This is an original brand by Sanya Sake Brewery and Kitayasu Brewery. It is dry but has a fruity sweetness. The aftertaste is sharp and helps to reset the palate. Personally, I feel it is a bit rough, but I have a feeling it will mellow out after a day.
When I drank it later in the day, it had a rounder taste!
