sake, I felt this year's was more assertive of sourness than last year. Rather than being sour, I got the impression that the acidity was more to the forefront. Maybe I'm getting a little tired of drinking this kind of sake.

The label looked cool and I bought the jackets. I also had a good image of Aizu Chusho, which I drank in the past. I thought the taste was exactly as described on the back label. A bottle that I chose for some reason. I guess many people were wondering which one to choose, Senkou or Sentori. My salary is not enough to buy both and compare them. I wondered what kind of sake rice Aikoku was, but it was covered and introduced. The flavor profile of the rice is more distinct on the tongue than the Houou Mita I usually drink. A bottle with a polished rice ratio of 29 par. It seems to be made from a Chiba rice called So-no-Mai, and the fact that it can be polished to 29 indicates that it is a good rice for sake brewing. The taste has a strong sweetness typical of Sono Kangiku. It is a bit limp and insistent. I drank it over several days, but there was no change in taste. It must be a completed taste.

If you come to me in a cotton store with a pink label, I have no choice but to buy it. I was confused with Aozora and was attracted by the color. Chokikapu" means "a little bit of ginjo aroma" and "ethyl caproate" means that it has a hint of ethyl caproate. The sake is made with Yamada-Nishiki and has a Sake meter rating of -2, which is right in the middle of what I like. I opened the bottle and checked the aroma. It is true that it has a slight aroma. Maybe it is a matter of technique. The taste was not a little, but it opened up in my mouth in a big and fluffy way. It is also enjoyable that my tongue tingled for a while. Thank you, Mr. Kinui!

It was already extremely hot before the summer arrived, so I decided to drink something other than sake. I searched for a non-Nihon-shu to drink, and since it was from Houou Mita's fruit series, I was sure it would be a good choice. I tried it and found it to be a sticky, sweet, and quite tasty bottle. I felt like I could finish it in one night.

After an hour's drive and some driving practice for my wife, we arrive at a liquor store. Whenever we go there, there is always some sake that attracts us. One of my favorite points is that they have a good selection of Aizu Musume. This time, we found a red-labeled Sharaku. I had no choice but to drink it. So I bought it. I opened the bottle immediately after coming home for dinner. The aroma was gorgeous, and the feeling of the aroma opening up was fantastic. I'll keep it chilled in anticipation of a change in taste from tomorrow onward.

I found it at a liquor store in Kyoto and bought it without hesitation, as it is a very rare raw sake that I rarely see on my business trips to Ishikawa. I was so excited to buy it. The first sip made me nod my head in agreement. The taste and flavor do not have a strong edge, so after a while, I forget what it tastes like. But the delicious memory is vivid. Therefore, I was able to face it again with a fresh feeling in my throat. Maybe it's the demon of addition and subtraction.

On a business trip to Nagano, a local employee recommended it to me. He said, "This is good. I tried it with my wife at home. She was pleased with the taste. He said it was easy to drink but tasty. The sake level seems to be low. I think it is too sweet for my everyday drinking. I think it will be appreciated when I take it on a trip with relatives or friends. The bottle is stylish.

2025 new release from Koei Kiku. It seems to be made with Hokkaido Ginpu. I found it to be less acidic than most of Koei Kiku's. Light sweetness and overall freshness. I have a feeling the taste will change after a few days.
