Without a doubt, the ultimate food wine! A mild aroma that doesn't interfere with the taste of the entrée. Tastes like fresh muscat But the assertion is very mild. It goes down very smoothly. I think this is the best wine I've had recently!

Gently drink up to 4 gos. of ogara-mi on a dare. At first the acidity is strong, but the taste gradually mellows out. The sweetness is lighter than expected, like an early pear. We finished it and enjoyed it! It is a good sake!

I went to my usual liquor store and bought it for New Year's because they had just received a limited quantity. But I opened it because I wanted to drink too much. The taste is clean and refreshing, like Junmai. Dry with a touch of acidity. Goes well with nabe (hot pot).
