NorkAt first, it smells like pears and papaya, I can't even compare it to my favorite wine... but I can also smell Sauvignon Blanc 😍. On the palate, the mild flavor of rice, slight acidity, and fresh melon flavor comes through 🫨. Not too heavy, but refined and refreshing 🫨‼️ And it leaves a clean aftertaste. It's also really delicious 🤤. NorkShinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Ingredients : rice, rice malt Rice used: 100% Hitogochi from Nagano Prefecture Rice Polishing Ratio : 55 Alcohol content : 15%. Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! A friend of mine gave me this sake as a gift 😳 which seems to be very hard to find. I don't know if I can even compare it with the few rice I've had 😂. First of all, it has a fruity pineapple aroma like Yamada Nishiki, but not too bright and fresh ‼️ I can also smell the aroma of freshly cooked rice in the back 😳. The aroma in the nose is fresh and juicy 🤩. The aftertaste is clean ‼️ and there is a very small amount of bitterness on the back of the tongue ☺️ So fresh you'd think it's a draft sake 😳‼️✨✨✨✨ But it's so well balanced and stable that no matter how many sips I take, it tastes just as good as I thought it would every time 😂. This is 、、、、 the one I like very much❤️❤️❤️ Hall of Fame winner - ‼️🤩👏👏👏👏

NorkTsuruno Sake Brewery has been in business for 230 years, and the current female toji was the first to try her hand at sake brewing (tokurai). The family makes all of their sake by hand using traditional methods. The tanks themselves are kept fresh, so you can enjoy the sake as it is in its natural state. The labels are handwritten by the mother 😳. There is a daughter version and a mother version of this "Noborai" as well, and this time we had the daughter version 🤩. At first, it has a soft acidic aroma and freshness, and when you sip and savor it for a while, you can feel the fresh, slight acidity and umami. The aftertaste is quite dry all the way through! Juicy acidity that clings to the mouth (๑˃˃˃) Hmm? It's not too light, but has a good weight, and it's super dry with umami. I don't really like super-hot sake, but this one is delicious because it has a good umami. ‼️ It is so gentle and clear that it is hard to believe that it is 17 degrees. But my lips are tingling lol. NorkKougetsu Jungin Nakakumi This is also one of the products we received at a friend's house. Gorgeous and fruity! And the gentle sweetness spreads in your mouth. The sweetness of the rice can be felt slowly all the way through 😄. This is also one of my favorite ♡♡ products.

NorkAbe Junmai Ginjyo Orikagarami Nama-no-Hara Sake This was also served at a friend's house. It has a gorgeous pineapple-like aroma with an elegant fragrance. It has sweetness and umami from the rice, but the slight effervescence gives it a refreshing aftertaste! It is very easy to drink and well balanced! It was delicious without being too heavy! Nork[Cockatoo 2023] It seems to be a very hard to find sake, but thankfully I received it from a friend😍. The initial aroma is of rich pineapple and pear 😍very fragrant😍. In the mouth, you can taste the sweetness of the rice, but contrary to the initial aroma, a refreshing citrus acidity and aroma comes through. Is this sake? It's so refreshing and tart that it's the first time I've tasted it 😳‼️ The aroma is of Yamadanishiki, and the taste is of rich grapefruit and lemon! I want to chill it and drink it fast 😂. NorkHakugakusen Dry Junmai Shinkoku Nama The aroma is soft, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a clear aroma of cucumber and a very refreshing aftertaste! Clear taste like water! We drank it together while eating Genghis Khan, and we drank it in no time at all 😂. It was quite a different impression compared to the fire-roasted one, the crimson one. The aroma makes you want to take a deep breath and inhale it all the time, like fresh Niagara grapes 🥺. On the palate, the fresh, mellow flavor of rice and a slight, gentle acidity. The mellow melon-like fresh flavor leaves the palate and becomes ugh, ummmm, 🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨. The finish is clean and crisp with a slight bitterness. You might like Hakudakesen. Or maybe you like Gin-no-sato🌾? Deep,, This is in my personal top 3 😋.

Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! At first, it has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apples and pears. In the mouth, it has a mild and mellow rice flavor with thickening, acidity, and freshness. At the end, there is a green apple-like aroma, a slight bitterness and acidity, and a clean and crisp finish. Not too light, not too heavy, fresh but with a rich umami (๑˃˃˃). It was my first encounter with Kuroryu 😄. (I haven't drunk that much yet lol)

NorkManjukagami J55 (J-GoGo) Sokujo Fast brewing Rice:Niigata Prefecture Koshi-tanrei, Koshiibuki Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol percentage: 16 Koshitanrei is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice. My preference is for Gohyakumangoku, but I like both, so I was surprised to find a sake made with such an innovative rice! I was so excited to be able to buy a bottle of this sake! Juicy melon, peach and papaya aroma 🥹. The taste of rice is mild on the palate, but it is instantly broken by the acidity and bitterness. The aftertaste is refreshing and clean! I hear that Niigata's sake is often light, but I didn't know that was the case! I thought so! It is aromatic, yet light and refreshing. It is different from the local sake from Fukui Prefecture and tastes great 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

Alcoholic strength: 17%+:. ...:+**+:. .:+**+:. +**+:. :+*+:. Soft and fresh aroma. More melon-like aroma in the mouth than in the aroma. Slightly effervescent and juicy with a refreshing umami taste! It is truly Ihyakumangoku! It's a very "Gohyakumangoku" wine, but the umami is combined with the bubbles! I like it! This is too good 😋😋😋. The aftertaste is also refreshing and clean! Ohhh, yummy! It's a gem that makes you gobble it up 🥺. We had the 117th bottle out of a limited run of 300 😋. This sake is made from the middle layer of the tank, called "Nakakumi". I was told that it is the best part with the best balance of flavors. Sad that it is limited 😭.

It seems that the Noto no Blessing series is released every year. It seems to be available at a local supermarket "Dontaku". Fresh melon-like aroma like Gohyakumangoku ◡̈ (*This is just my feeling. Rice is not disclosed.) In the mouth, full rice flavor, mellowness, very slight acidity, sharp and dry but with a long aftertaste. A refreshing juiciness comes through. Finally, there is bitterness. I think it is similar to Okunoto, which is also produced by Takeba, The more you drink, the more various tastes come out 😳 This alone is enough to satisfy me 😋. The higher the alcohol content, the sadder it is to get drunk 🫠.
