I decided to buy a bottle of Oroku. I had to take the train home with the heavy bottle, but it was no problem. Among several kinds of sake, I found one that was directly pumped. I didn't find it by myself, but someone at the store recommended it to me as I was hesitating.
I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. I could feel that flavor of Oroku, and I was excited. I can't analyze the taste calmly anymore because I fell in love with it. The two bottles I drank in the past were ★1, but this time it was all ★5 at once. It's a bottle, so I'll drink it carefully over several days.
