My favorite Mansaku no Hana, very limited edition.
This time I bought two bottles in a four-pack.
The top taste is fruity. It is light, slightly spicy, and slightly bitter. It is not very assertive, but that is fine.
This time, the aroma of mansaku flowers (I can't explain it) and the juwatto feeling seemed to be less intense.
I wonder if spring is the season when many spicy sakes are sold.
Degree of buying again 8/10

Opened the second bottle. I poured it into one sip thinking that the taste would open up if I exposed it to air.
The result was the same. In other words, it tastes like a tangy, spicy ginjo-shu that is closer to a classical sake.
If I subtracted my attachment to mansaku-no-hana, I would say that I would buy it again at about 5/10. I am looking forward to the fall super-limited edition, which I think will have the same name but be a different sake.
