Eiko Fuji Akeno Tsubasa Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake - Origami ★★★★ On the nose: Sweet aroma. Hint: Strong gas hits the palate, juicy sweetness. Aftertaste: The bitterness comes out, and it is cut off quickly, and the lychee aroma goes out quickly. I was attracted by the word "Dawn" and bought it immediately. Oh, it's so lychee! Despite the sweet and fruity aroma, it has a strong body because it is Junmai. The crisp aftertaste makes it perfect for sipping. The contrast between the smoothness of the origarami and the strong gas is interesting. We compared it with THEPLATINUM, but since Eikoh Fuji has a high sake content, we thought it would be sweeter and more dessert-like, but both of them have a good crispness and are suitable for sipping.

Eiko Fuji THE PLATINUM Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake ★★★★ Entry: The aroma is light and smooth. Aftertaste: Beautiful umami and sweetness, with a touch of gas on the tongue. Aftertaste: After swallowing, the alcohol aroma stands out and the bitterness appears. First Eiko Fuji! I'm glad to drink the brand I was interested in. It's quite sharp for the sake level. It's not too sweet, so it's perfect with a meal. I don't know what the characteristics of Yukigami are, though. After the next day, the sweetness gradually became stronger. The stimulation when it is contained is removed, and it seems to have become round.

Kameizumi CEL-24 Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu ★★★★☆ Entry: Pine scent, smooth and clean. In the mouth: A touch of gas, then sweetness and acidity. Aftertaste: The pineapple aroma escapes from the nose, and the bitterness finishes. It's delicious no matter how many times I drink it! It's a favorite that I buy on a regular basis! And an excellent one that will definitely get praise from sake beginners when you give it to them to drink (lol). The aroma of CEL-24 is a little different from the pine aroma of Hanayakuyo, and I think it's unique. There are a lot of stores that carry it, and it's easy to buy, so I recommend it.

Jyudai Ryu no Boshi Dai Gokyuu ★★★★☆ Entry: Grape aroma, smooth. In the mouth: A slight gasp, then a smooth sweetness comes out. Aftertaste: Aroma of rice through the nose, ending with a bitter taste. The first Jyushiyo! It's fruity, but calm and delicious. Like a muscat squeezed. It's an ippon bottle, so I'll be able to enjoy the change in flavor for a week or two. After a week, it becomes rounder, sweeter, and more delicious! The bitterness in the aftertaste becomes weaker, and the aftertaste seems to extend quickly. The bitterness in the aftertaste became weaker and the lingering aftertaste seemed to grow longer. Over 10,000 yen for this was too expensive for me personally, but it was a good experience.

Koeigiku Gekko Unfiltered Raw Sake ★★★★☆ Aroma: Honey-like aroma, smooth and clean. A little gas caresses the lips, and a fresh acidity stands up, and it is followed by the umami taste and the sweet taste like honey. Aftertaste: The honey aroma is gone and the bitter taste remains. The acidity is delicious! Refreshing sourness like a lactobacillus drink, and sweet and fragrant aroma like honey. More like a dessert than a fruit in Kouryugiku!

Hououmita Kuroban Junmai Daiginjo ★★★★☆ Entry: Aroma of rice, a little slippery. In the mouth: Juicy umami and acidity, sweetness like strawberry. Aftertaste: Sweet aroma, sweetness and umami remain on the tongue. It's kind of erotic. It is truly a sweet seduction. It spreads so softly that you think it is a noble sake! I felt it was the most delicious among the Hououmida. It was limited to reservations, and I'm glad I got to drink it! It's too bad that this is the last one.

Gagakuyo Tamakyo Raw Sake ★★★★☆ Entry: Fragrant lychee-like aroma, smooth. In the mouth: It has a sweet taste and a strong acidity. Aftertaste: The sweet and fragrant aroma leaves, and the bitterness and acidity finish. This is my first Gagakuyo. Yes, it is easy to drink and delicious! Aromatic is probably the best word to describe it. It's raw sake, but it's quite calm. It's a beautiful woman. The bitterness and acidity are like grapefruit, but not overpowering. It's amazing that this is 3 years old... I want to try the Ouroboros!

Keisaku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw ★★★★ Entry: Grape aroma, smooth. In the mouth: Beautiful but strong umami and sweetness, with a good acidity. Aftertaste: The sourness remains and it is a little sharp. Clearly more energetic than the unfiltered, unpasteurized version of寫Raku! It's delicious! I think the acidity is more pronounced than the hired version. I think the acidity is more pronounced than the Hi-ire. After a few days, it's mellowed out, but it doesn't have the sharpness of the fire-hardened version. Maybe the fire-roasted one will taste better for a long time~.

Chrysanthemum Aisan 50 Red Diamond ★★★★☆ Entry: Strawberry aroma, smooth. In the mouth, the gas comes, the sourness stands out, and the sweetness and the flavor of the strawberry are moderate. Aftertaste: It fades away quickly, but the bitterness remains firmly in the mouth. I thought it would be more like a dessert, but surprisingly it's the type that finishes with bitterness! As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes more pronounced, and the strawberry aroma also stands out.

Shinsei Ecru ★★★★☆ Entry: Grape aroma, smooth. On the palate, you can feel the gas on the tip of the tongue, then the aroma of the grapes comes in strong and the strong acidity follows. Aftertaste: Grape scent coming through the nose, with a hint of bitterness. The aroma and acidity are completely different from No.6. It's the first time I've ever had a grape flavor like a wine! I'm wondering how the different rice will make it unique. I'm wondering how the different rice will affect the character. It's getting better and better.

Senkou Modern Senkou Solid Raw ★★★★ Entry: Melon scent, smooth. Hint: Gas and acidity, rice flavor and light sweetness. Aftertaste: Sweet aroma with a hint of bitterness on the tongue. This is my first modern Senkou! When it's snow cold, it's tangy, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness gradually comes out and it becomes more delicious... Personally, I think classic Senkou is better, but Senkou's potential is still high.

KURORYU Junmai Ginjo Tarekuchi ★★☆☆ Entry: Lychee aroma, smooth. Aftertaste: Mild sweetness, umami, sourness. Aftertaste: When you swallow it, you can feel the alcohol aroma. I wonder if the alcohol aroma was so strong in this Kuroryu. When I bought it and brought it home, was the temperature too high? Let's leave it for a while. It's a pity that the alcohol aroma is so strong even if I leave it for a while.

Recommended for women✨. I forgot to post this one from last year too (lol)

Hanayoi Ginpu 48 Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake ★★★★☆ Entry: Sweet aroma of rice, smooth. Hint: A slight gas comes from the mouth, then sourness, umami, and a refreshing sweetness. Aftertaste: The flavor of the rice lingers. Unlike the Yamadanishiki, the sweetness that is typical of Hanayo-yoku is subdued, crisp and delicious! I think I like this one better! It's beautiful and gorgeous, but the crispness makes it good for sipping. There is almost no bitterness. After two days, the aroma changes to pineapple, and the sweetness comes out more and more.

I've been drinking it with the premise that it's delicious, so I'm not impressed.

Aftertaste: Crisp and clean, with a hint of fragrance. First Kinone! Yes, it tastes like a dessert. Is the trend for spring sake to be sweet like the honey of flowers? It's hard to see the label when it's transparent, lol.

Yuki no Kayasha Hiden Yamahai Limited Raw Junmai Ginjo ★★☆☆ Aroma: A little like semedyne, smooth. Aftertaste: The sweetness and the umami of the rice like the honey of the flower, and a hint of acidity are also felt. Aftertaste: The aroma of Cemedine and rice is spreading. It's been a long time since I drank Yukinokaya. It's the first time I've had a Cemedine feeling! I see, it has a fragrant sweetness like the nectar of a mellow flower. I'd like to drink it when I'm sitting in the sun and getting all warm and fuzzy. I'm so thankful they sell it by weight at the liquor store✨.

Kitanishi Shuzo Junmai Daiginjo Limited Edition ★★★★☆ Entry: Sweet aroma, smooth. In the mouth: Beautiful and mild sweetness and umami that you can feel the rice. Aftertaste: The sweetness and the umami are still there, and the aroma is sweet and fruity. When I bought the label, I was told that it is a hidden sake of Kitanishi Shuzo, the brewer of Sairei. It's rather calm and reserved, but it's a beautiful sake that blooms gorgeously in your throat. The more you drink it, the more delicious it becomes. There is no bitterness at all, so it is light and easy to drink. I drank it all in one night.

Masumi SHIRATYO -SHIRO- Junmai Ginjo Shichigo Yeast ★★☆☆ Entry: Alcoholic aroma, smooth. In the mouth: Light and bitter acidity. Aftertaste: The finish is smooth, with a hint of sweetness like a candy cane. My first Masumi! It is a mellow and fragrant type that I have not tasted so often. It's beautiful, but a little thin. It's a little thin, but that's probably because the low-alcohol Shiratake is so light. I think it's great that the label is well made and in an easy to try mini bottle!
