It has a mild banana scent. Some cemedine.
Some oil-based magic too. Maybe isoamyl alcohol?
In the mouth it has a strong umami, refreshing acidity and banana cemedine 🍌, and finally a clean, watery aftertaste that disappears 😳.
It has the umami common to Ishikawa sake, and this one gives the impression of being easy to drink!
I can see why it is so popular!
