I found it this time of year at a liquor store that Tarmet told me about and bought it immediately! 🥹.
It comes out in January, so it's a little older but it's a different flavor and totally delicious! 😍
I remember when the liquor store was stocking up on Corona Disaster, they let me have a sip of the one year old sip, which was rare, but I remember it was not fresh, but the richness and depth had increased and it was so delicious 😍.
The sake shop owner told me that if you keep the bottle unopened and keep good temperature control and quality control, the sake will gradually mature and you can enjoy a different taste. ☺️✨
Do you think I should let it mature until next year? No, but I can only imagine it will be gone before then 🤪.
