Fresh aroma of Muscat and green apple. It has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with a refreshing acidity! I was able to enjoy a lot of this at an inn in Wakayama where this was all-you-can-drink, and it was so delicious that I brought it home🍶. This specs with this delicious taste is too cosy after all 🤩. Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Rice used: Gohyakumangoku Polishing: Koji rice: 50% / Kake rice: 55 Body temperature : 15 degrees Celsius

Hints of muscat, pear-like aroma. Refreshingly light gassiness, clear mouthfeel and sourness! But also properly sweet... delicious! 😳 The final taste is refreshingly slightly bitter. And the umami that clings around the mouth... Yummmmeee! Yummmmmm! Series REGULUS Rice: Rice, Koji (Niigata rice) Degree of alcohol content: 12%.

Mild aroma of banana and a little cucumber. When you drink it, it has a melon-like freshness and a mild mouthfeel. The taste is sweet and full of Yamadanishiki umami 😍. I thought it would have a long aftertaste, but it ends with a slight acidity that refreshes the palate! Wow, it's delicious! Delicious! 🥰 Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Alcohol content: 16%. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 55

Slightly aromatic. A hint of cucumber, peach, and milky feeling. The sweetness of the rice is there, but it is very crisp, and the bitterness follows later. Light and deep!

Aromas of muscat, green apple, nuts, and chocolate 😂. The mouthfeel is like water, pure and clean, with the umami of rice and the aroma of koji, it feels thick, but the aftertaste is refreshingly sour and bitter, leaving a lingering aftertaste. Hmmm...yummy😳! Every time I drink it, a different taste comes out, but it's always delicious. 😂😂😂😂

Abeno Star Series! Formalhaut Spark made by the noble brewing method. Sweet lactic acidity, lemony aroma. Gassy, sweet and refreshing, like yogurt or lemon squash! Not wet like a kijoshu. The acidity is just right, not too sweet, and you can taste and drink it while enjoying the handsome taste.

Abe "variant" of a field-specific series Aroma like some lemon acid 🍋 and lactic acid? The lemon sourness is so refreshing that it makes you feel like you've had a lemon! It's smooth and silky, but the rice flavor comes later! It's so smooth, but the rice flavor comes afterwards! The sour taste that clings to your mouth is also delicious! 😍😍 I don't think there's much bitterness.

Pears? Green apple? A little bit of muscatel, but also tropical, just gorgeous! I love the aroma! It's juicy 😍😍 sweet 😍😍 with a slight gassy, clean melon taste. But the aftertaste is so smooth! This one is a no brainer 😂 everyone says it's good 😋.

Abe Shuzo's series by field (rice field), sake made from rice from the Noda area. Hmm? White wine? Green apple? Muscat Cemedine is also here. Slightly gaseous, with a soft aroma of rice. But it also has the flavor of rice. Refreshing acidity, quickly disappears 😳 strangely enough, bitterness is very slight. This series is said to be made with 80% polished rice. What? This is the first time I've had this. It's totally different from my image 😂.

Fresh pear, grape and strawberry syrupy sweet aroma😍 Slightly gassy, fresh but properly intense, with a good balance of fresh acidity and fruit sweetness 🤤🫨. The aftertaste is really like after eating grapes 😂. The label pulls you in ⁈ It's refreshing and clean, but the sweetness is still there, so it's totally refreshing to drink! This is the kind of sake I'd like to drink in the summer too! Yummy 🤭🤭. I've only had the English version of Takachiyou, but I'm really curious about it and want to try all the varieties 🤭. The following is a list of the ingredients of this beer. Rice: 22% Aiyama, 78% Uonuma Ipponshime Polishing ratio: 59% (flat polished rice) Alcohol content: 16 Yeast used: Kyokai 1801 Producer: Takachiyo Shuzo, Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture

I challenged him to drink what he could buy at the supermarket! First an elegant lychee, like the acidity of a fresh apple. A little cemedine, moderately light and fresh. The sweetness of the rice spreads over the tongue, and it can be fresh again. This is easy to drink! Excellent cosmetics!

Elegant strawberry and peach aroma 😋. It's smooth and silky, but has a rather yogurt-like, full-bodied taste. But it has a pleasant acidity, and the aftertaste quickly fades into freshness 😳. This is easy to drink 😋! It's refreshing, but also has a hint of richness! This is also delicious 😋. Yum! Yum! Yum! Hmmm? The aroma is fresh fresh, like papaya and cucumber. Dark but clean, with a soft slight sweetness of rice and a bitter taste spreading at the end. Not much sweetness? I thought so, but the second and third sips were fruity and sweet, and then it changed 😂. Every once in a while, Yubari melon appears in the back of the mouth 🍈. It's like a perfect food wine! The more you drink, the better it tastes 🫣. If it's the same 59Takachiyo line, Mori no Kuma-san might be sweeter and easier to understand: ☺️ The more you drink it, the better it tastes ... It came out in the spring so I couldn't detect any gasiness. I'm told it reminds me of peaches, but maybe it's different because it's been out for a bit of time. Personally, the aroma is melon, strawberry, caramel! Seme too. Mellow and fruity! Sweet! 😍 Fresh acidity, a bit of cemeine in it, a little bitter aftertaste 😍. Delicious 😍😍 First Denshin in a long time, delicious😍😍 Yummy 😍ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Rice used: Yamadanishiki, Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 55 Pour: 16% alcohol by volume

I drank 5 bottles of Kuroryu Dorokuchi this year because it's so good 😭 I didn't know it was going to be sold out this year 😭, I found it this time of year at a liquor store that Tarmet told me about and bought it immediately! 🥹. It comes out in January, so it's a little older but it's a different flavor and totally delicious! 😍 I remember when the liquor store was stocking up on Corona Disaster, they let me have a sip of the one year old sip, which was rare, but I remember it was not fresh, but the richness and depth had increased and it was so delicious 😍. The sake shop owner told me that if you keep the bottle unopened and keep good temperature control and quality control, the sake will gradually mature and you can enjoy a different taste. ☺️✨ Do you think I should let it mature until next year? No, but I can only imagine it will be gone before then 🤪. Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Rice:100% Gohyakumanshu produced in Fukui Prefecture Pour: 17%.
