On the nose: Sweet aroma.
Hint: Strong gas hits the palate, juicy sweetness.
Aftertaste: The bitterness comes out, and it is cut off quickly, and the lychee aroma goes out quickly.
I was attracted by the word "Dawn" and bought it immediately. Oh, it's so lychee! Despite the sweet and fruity aroma, it has a strong body because it is Junmai. The crisp aftertaste makes it perfect for sipping. The contrast between the smoothness of the origarami and the strong gas is interesting.
We compared it with THEPLATINUM, but since Eikoh Fuji has a high sake content, we thought it would be sweeter and more dessert-like, but both of them have a good crispness and are suitable for sipping.
