I haven't gotten Nichinichi in a long time. The third brewing period is the first time I drink it.
The first sip gives me an impression of a rummy taste. Not as strong as Kutouryuu, but after a while in the mouth, the rummy flavor comes. I wonder if Nichinichi tastes like this. I had an image that the taste and flavor of rice gave me a sense of happiness drinking it.
If so, such a clear and transparent sake shows the skill of the maker. I will support Mr. Matsumoto and bring it back in the future when I encounter Nichinichi.
