I bought two bottles to compare the taste of the crop. The label said lychee, but all I could tell was the rice flavor. It felt like something was caught in my throat and went well with strong flavored food. I guess it is not a sweet and refreshing sake. It was quite good.

A sake brewery with a history of 150 years making sake in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture. I am very attracted to the sake made by Mr. Morishima, the head brewer. The labels are cool, so I might have bought the sake by the packet at first. Now I buy by brand name. There is a rice called Hitachi-nishiki? According to the Ibaraki Prefectural Agricultural Center, it is the first sake rice variety in Ibaraki Prefecture. It takes a long time to grow, but it is resistant to disease, they say. It offers a clean, refreshing taste at a high level. We consider it a wonderful tail sake.

I haven't gotten Nichinichi in a long time. The third brewing period is the first time I drink it. The first sip gives me an impression of a rummy taste. Not as strong as Kutouryuu, but after a while in the mouth, the rummy flavor comes. I wonder if Nichinichi tastes like this. I had an image that the taste and flavor of rice gave me a sense of happiness drinking it. If so, such a clear and transparent sake shows the skill of the maker. I will support Mr. Matsumoto and bring it back in the future when I encounter Nichinichi.

I remember drinking it before and the aroma was strong, so I found it and bought it immediately. I had to buy other sake as well to get it, but I accept that it is to prevent resale. From the first sip, it does not disappoint, with a good aroma that goes into the nose and a strong sweet taste. It has a pineapple feeling, but I want to find another higher level of expression. Today, I stop thinking. I'll drink one cup every day.

It appears to be the strongest in terms of specs, and it is Yumachi. Since it is Hiroshima, I thought it was Saijo City, but it is Kure City. Reminds me of what I learned in modern history. It has the flavor and cleanness that you would expect from a Hiroshima sake. It goes down your throat and has a nice sharpness. It is delicious.

Somehow, I was in the mood for something a little different to drink. Ine Mankai is a bit pricey at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so I did not drink much of it. I bought it at a sake shop. It has a characteristic sourness, so I don't feel like I'm drinking sake. I wondered if the sourness would come out if it was made with old rice, or if Himiko had grown this black rice, and my imagination was filled with the changes and evolution of sake. I admire Mr. Mukai for trying to differentiate his sake without leaning on the sake of today.

I am once again thankful for the current environment in which I can obtain tasake at a fixed price. I saw this sake last year, but did not buy it because I preferred another sake. This year, I checked the release date again and bought it right away. I've had several bottles of bubbly in the past, but this one may or may not be special, so what's the ditch? Aaaaru!

A bottle of Gohyakumangoku with a sake degree of ➕8. The rice and koji are from Shimane. I have been curious about this Shimane sake for a while. I was told that heating sake is recommended, but I still drink it cold, so I'm going to drink it cold again. The description at the liquor store where I bought it said it was "melon-like," but personally, I couldn't detect a single millimeter of that. I don't mean that it's good or bad, but just that I felt it that way. I was satisfied this time because it was exactly what I expected before drinking it, a hard liquor. Let's take our time and drink it slowly.

I decided to buy a bottle of Oroku. I had to take the train home with the heavy bottle, but it was no problem. Among several kinds of sake, I found one that was directly pumped. I didn't find it by myself, but someone at the store recommended it to me as I was hesitating. I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. I could feel that flavor of Oroku, and I was excited. I can't analyze the taste calmly anymore because I fell in love with it. The two bottles I drank in the past were ★1, but this time it was all ★5 at once. It's a bottle, so I'll drink it carefully over several days.

I enjoyed the raw sake I drank before, so I immediately buy Jusui when I find it. This time it was a sparkling sake. When I tried it, I found it to be less sweet and less fizzy. I took a paid vacation and went shopping at an outlet store. I got a bonus, so I thought I'd buy a brand-name item, but I was satisfied with a half-price polo shirt and went home. Feeling good, I open a bottle of Huayouyasui, my favorite. I feel happy, feeling the deliciousness of the sake. I wonder if the customer value of this sake is the feeling of happiness during alone time. All good sake is like that, but the Hana-Hiyo-Yoku made a good day even better.

I went on a business trip to Noto, Kanazawa was overflowing with foreign tourists. Further north, from Anamizu to the north, the damage was rapidly worsening. Houses that had collapsed remained intact in the daily routine of life. We saw that nothing was over yet. I found a bottle of sake to support reconstruction at a local Michino station. Due to space limitations in my luggage, I bought only one bottle. I am grateful to have it as a sake that is more than just delicious or tasty.

Of the several bottles of tasake I've had, this is my favorite so far. It has a dark, tart texture on the tongue, followed by a gorgeous umami flavor. After concentrated drinking, the aroma, flavor, and umami expanded greatly. Kojo-nishiki is a local Aomori rice that has been revived by Nishida Sake Brewery. Thanks for making such a delicious sake. This would make a good souvenir to give to the sake-loving factory manager on business trips.

It was displayed in a discreet location at a liquor store in Kyoto. Oh no, I found it. Today is my lucky day. First of all, the aroma is good. It is a dark aroma that foreshadows the depth of the sake. I sniffed it for a while. The taste is not as strong as the aroma. The taste is not as strong as the aroma, but I can strongly feel the flavor of rice. I checked and found that it was "Gohyakumangoku" rice. I am not yet proficient enough to identify the type of rice by my throat. I finished the bottle in three days, feeling that I was spending a luxurious time with it. But actually, I have one more bottle left. I will have it waiting for me in the refrigerator.
