Somehow, I was in the mood for something a little different to drink. Ine Mankai is a bit pricey at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so I did not drink much of it. I bought it at a sake shop. It has a characteristic sourness, so I don't feel like I'm drinking sake. I wondered if the sourness would come out if it was made with old rice, or if Himiko had grown this black rice, and my imagination was filled with the changes and evolution of sake. I admire Mr. Mukai for trying to differentiate his sake without leaning on the sake of today.

I am once again thankful for the current environment in which I can obtain tasake at a fixed price. I saw this sake last year, but did not buy it because I preferred another sake. This year, I checked the release date again and bought it right away. I've had several bottles of bubbly in the past, but this one may or may not be special, so what's the ditch? Aaaaru!

Let it sit for a while and re-drink. The bubbly feeling subsided a bit. When I returned from a heavy sweating outing and drank it, I couldn't taste it. Tasteless. New discovery.

A bottle of Gohyakumangoku with a sake degree of ➕8. The rice and koji are from Shimane. I have been curious about this Shimane sake for a while. I was told that heating sake is recommended, but I still drink it cold, so I'm going to drink it cold again. The description at the liquor store where I bought it said it was "melon-like," but personally, I couldn't detect a single millimeter of that. I don't mean that it's good or bad, but just that I felt it that way. I was satisfied this time because it was exactly what I expected before drinking it, a hard liquor. Let's take our time and drink it slowly.

I decided to buy a bottle of Oroku. I had to take the train home with the heavy bottle, but it was no problem. Among several kinds of sake, I found one that was directly pumped. I didn't find it by myself, but someone at the store recommended it to me as I was hesitating. I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. I could feel that flavor of Oroku, and I was excited. I can't analyze the taste calmly anymore because I fell in love with it. The two bottles I drank in the past were ★1, but this time it was all ★5 at once. It's a bottle, so I'll drink it carefully over several days.

Sake made the way it was made 1,400 years ago. I drank a lot of it at the corner. It was a little different from what I had imagined, with a strong sweetness. I see that the sake level is -32. I was quite satisfied with just one glass. Sake made by the Yucho Sake Brewery is interesting and good.

I enjoyed the raw sake I drank before, so I immediately buy Jusui when I find it. This time it was a sparkling sake. When I tried it, I found it to be less sweet and less fizzy. The taste was a bit unexpected. I thought it would be a good sake for those days when you want a crisp drink but also want a bubbly taste.

I took a paid vacation and went shopping at an outlet store. I got a bonus, so I thought I'd buy a brand-name item, but I was satisfied with a half-price polo shirt and went home. Feeling good, I open a bottle of Huayouyasui, my favorite. I feel happy, feeling the deliciousness of the sake. I wonder if the customer value of this sake is the feeling of happiness during alone time. All good sake is like that, but the Hana-Hiyo-Yoku made a good day even better.

As the label on the back says, it opens at once with a flourish. It may be the most spectacular of all Kitajima's. It is super delicious from the first glass. I'm glad I got a bottle.

I went on a business trip to Noto, Kanazawa was overflowing with foreign tourists. Further north, from Anamizu to the north, the damage was rapidly worsening. Houses that had collapsed remained intact in the daily routine of life. We saw that nothing was over yet. I found a bottle of sake to support reconstruction at a local Michino station. Due to space limitations in my luggage, I bought only one bottle. I am grateful to have it as a sake that is more than just delicious or tasty.

Sold as a slightly sparkling sake. I bought it with Tasake. I opened the bottle and didn't feel any fizz. The second glass was strange. I wanted to feel the characteristic of fizziness, but I couldn't. Or rather, it did not appear. It was delicious as a sake.

After dealing with a problem, I opened it after 10:00 p.m. when I returned home tired, along with a bowl of thick curry rice. As expected, the sake's presence is as strong as its spiciness. The sweetness is noticeable, but it is not the only flavor. We have a bottle of sake, so let's drink it slowly!

Of the several bottles of tasake I've had, this is my favorite so far. It has a dark, tart texture on the tongue, followed by a gorgeous umami flavor. After concentrated drinking, the aroma, flavor, and umami expanded greatly. Kojo-nishiki is a local Aomori rice that has been revived by Nishida Sake Brewery. Thanks for making such a delicious sake. This would make a good souvenir to give to the sake-loving factory manager on business trips.

It was displayed in a discreet location at a liquor store in Kyoto. Oh no, I found it. Today is my lucky day. First of all, the aroma is good. It is a dark aroma that foreshadows the depth of the sake. I sniffed it for a while. The taste is not as strong as the aroma. The taste is not as strong as the aroma, but I can strongly feel the flavor of rice. I checked and found that it was "Gohyakumangoku" rice. I am not yet proficient enough to identify the type of rice by my throat. I finished the bottle in three days, feeling that I was spending a luxurious time with it. But actually, I have one more bottle left. I will have it waiting for me in the refrigerator.

The sake rice is Hachitan-Nishiki. I had never seen a light nigori before, and the nigori I drank at an izakaya was the best I had ever tasted, so I decided to buy it even though it was a little expensive. After returning home, I couldn't wait for the night and opened the bottle immediately. This elated feeling was priceless. The taste was as good as I expected.

I knew it was a popular and well-reputed drink. I had never encountered it in a tavern, nor had I ever drunk it. I had seen a number of people buying it at liquor stores and had always been curious about it. Because of this, my feeling was that it was a full-blown purchase. The aroma is not very discernible, the taste is immediately apparent at the first sip, this is a delicious sake. The sweet, sour, and bitter flavors are diluted, and the umami assertion is moderate. It has a pleasant taste and is easy to drink. I have found a good sake.

Found at the liquor store, once I walked away and checked out the first brand I'd ever had. After pondering that each was appealing and I would like to try them, I came back again and found myself paying the bill. I understand that this is a wonderful sake that makes the best use of water and rice. They use rice called Honorifuji from Fujieda City and Shizuoka yeast with Setogawa subsoil water to make an all-Shizuoka sake. It was perfect for a leisurely drink on a Saturday night.

We were able to get it again this year, following last year. It is a fruity sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and it is very refreshing. Today, I was so determined that I walked from 9:00 p.m. until 24:00 p.m. when I left the office. 30,000 steps. I was super tired and drank a bottle after the date changed. It's very tiring and soaks up the sun.

The second bottle of Jikin for drinking at home. The red label is very cool. I guess this is what good sake is all about. I got the feeling that I was drinking the real thing, not just what is popular or what is to my taste. It's too good to waste, so I'll keep it in the fridge after only one glass.

The first label I ever saw for my beloved Yokoyama. And Aiyama. I had no choice but to drink this. As soon as you take a sip, the taste of Yokoyama is immediately apparent, gorgeously spread out. I think there are days when I just want to drink this. It is delicious.
