I was busy with something over the holiday weekend. I took the kids to the river to fish for black bass. It was hot, humid, and sunny with no shade. I almost had heat stroke, but made it home safely.
I opened a bottle of Koryu, which I got for the first time in a while, thinking I would collapse after one sip. I thought it would have a stronger rummy taste. I guess that's the case with alcoholic sake. It has a strong taste of rice. It was a good sake with a sense of Fukui.
