There is a flourish that cannot be hidden! Light acidity and a slightly tangy texture. It tightens up the palate and will probably go with food at a high level. I came across a doburoku that I'd heard was delicious. It's my first doburoku partridge! It's more like eating than drinking 🤣The texture is Mitsuya cider jelly. The kind. Rice grain feeling. The taste is Calpis. In other words, Calpis soda mumble jelly. Rice flavor is fragrant and delicious🕺 You can eat it like sweets. Alcohol 5%. It's addictive. I'm glad my first doburoku was this one. 🕺🕺🕺🕺

It's always as good as you'd expect it to be, no matter what time of year you drink it. I don't think it's necessary to explain now, but the balance of taste and aroma, the sharpness of the flavor, but with a nice aftertaste, it's really good. If you drink it after visiting various sakes, you'll appreciate it even more.
