Happy New Year!
We started this year's drinking with a local hare from Aichi, Japan.
Fruity like a pear
Sweet and delicious!
Let's enjoy a variety of sake this year!
Happy New Year, JP Eau Claire 🎍.
Thank you very much 🍀 for your support during the old year.
Let's enjoy an even more fulfilling drinking life together this year 😊.
Best regards 🙇🙇.
This is an annual event at the end of the year.
I was able to taste it again this year!
It is not sweet, but has a mild taste.
It goes well with kimchi, fried tofu, and other strong foods.
Gently drink up to 4 gos. of ogara-mi on a dare.
At first the acidity is strong, but the taste gradually mellows out.
The sweetness is lighter than expected, like an early pear.
We finished it and enjoyed it!
It is a good sake!
Cork opened! Shuwatto!
Muscat aroma and sweetness.
It goes well with both salt and sauce of yakitori.
It's a great bottle that goes down smoothly.
It is a limited edition available only at the brewery.
I went to my usual liquor store and bought it for New Year's because they had just received a limited quantity.
But I opened it because I wanted to drink too much.
The taste is clean and refreshing, like Junmai.
Dry with a touch of acidity.
Goes well with nabe (hot pot).
I wanted to feel the deliciousness of the sake's "nama yeast yeast" principle, so I sipped the sake cold.
It has a slowly brewed flavor.
The first sip gives a gentle sweetness of rice.
The taste is clean and refreshing, with no hint of a tangy flavor.
We bought it directly from the brewery.
I will enjoy the rest of the sake hot.
